Had a problem with our Whirlpool Frig. Lights. Ordered a light control board as per numerous suggestions. The one I received was faulty. I called the customer service expecting a song and a dance on why they could not credit my acct. For the item. I could not believe how great the customer service agent was. ( Wish I had remembered his name). Not only did he set up the credit but also had the answer to my problem for the lights. He said he has comer across this problem quite a few times and it has been the light in the freezer. He ordered it and when I installed it the problem was solved. Wish all companies had such competent and knowledgeable agents. Would give ten stars if that were an option.

I purchased a home in December, one of the shelves in the refrigerator, the type that slides in an out was broken, I needed to replace the shelf but I honestly didn't want to replace it with the sliding style I wanted a solid shelf again. Did a quick Internet search found Part Select. Price was right, shipping was perfect was here within a day or two. Happy Customer!

Part Select was able to find a burner cartridge for my old Jenn Air stovetop and shipped it to me in two days. Whereas, two other companies were unable to find the correct part and one even shipped the wrong part and delayed my repair of the stovetop for over two months. Part Select was most helpful and expedited the correct part in a very short time.

I purchased a new screen for my LG dryer. The old screen never seem to fit right but the replacement from part select fit perfectly. Very happy with my purchase.

This company chooses to use FedEx the worst national known shipper in the world and yet they want to say it's not their responsibility that FedEx loses your package for days delivers it late and costs you money before you trust the reviews look this company up on the Better Business Bureau they pay out as much as they make because they don't want the negative remarks on the Better Business Bureau with the ranking of 1.7 they know what they do and when you go as far as the BBB they will finally confess and admit their mistakes so remember problem with them the BBB will get it fixed but this company will refuse to help without the threat of the BBB

Had a microwave that wouldn't turn on. FIrst order didn't fix. Second order did. First returned..

I replaced a refrigerator door shelf a few years ago from a different parts company. It never fit exactly right and would constantly fall off until it finally broke. I chose to purchase from PartSelect this time around and couldn't be happier. The price was reasonable and the part was a perfect fit with no problems. Will definitely use PartSelect again.

We ordered a freezer fan for a 27 yr old Hotpoint fridge that died and they sent the correct part and it worked perfectly. The video tutorial was also an asset(even though it was an easy part to re-install). Would recommend any time.

Sent a part that does not fit the product I have, will not answer multiple calls so I can send part pack to get a refund- phone message always says send email- sent several emails to which I get no response

Day 6 Still no parts. Took forever to get shipped. It says 2 to 3 day FedEx. There is no such animal. FedEx said no; that was 2 to 7 day Economy.

Ordered parts for my Maytag dryer from Partselect received parts within a few days, all parts were exact parts I needed, they also included videos on installation, installed parts with in an hour and a half, put together and it works great, by the way the dryer is over Twenty years old, sounds and works great.

Great part fit and very helpful instructional video for replacement. Made fixing my broken dishwasher a breeze

I was in need of some dryer parts, poking around online looking for the best deals, came across this website they had what I needed at a very good price. I double and triple checked to make sure this was going to work with my machine, I pulled the trigger and ordered, they shipped out a very timely manner. Once the parts came in I decided it was time to dive into it. Tearing the dryer part was very easy The parts matched up to the original parts. I spent extra time cleaning the inside of the dryer up before I put new parts in service. Total time installing parts was about 20 minutes. A test run prove things to be working as they should and the dryer was damn near silent at that point. Washed a load of laundry threw it in the dryer and the clothes actually dried faster than normal because I would assume the drum wasn't slipping at this point.

I have an older model clothes dryer and am a "do it yourself" until I can't type of maintenance person. I found the exact part I needed (heating element), and it was shipped to me in a reasonable amount of time. I got what I expected and is all I ask for. Simple.
I'll come to them immediately and again if / when the need arises. Highly recommend.
