My parts sat on the shelf in their warehouse for a week after I placed the order before getting shipped. This is unnacceptable. I will never place another order through parts avatar. Complete regret.

Transaction easy to complete. Excellent price. Only one caveat, not for price avatar but directed to the courrier that was used. Completely Ignored the half dozen 'THIS SIDE UP' signs and pictograms. SO it could have been an oily mess. But that's on the delivery guy, not the vendor.

I have been browsing the parts availability for a while and finally decided to try ordering something.
The customer assistance is good and availability of parts and description id very good! My part was delivered within the time posted when I ordered!

It's an online service. I do the work and they ship it out. No different than anywhere else.

Quick getting to me, great price and fit my car perfectly.

Received item on said delivery date. Correct part # on box but different part in box.

Good service on order placement. Problem was the delivery provider who delivered to wring address. How can the not know the difference between 44 and 54.

Order was perfect. The right product, the right quality and customer service was great.

Rock Auto is a better option than Parts Avitar, body parts I received were damaged beyond repair.
Customer Service is a joke I would never deal with these scam artists again.

They say stuff will be delivered in a certain time frame, good luck if your parts are even shipped by the end of the time frame. Have you waiting on parts for forever. Avoid this place at all costs. Customer service is horrible as well.

I had waited 3 days for parts to be picked from Mississauga location when finally arrived they were wrong. No courtesy to from staff for suggestions on alternative substitute to make my day any easier. I don't recommend them. If management like to contact reach out to me.

Our vehicle is discontinued and therefore many of its parts are difficult to acquire and/or too expensive to warrant purchase from the dealership, but Parts Avatar had what we needed for less than half the dealer's cost and the parts arrived earlier than expected.
