I purchased a year subscription of your product less than a month ago for transcripts. I go in today and do not find the transcript tool. Your "care" representive Juan, did not have any idea what I was on about, told be to send an email to tech support. Which i did, and then asked me for a screen shot of the page, which I do not know how to do. The problem is that the transcript tool is not in my convert tools list in the dashboard.

Adobe charges discreetly amounts which are not applicable, till the customer wakes up and starts asking questions, only then Adobe will start negotiation, Funnily this PDF Simply subscription is controlled by Adobe and we cannot cancle the subscription from the customer end. I had to chat with a "REAL AGENT" whoc couldnt even form a grammatically correct sentence, it took me 40 minutes to convince that gilrl"LUNA" that i do not need this service and stop charging my CC $ 29.95 every month...
