I was being billed monthly and thought it was my alarm company. Something didn't seem right and I realized it was this I was being billed for. I don't use this and didn't know I had a monthly subscription. I asked for refunds due to money being tight and paying for something I'm not using because of a mistake. Customer service was awful and told me it's my problem I didn't notice for 5 months. Beyond disappointed.

I had signed up for the trial and forgot to cancel (my fault completely) and a subscription was taken from my PayPal, I reached out and messaged their WhatsApp asking if it was possible to get a refund but not very hopeful but after a short chat I have just received a refund.
I would definitely give this a go and it just wasn't something I would use now but if I do I will come back in the future

I need to reduce a 6.9 MB PDF and the system would not do it. Chat attempted assistance and we were still unsuccessful in reducing the file. I phoned the support number and was told to forward the file to *******@pdfsimpli.com and they will do it for me. Over an hour later no file has been sent to my email, spam, or inbox.

I applied for the usage of pdf and it didn't work and I abandoned it later on the 11th of February my account was debited £49.95 and i reached out to the company and they worked out the evaluation as a single user and paid me back £45
