DISHONEST THIEVES! Ordered rear rotor kits for my 2006 chevy silverado 2500 hd and the make and model were BOLD in the product title and description. Received the parts and they didn't fit. Reached out to customer service and was told I would get an email with a return form. A week later and still never got the return form and when I reached out to customer service again, 4 different reps including a manger gaslit me and told me if I wanted a refund I would have to pay out of pocket to ship it back and be subject to restocking fees because it was my fault for ordering the wrong part?!?! MY husband is an automotive technician... we did not order the wrong parts! The manager then tried to tell me that it was because we needed bigger bore sizes and the part I would need to order was listed on their website as only being compatible with Suburban... yet its my fault for ordering the part that said it would fit my truck?! How does that make any sense! Screw this company! They exploit customers and sell them parts that they KNOW dont match the website description so they can throw their 'policy' in your face that says they dont have to help you if they can convince you that you are the one that screwed it up! Would give 0 stars if I could!
I ordered a shock absorber I was needed in complete set as shown on website picture. I mean with bumper, dust cover and shock mount. It's the only shock of the same brand shown in complete set. That's why I chose it. I was really disappointed and dissatisfied when I received it as it had none of those. Sounds like misleading false or even fraud misrepresentation to me
Terrible seller. Ordered proper part box had the right part number on it but, part inside shipping box had the wrong number on it And was the wron g part.I ordered Part#9298M and they sent part #9289M. Can't get any satisfaction on them paying return shipping. As stated in their return policy for their errors. Can't get through on the phone number listed and won't return call on the call back number. As you see in the pics two different part number. This is a shady company. Don't waste your money look elsewhere
I bought heads lights and found I only needed the module not the headlights. The customer service rep was rude and short with me. I have to pay shipping and a 10% restocking fee. The heads lights were over $1,400 dollars. This was costly online order. Hassle Free Returns is not true, they don't care about customer service. I would avoid them, just a warning.
Bought $120 alternator and it was packaged badly and broken in transit. I was surprised to see that they don't pay return shipping. Cost me $40 to return it. Have ordered from them in the past, but will not be doing any business with them in the future.

I had a really frustrating experience with Parts Geek. I ordered a part, but when I received it, it either wasn't what I expected or wasn't the right fit. When I tried to return it, they told me I had to pay for return shipping, which is completely unfair, especially since this was their mistake.
To make matters worse, I called their customer service, but they either denied my call or didn't bother calling me back. I've tried to resolve this issue, but it feels like they just don't care about their customers.
At this point, I regret ordering from Parts Geek and would not recommend them to anyone. If you're thinking about buying from them, be aware of their poor customer service and tricky return policies.
I ordered a Mercedes S550 head light assembly. Th part arrived with a large hole on the box and inadequate packaging. I reported this to them immediately. They provided a RMA and a return label. I shipped it back to them and they returned it back saying that the part was damaged and not eligible for refund. I asked them to process the claim through the insurance I purchased. That again is just extra money they collected without actually providing the insurance. In the End I ended up paying 1500 dollars and received 2 months of aggravation and a broken part that I can not use.
This company is dishonest, they will play the delay game with you on returns and not take responsibility for their mistake
Ordered a remanufactured Autolite 2100 carburetor at cost of 325.00 with core charge. Received a new Chinese knock off part that can be bought on Ebay for 79.00! After spending an hour on hold I was told I could return but would have to pay shipping and a restocking fee! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
BOUGHT A TIMING CHAIN KIT MORE THAN 1000$, PARTS WERE MISSING INSIDE AND THEY DONT WANT TO SEND whats missing you have to send back everything.

I entered my cars information on there site and they provided me with the part that was recommended. When I got the part it was the wrong one. I tried to do a return and they stated that they would not pay for the return since I did it on the site and not with a live person. I told them that there site recommended the wrong part. They told me I had to have entered the wrong information. I did the search again and screen shot what it said. (the wrong part) they still refused to make it right. First and last time I will EVER order for PARTS GEEK.
I ordered a radiator for my car and it was delivered.
Before it was delivered the car engine blew. Because I said I didn't need it anymore they want me to pay for the return which cost more than the part
If I opened box and damaged it they would pay for return as I would have said reason for return is part damaged.

Ordered radiator upper and lower hoses plus thermostat and gasket they charge me $103.67 after one week and no hoses and three phone calls they said warehouse did not ship hoses so they refunded me the price of hoses and charged me $15.00 shipping charge for $10.00 foe thermostat and gasket that I could have brought locally foe $12.00 they charged me $26 plus change for items and said I would have to eat the charges asked to talk to supervisor they said same They are not a 4plus star company beware of ordering from this company 6 calls and no help they messed up the order and over charged me $26.00 for a thermostat and a gasket. I purchase a side view mirror from this vender through Wal-Mart.com. Turns out the turn signal indicator on the mirror is defective, I contacted Wal-mart and was to told the it was out of their return window to call the vender, and when I did i was told since I didn't purchase it directly from them, they would not honor the warranty, I said you recieved my money, they replied no we recieved Wal-Marts money, I could not believe they said something like that, i will definitely be using carparts.com from now. And yet I am still out the money for the mirror!
This company makes is almost impossible to get a return. Attempt to use their online return feature only says "Your part is on the way, Please allow time to receive your part before setting up the return." This error continues until beyond the return policy date. Convenient. Don't use this company as you will be supporting a company that doesn't operate in good faith to it's customers. You will spend hours on the phone on hold with no resolution. Attached Photo shows the error persisting past their return window.
I recieved wrong parts, although I double checked before ordering. Sent package back unmolested but was denied a return due to "missing manufacturers packaging".
I really believed they where ok to buy from but they proved to me they are terrible & do not buy anything from this place. Purchased a set of rotors, made it in the delivery to Miami Fl & was returned to sender for wrong delivery address that partsgeek screwed up, so it was returned & after waiting 2+ weeks for these parts & a non drivable truck, now have to get elsewhere. I bought the wrong part fro PartsGeek.com Found out it was the wrong part, then was told by partsgeek.com that I'd have to pay for shippng it back. Problem is the cheapest to send back retirn shipping cost was $17.00 and $12.00 USPS... Folks they wil not return your money unless you check the box that it was the wrong part sent.
