Account management—including cancellation—is fully self-service and can be completed at any time directly from your PDFSimpli account settings. You do not need to leave a public review or wait for a response in order to cancel. Additionally, our support team is available via chat, email, and phone if assistance is needed.
If a payment is pending, access begins once it is successfully completed. The subscription can then be canceled immediately if you only intend to use the service short-term—there is no obligation to continue or renew.

This is one of the worst companies to try to cancel. When you request a cancel, they try to sell you different plans and then keep you on the chat as long as possible. It seems like there's a language problem since they don't understand when you say you want to cancel. Would never use a service again. There's definitely other options.

I required pdfsimply in order to translate some documents and it did it flawlessly. Even if there was a little issue with my subscription, I contacted support and they were able to sort it out.

I have some old PostScript print files with a. Ps file name extension. I have been able to use your tools to convert some of them to. Pdf format, The tool will not upload the larger ones though. I have up to 97MB files. Customer service suggested using the compression tool, but that also has a 20MB limit.
I will need to find a different service.

I simply wanted to cancel b/c I did not need the service anymore, the live chat person kept insisting that the best option was to keep the progran for $3.95. Even if I wanted to come back, I would not because of that experience. Not a good job in customer service, not in this day and age, where how you treat the customer is most important.
