Been trying to do a return for over a month but all it is telling me is processing and not able to get someone on the phone to get it returned. The customer service is the worst Order Number ******* and ******* They have $134.72 And I Have parts I'm not able to use. So make sure you really need the part because you will never get any help after they have your money.

I purchased a dryer maintenance kit for my whirlpool dryer. The kit came with all the parts needed to freshen up my 3yr old machine which only needed a belt. I figured if I was going to have it apart might as well get any wear items taken care of while at it. Very simple repair even had a link for an instructional video to ease the repair. I actually let my 13yr old son make the repair, with my supervision. Parts came in a timely manner and well packaged. I would highly recommend this site for anyone looking for replacement parts. I was trying to repair an old GE microwave oven. PartSelect web site has a complete disassembly drawing, by which I got to order a magnetron, and after I replaced the magnetron, the GE microwave oven became working.

I get nervous ordering parts online because so many sites have cheap knockoffs. I ordered an ice maker for my Kenmore/LG fridge and it was perfect! I assume it was OEM bc it was an exact replacement. I never got an order confirmation email but I did get a shipping email. Would 100% order from them again.

I needed to replace worn parts on my dryer. After shopping around, I found PartSelect. The site was easy to navigate and the instructional videos convinced me that I actually could successfully repair the dryer.

I ended up buying the rear drum seal, the front bushing/seal and the drive belt/bushing replacement kit. I could have gotten cheaper prices if I bought each item from separate websites but the videos at PartSelect convinced me to buy from them. On top of that, I was pleasantly surprised when "ground" shipping from their Evansville, IN location took only one day!

Parts came in quick and was easy to install. I was only going to buy the filter because mine was broken but the sales guy informed me that there was an upgrade due changes made to the lint filter which was very important information that I needed to know.

While their part selector was useful and surprisingly effective, given how many products they support, their customer service has been awful. Order placed before shipping cutoff, five days later, three business days, we still don't have our fridge parts. I see they shipped from a nearby city, that they have for some reason been diverted 800 miles away, and I call. Get through their lousy automatic customer service system, speak with Nichole and then confirm with Brittany: PartSelect won't replicate the order for me to pick up myself, even though it shipped from an hour's drive away. They won't re-ship because the tracking has updated, even though it seems to be moving to a different city entirely.

I'm very unhappy with their customer service, and regret using them.
