I need to reduce a 6.9 MB PDF and the system would not do it. Chat attempted assistance and we were still unsuccessful in reducing the file. I phoned the support number and was told to forward the file to *******@pdfsimpli.com and they will do it for me. Over an hour later no file has been sent to my email, spam, or inbox.

I applied for the usage of pdf and it didn't work and I abandoned it later on the 11th of February my account was debited £49.95 and i reached out to the company and they worked out the evaluation as a single user and paid me back £45

No me gusto la experincia, pese que tiene un excelente equipo que intenta solucionar y estra atento a las inquietudes, pero no me gusto como traduce los documentos y no maneja el mismo tipo de letra y el numero una letra pequeña y letras grandes. No traduje un texto porque era imagen y un archivo lo tradujo a medias, pese que me explicaron y segui indicaciones no se logro solucionar.
