The worst the agents lie and get you to ship the items with Fedex and tell you no other options and never reimburse shipping costs, happened on multiple orders. Garbage Company
Ordered parts that came in a "Kit" but were boxed individually and labeled such. After my husband installed three of the parts in our vehicle which took some time as had to uninstall the old parts first, got to the last part and it didn't line up. PartsGeek will not allow a return unless it's the whole kit. They want my husband to spend hours removing all the other parts, which of course would mean re-installing the old parts because of one bad one. This is absurd and obviously they have no idea what it takes to do the job. Or they wouldn't expect this. They've lost a customer.
Ordered wheel bearing hubs and axle nuts received 2 rotors and brake pads for who knows what and 2 electric plugs for God knows what and impossible to contact anyone to remedy this issue. Will be submitting this gross negligence to the Pennsylvania attorney General to investigate for mail order fraud.
Ordered a heater core January 14th 2024, here it is January 28 2024 and still haven't received the part I called customer service and got the run around talking about you have to submit a request online to cancel or request a refund, so much bull, I usually don't do reviews but I'm pissed, I ordered the part from another vendor and had it with in a day at a cheaper price, and was able to get my car back together, I would give them a zero star and don't ever recommend to buy parts from Parts Geek
Company has policy that you pay for their mess ups. Ordered part for my Honda that cost me $80 to ship originally from them.They sent me a huge heavy metal bumper for an 90s ford truck. Completely WRONG part. Then told me if I wanted the right part that I had to pay to ship this huge heavy bumper back to them, and then pay AGAIN for shipping on my correct part. They said its in their fine print when you purchase that the customer pays no mater what. I lost over $200 on their mistake and got my correct part from another dealer.

Ordered Audi part online. 5 minutes later I tried to cancel the order. I was not allowed to per their company policy. Wasted 20 minutes on the phone trying to get the order canceled. They told me they would ship it no matter what. Now I have to contest with my credit card company.
The part was poor quality cheap plastic does not match original part size or integrity. It cost me extra to have it installed as garage had to retro fit it.

I wish I could give him a zero star. They send you the wrong part because their description online is incorrect and it takes you an act of Congress to return it And then you got to pay the freight back. I'll never buy from then and I'll make sure all my friends never buy from them
Purchased a lower valence for a 2014 Range Rover Evoque. Their website listed my exact vehicle as "this part fits this vehicle" when I received the part it wasn't even close to fitting correctly. Completely different part. When I called their customer service they asked for my VIN. She then confirmed that part did not fit my vehicle and they do not offer that part for sale. So I initiated a return. They asked me reasons for return. I chose "other" and explained the website was inaccurate! So after the questionnaire portion. I reviewed it. They completely eliminated my choices and explanation and listed "customer ordered wrong part". Then I read all return shipping is paid by customer regardless of party at fault! What a complete scam! My part was 70.00 dollars. Cheapest return shipping is 50.00 dollars! Be aware if you're not 100% certain your part fits? Call and ask! Because these jack $#*!' are no help with returns and don't assume liability for their own mistakes!
Shipping for an $89.00 part was over $90.00. Asked chat why it was so high he said over sized items are expensive to ship. It was just a front fender skin!

All times I ordered from this scam company I got wrong parts ( ordered 2 rotors for super duty truck and got one shock for idk what) or received broken no good parts and all times partsgeek held my money ransom for 30+ days and I still had to order the part elsewhere. NOT ONCE HAVE I RECEIVED A GOOD PART I ORDERED NOR HAVE THEY MADE IT RIGHT ON THEIR END. No replacements only refund and you will be out at least a month and YOU have to do all the footwork shipping it back with absolutely no compassion from the company or anyone you talk to from the company. Most unethical shady business Ive dealt with. I get better products and service from China.
Don't waste your money. I never received the part that I ordered. Online claim forms were denied. Calls to customer service were a waste of time. Responses from supervisors were never received. I should have paid the slightly higher price from the local parts store!
I ordered the right front brake line for a 2017 Lincoln it took them a long time to ship it and then when it got here the part requires two washers. No washers but they got their money. I'm not going to use them anymore and I don't recommend them to my friends or family they want me to take pictures of the box take pictures of the part it's a wonder they didn't ask me to take pictures of the parts that are missing. I'm not going to jump through loops for them or anyone else. They made the mistake and they want me to jump through loops not going to happen.
Cheap part yes, quality no and replacement policy even worse. I ordered a fuel pump and it does not work. I paid to have it installed and now PG wants me to have it uninstalled and returned to them before they will "refund" the part. Not send a replacement. And not to mention, I would have to pay to have it removed and then once they return a new one, pay to have that installed. But what gets me is they do not understand that this would leave me without transportation for however long it would take them to send me a new one and that due to their policy i will now have additional charges for labor. They need to change their policy. At least Amazon will send a new one and give you time to send the old one back in the mean time. I should have bought from Amazon or a local parts store. This is what I get for ordering a discount item.
Chinese parts junk. The page tells you it's a new part new part but very poor quality. It is like putting the old part back in just cleaner.
So I'm trying to order a part through part geek and their system changed my address to an address that does not even exist. Then they tell me I have to contact the shipper because they can't change anything even though I only ordered it 5 minutes before my complaint. So I called the shipper and they say only the company that placed the order can change the address... This should be illegal. I don't know whether or not i'm going to end up getting my part at some point. Probably end up in a undelivable pile because their website is crap. We'll never use this website again. And I strongly urge you to be very careful dealing with these criminals.
Bought a radiator and they didn't send the cap. I'm told it wasn't included. Missing exhaust gasket, Told by customer service rep "no worries" not "i'm sorry" but "no worries" then tells me to "calm down" and won't just ship me a new radiator ASAP instead they want me to send this one back to get the credit then order another. Lies and says warehouse sent the wrong radiator but the part numbers all match up. Making excuses by lying. Using stolen photos from internet as the chat "cami brown".

They are not able to fulfilled the order. They don't care if the costumer is waiting. Supervisor is a person that's makes no difference talking with them. I've trued to cancel and they simply said it's no possible to cancel. But at the same time there no timeframe for the delivery to happen. Don't even bother to ask for the manager. It takes 24/48 hours to call you back. DONT BUY IT HERE!
I can understand a 30 day return policy in some cases. But on cores its absolutely foolish. Sat on customer service for 20 minutes for them to just say that's the policy. You're way better off with 1A auto or even ebay. I won't be shopping through them ever again.
I ordered a part from PartsGeek and they sent me another customers order. When I contacted them about the mistake I sent them pictures of the packing slip that was in the other customers name but in a box labeled for me. This was clearly their mistake and I expected them to send me the correct part immediately while I sent the incorrect part back. They were not willing to do anything other than allow me to send the part back for a refund that would take 10-14 days after they receive the part back. I needed this part and paid for fast shipping but they did not care. This is terrible customer service. If I made the mistake I can see not wanting to help but they made this mistake. I will NEVER buy from them again.
Beware, you will be responsible for a wrong part whether it was your fault or theirs. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item. Customer service is horrible. Can't speak with anyone you'll wait all day and never get a return call. The only way I made contact was to make like I was going to make a Phone order, then only to find out I would be responsible for the return shipping, even though it was a wrong part by their doing.
