For the first time; I paid for 14-day trial which I was fine with but the lack of warning that it will auto-renew is not cool at all.
I talked to someone in Customer Service, they were only able to offer $27.44 out of $49.95. This is not right, not fair.
I sure will not be using this service ever again and share this experience.

It's not free, the charge is minimal, but it is still a charge for using on a site stating free PDF to Word. I also don't appreciate leaving your site, going to another site with a different name that turns out to be you, halfway through the process. I don't think a reputable company would resort to these kinds of tactics. Lastly, after choosing to continue on and pick the 24-hour option, there came a point where the screen didn't give any more prompts, I went to the chat screen. Two tries to explain my problem, AI eventually told me to do what I had already done to that point. I just left the site to get on with my life.

In the settings part of my account it shows no payment method, but my card is being billed.
PDFSImpli is CHARGING my card without allowing me to cancel the charges.

I created an account for a 14 day free trial for $1.95. Everything was going fine for the first 3 days. On day #4 I tried to access my account and it says my information is wrong (nevermind the fact I had bookmarked the page and saved my PW, and had accessed it this way for 3 days without issue). So I tried a different email "just in case" and still no account found. So I check my bank statement and sure enough I've been charged the $1.95. I contact customer service (Live Chat), they look and tell me that no account exists with the information provided, and that I should email their dedicated customer service team and they will be able to assist. He assures it will be no longer than 24 hours. Two days later and I've still got no response from the "dedicated customer service team" and no access to the documents I created previously, which I need for a job interview.

They offer you a normal price for a simple service and after the trial they charge you almost 50$. The worst part is that if you wan't to cancel the suscription you have to do it by chat and is a long process (half an hour). Horrible experience
