I used the cheap 2 dollar trial from here because I needed ONE signature for my mortgage in january, there is no indication anywhere on their site that its going to keep resubscribing at 40$ a month afterwards
I didnt notice it has been charging me for 5 months so I just wasted 200$ on this scam site for again...ONE PDF

As soon as you see the charge--Call your bank and cancel your credit card. Do not call this place, it will get worse. They continue to try to get more money from you and even give you the number of your bank, they directly like you so you can approve the charge. I paid for their pdf software opener. It did not work on my phone or laptop. Their email to you says you have 30 days to cancel and get a refund. I paid
A total of $41.90. I kept trying to get their software to work. I called them within LESS than the 30 days they require for a refund, explaining over and over to a woman named Mili that their software has never worked on my phone and laptop. She was rude. Abrasive and constantly interrupted me saying I should have called earlier! And will only give me a partial refund even tho I never got to use their product. I explained that I could not use my laptop until the just recently, and their email says YOU HAVE 30 days to cancel and get a refund. She told me I can have a partial refund or NO REFUND! I asked to speak to a supervisor twice and she said they don't talk to the customers, I asked for the corporate phone number and she said you are speaking to it. I asked to speak with someone else and she rudely said call back. I Explained that it's not fair that a customer pays for their service and their product does not work and they only get a partial refund and she said she had other customers to talk to and she hung up.I also emailed and left a voicemail with their company much earlier explaining that I could not get it to work and asked them to help me but never got a response from them.
