I got wrong ac compressor plus it was already used. They send me used ac compressor with leaking oil and freon.
Received ac condenser with welding burned marks. Supposed fo be new paet not refurbished. My car already on the hoist and I'm paying shop. Don't want to pay twice.
Ordered multiple parts from their site and chose the "rapid delivery" option and said it would arrive 2-3 days after the order was placed. Low and behold they show up the following week, 8 days after my order was placed. I paid extra for the rapid shipping and the parts did not show up on time. The courier they use do NOT work on weekends so keep that in mind if you need parts asap. Just go to your local parts shop. Save yourself the hassle. Only reason they get two stars is because if the pricing and quality of the parts. Other than that, shop elsewhere. I will not be ordering from here again.
Ordered a single LEFT FRONT CALIPER for my vehicle. When reviewed the order it showed 2 RIGHT FRONT CALIPERS. I notified your shipping department and was told that the order was already for delivery. I was told that when they arrive I would have to return them and order the correct part. I understand that sometimes things go wrong and that happens.
I am now in the process of returning the parts and find your policy states that I have to pay a 15% restocking charge. I feel that this is very unfair since I notified your company before the shipment was sent out. I am also a little confused on how I get my approval sticker to return the items.
I found the headlight bulb using the partsavatar seach by car function. The part was labelled as a "universal fit: this product fits all vehicles", but when i go to install, the electrical connector clearly does not work in my car. Returns tells me that universal fit means it is not guaranteed to fit into your car, and you should consult a mechanic before purchasing the part, starts making up a bunch of terms which are not written anywhere on the product page. When I ask them to show me where these disclamers exist on the webpage, they could not find it. I did not get a return & have wasted my money with this company.
Very disappointing delivery service. When I got home, the package was nowhere to be found — most likely stolen. The driver could have at least rung the bell or knocked on the door; there were 5 people at home at the time of delivery! It's unacceptable to just leave a package without making sure it's safely handed over, especially when it contains valuable parts. Extremely dissatisfied.

Upon contacting chat support and providing pictures as proof, the initial response was unhelpful. After further effort, my case was escalated into a return process. I requested a discount or compensation to reorder new pads after returning the used ones, as this situation has required me to contact support multiple times, reschedule service appointments, and adjust my personal plans. Unfortunately, the agent I dealt with has not been supportive, even though the error is clearly on Parts Avatar's side. All I asked for is fair treatment: either a discount or some form of compensation to recognize the inconvenience, wasted time, and stress this experience has caused.
The master cylinder was not fitting and made of plastic material instead of metal as origin. Only the slave one was Ok. Too bad since the fitting confirmation was showing in your system but falsely for the master

You have a lot of delay and very weak customer service. They do not have any update regarding the package and see same thing than customer. My package was 4days on transit which is surprising, from Mississauga to Richmond Hill. I got one package from. Québec to here in 2 days max. Work on your service.
Wrong parts were delivered and now I'm on the hook to pay $40 to ship them back when they were initially shipped for free.
Ordered 2 rear rotors for the same car and received 2 different rotors, each from a different manufacturer and the inside hub were different colors, one gray and one black. Upon further inspection I also noted that they were of different grades. I now have to go through the trouble of sending them back, My plan also has now been postponed till I can get new rotors delivered or go and pick them up at a regular auto part store.

I used their built in car part finder in the website by putting in my car's info and bought the part that said would fit for sure and it did not fit. It's not even close to being the correct size.
Do not order from this company. They offer no live person to help if they send a defective part. I have been going through email to have the defective part they sent replaced but the process is so slow and tedious. They want videos, pictures and take forever to respond. I still haven't had a resolution. I needed this part to drive my vehicle to work. They delivered the part late. I paid for the quicker shipping and the part didn't come on the day they said it would. I would not count on this company because the customer service is terrible. I will be contacting and making a complaint with the BBB.
Worst parts experience I've had in over 15 years in this trade. I have a customers vehicle stuck in my shop waiting for the part. It was delayed and sent back to parts avatar due to a shipping issue which the shipping company told me to ask parts avatar about.
When I finally recieved the part it was broken. After waiting days for a response. They wouldnt do a straight exchange. I had to return the broken one and order another one the same, which now costs 50 dollars more for some reason. They refuse to reimburse me for the extra cost. Im still waiting for it to be shipped and get my return. I will update when that is done. If it is
Dont waste money on shipping. They dont care if you pay for extra for it. Tried to get reimbursed for it and they answered it was impossible. Prices are good, service sucks
I ordered 2 rear hatch struts for the rear hatch on my 2013 Santa Fe. The struts arrived on time but were NOT for a 2013 model as requested. They were 4 inches too long. I returned them but forgot to include the RMA# so I question if I'll ever see my refund.

I ordered 6 spark plugs and only 4 arrived. It took 2 days to tell that I will get a refund for the 2 undelivered spark plugs. No explanation. I needed 6 spark plugs not 4. I'm very disappointed with your customer service.
Ordered manual fan for classic car. When received, it was a single rather than double as pictured. Tested to ensure it worked and it did not. Spoke to rep who started giving my husband the run-around at which point he said "I guess that' the last time I order from your company". He immediately provided return information. That should have been the first thing, not after threatening not to support the company anymore.
This website "part checks" things to make sure it'll fit the vehicle you need it to yet when you get it in the mail is definitely isn't even close to fitting. I needed an o2 sensor for a bmw x5m50i, the one I ordered said it would fit yet isn't even close, the cord is too short & the plug in part is a completely different fitment then what's needed
Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
