I can't download even one pdf or access it again after I already spent a whole hour and 10 minutes editing the pdf that's supposed to due in 3 minutes from now!? My bad if I misread some things but I'm literally so sure i didn't. I'm already failing this damn class and now my whole 11 paged assignment just got eaten by this website. Not to mention the whole thing just sucks. Tried to use the text but it kept glitching and duplicated every text I write. Didn't even bother using the pencil.

They originally charged me only $1.95 for this service, worth it, but then snuck in a proviso that it was a free trial only -- and then started charging me $39.95 a month after that. When I finally realized that I was getting charged this amount, they refused to give me my $79.90 back, saying that I had entered into the contract knowingly. Yeah, right.

I'm a senior citizen and $80 means more to me than the average person. Yet I have no recourse to get my money back for a service that I only used once because it was FREE. Ha.

I signed up for their "free" offer to test out their PDF to Word Converter. I tried it out for 1 day and asked to be discontinued from their "test" offer. They started charging me $39.95 a month. I called the company and they told me my "subscription" had ended, even emailing a text stating this. A month later the $39.95 charges started again on my credit card. We ended up having to cancel our credit card to stop this "robbery". In an attempt to get my money back, I called the company again. They said they would refund all my money. I gave them a credit card to pay me back. They said that credit card would not work and asked for a debit card. I told them I would give them another credit card. Not only did they NOT PAY ME BACK, but they SOLD my credit card information for BOTH CARDS to an ENTIRELY DIFFERENT COMPANY, who began to CHARGE ME for THEIR SERVICES! This is the WORST CASE OF FRAUD I have EVER EXPERIENCED! My bank is now trying to recoup my losses. This is 6 MONTHS after I tried their "FREE TRIAL". STAY AWAY from this company... they are out to STEAL YOUR MONEY!

In 11-21, while unemployed, I had to sign up for PDF Simpli to sign a single document. I then found temp employment and the company provides. Pdf software. Not surprisingly, I forgot to close my account on PDF Simpli (that's the game, right?). I asked them to refund from 12-21 and their policy allows for only 1 month of refund. Other software providers have been more forgiving. I will not use PDF Simpli again.

These idiots say it is free and then make you pay after going through all the steps. DO NOT even bother, these deceitful losers do not deserve any money. I would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

You maje all the changes, press download and they tell you to pay a fee.
Should be more upfront about it, don't use this web

Used this website for one project and one project only,
Costing $1.59, to later find out I signed up for a membership. Couldnt be any more shady as I would never of. And They proceeded to charge me $44/Month for the next 8 Months until Error was caught.
And basically told me to shove it. And did nothing to rectify the issues, as they could see out of the 8 months i paid for it, Never logged on or used it once! Satisfaction guaranteed my $#*!!
They have a refund / cancellation page that guarantees customer satisfaction, that couldn't be farther from the truth!

The site is fairly easy to use & delivers quality conversions-- at least for Word to. Pdf.
I didn't like that their "free" conversions as offered on their website, is a come-on or BAIT/ Switch; once they have you in the conversion process, they suddenly throw out that the Trial for their product is $1.95.
So yes, free until you upload & want to get back your page(s).
A new disagreement & chickensh** dispute/ unauthorized charge claim I am working on today through Paypal vs. them.
Before my trial date has expired (signed up on 4/17/21-- have receipt copy) someone decided to work on Sunday & billed the full month's renewal fee of $39.95 fr my Paypal account (today: 5/2/2021.)
My goal w/ this company will be to write a barely acceptable review- factually based, then begin to battle over their premature charges.
I've documented the info on Paypal as an unauthorized charge & will have to spend time disputing the BS & writing minimally 2 online reviews!
Oh well, war is hell.
