I AM A LICENCED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN. I DO WORK AT HOME ON THE SIDE.I ordered front brake rotors and pads for a 2021 Ram 1500 SLT 5.7L. The rotors were good the pads are incorrect. They make it almost impossible to return parts and customer service is non existant. They do not have a line to call to talk to a person.If your parts are correct then PARTSAVATAR is OK if your order is messed up then good luck because you get no help from them AND YOU HAVE TO PAY TO SEND THE INCORRECT PARTS BACK. DO NOT BUY PARTS HERE...

Incompetence at company is extreme. However, website looks good. Parts are cheap. 1. Ordered 2 struts. When they arrive, one strut is wrong size and didn't match part number on my order. 2. After waiting about 2 weeks they sent me the return Auth.

Ordered bosch brake pad Went to pick up but they handed over used ones. Gave them back right there. Ridiculous, you charge for new but give used and old parts

It's been 72 hours, my part hasn't shipped, use the online help, copy and pasted answers! Not one question answered

All the parts were received and worked. The issues started when the packaging for all the parts arrived damaged. Their return policy states no packaging can be damaged, written on, or have extra tape (if there is, the refund will be denied). Every single box I received had writing, extra tape, or damaged cardboard. I emailed pictures showing the damaged packaging and it took about 8 emails until they finally accepted that IF i needed to return something, it would be accepted in the damaged packaging.

Later, after sending back my core return, I waited the listed 5-10 business days to receive my refund. After not receiving the funds I once again contacted the horrible support. They kept saying "our team is working on it, you'll get paid soon" however no refund arrived. Nobody could give me a firm date on my refund and the agents were of no help. Their support needs a massive overhaul - processing a core return should not be this difficult or painful.

Will not honour manufacturers warrant and not assist to resolve issue. Consider buying from a local Retailer instead.

I've wanted to keep purchasing from a Canadian co. However they make it difficult. Let me share My most recent experience purchasing cooler oil lines both from rock auto and parts Avatar. I meet the purchases of the exact same time And expected to have very similar delivery windows. 4 days ago is when I meet the purchase In today got my rockauto order
When I went to check my email for confirmation from parts Avatar. No confirmation was ever sent so. Today. I contacted the company via the website. And I was told that my item was allocated and be ready to ship within 48 hours. How does my parcel arrive from the United States vendor before the Canadian vendor has even processed for shipping. This company still has a distance to go to compete with the big guys. In shipping and communication.
