The actual icemaker works great, but not included was the tray for the ice and the wire shelf. SO I had to improvise. I could not order the tray and shelf separately and spent an hour on the phone trying to find it.

I was very frustrated with a Frigidaire dishwasher that I purchased as the original parts on the top rack barely made it a year. Looked at the warranty and no luck did not cove the part and aggregation that I experienced with the top rack of this dishwasher falling and with many dishes lost throughout the process. Thankful in my search I was able to find just what I needed for parts select and within minutes my aggravation was gone and now two weeks in and no lost patience or dishes. The site was easy to use and fast on delivery. Give them a try if you need dishwasher parts. I know I will be using them again in the future.

I made an order to buy dishwasher parts from PartSelect on Monday, The website shows the part will be ship out within the same day if you put order within the following 7 hours. That means I put the order early in the morning. And the shipping selection is 2-3 days. ( They have options: 3-7 days, 2-3 days, and next day delivery). After put a order and pay full amount of price and shipping fees which is about 20% of the products price. Today (Tuesday 11/23) I got email from Fedex to tracking the order which show me the arriving day will be next Monday which is 7 days from the shipping day. I question the shipping handling is not match to the order to the customer service? Their answer said the shipping date is really not guaranteed, It maybe delayed by the carrier. I am not satisfied with their answer. This will be the last order I make from PartSelect.

The wire for my wife's very ancient mixer came apart from the mixer. I looked all over for a replacement. No one else had the exact part for the exact model. I ordered it and expected it would take a while to get it. To my surprise it came in 24 hours. I had to shave the part that holds it onto the frame, but that was a relatively easy job. Otherwise it fit perfectly and functioned wonderfully. It looks as if i never replaced it, it looks like original. My wife thought about buying a new mixer, so the purchase of under $25 saved me hundreds of dollars!

Nicely detailed exploded view parts illustrations and part descriptions. Made ordering easy. Well done procedure video for this fix (washer tub springs, snubber and drive belt). Although I did have to look at another video to correctly put the belt on. There isn't any reference in the spring replacement video about reattaching the drive belt. I was replacing it anyways, so it all worked out. I may have found my best go-to place for appliance parts.

Needed two drawers for 10-year refrigerator and PartSelect.com came through with reasonable price and fast shipping. Highly recommend.

Got belt for washing machine. Received the correct belt and got machine up and running again. Shipping only took 3 days s it came quickly.

The ice maker went out on our older model Kenmore refrigerator. PartSelect.com was the only place we were able to find a replacement. Ordering was a breeze. Shipping was fast. It is installed and working beautifully.

Our dryer belt busted and after calling all the parts areas in our area no one had it available. Went online and ordered from Partselect.com. Belt showed up in about 7 days and I also noticed on the website it had a link to the YouTube video on how to replace it. Was very easy to follow and had it up and running in about 30 minutes.

The bin that holds the ice cracked. I found the part using the refrigerator freezer model number. It was in stock and I had the new one in 2 days. I found their installation video and after a couple of try's the new bin was in and working.

Part select made it so easy for me to find the part I needed. It was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. I was able to self install it! I needed the missing plug to protect my freezer thermostat. Easy Peasy! I'm genius…
