Kyle was the chap who I connected with to order. He kept disappearing, then would return, ask another question, then disappear! I think you get it by now. It took seemingly forever. He then queried a non existent return for the same item I wanted to order, without asking if this is what I wanted to do?
He couldn't access my previous order and frankly by this time I ended the conversation. If you review my conversation you will find that I accepted responsibility for buying the wrong size tire. Other than that, Parts Avatar is great.

I purchased brake pads and rotors through Parts Avatar's website and the transaction seemed almost too easy (if that's possible). Normally I struggle trying to find the specific parts I need on other websites but the filters on Parts Avatar made it simple to find exactly what I wanted within minutes. Knowing rotors weigh a little bit it was surprising that the shipping was free (yet it was). They initially estimated delivery would take about a week but then everything was at my house within days. I'll definitely shop here again!

The BTK radiator fit poorly.
One of the tabs that secures the driver side fan shroud was manufactured in the wrong position.
I only noticed this during assembly and had to make do with a zip tie because I needed the vehicle back in running condition.
Also, I ordered the radiator cap with the radiator purchase.
This cap is very poor quality compared to the OEM part.
I decided that my old o.e.m, cap was better than the new one, so I used the old one.
I completed the installation. There are no leaks, so I guess I have success, but the poor fit is a real turn off for possible future purchases.

Very convenient way to shop for my auto parts. Loys of choices, from OEM to aftermarket. Shipping was fairly quick but did take a few days. One box was was very damaged but part was not affected.

I placed an order for some brake parts, it was suppose to be free shipping, however upon a closer look they charged me a fee called extended distance shipping. Upon realizing the fee I requested a cancel or return of the order. Parts avatar took care of my situation.

It took 4 days from order to "shipped". When shipped,the tracking number that was supplied did not work, at all.
The chat regarding when my order would be shipped was of no use.
The package was left at my door, vulnerable to porch pirates because I was unable to track the package.
I never had any of those issues when dealing with Rockauto. Communication was excellent and my items always arrived in a couple of days.

Bought my part to save it to change it when needed, when i have decided to change my break pads found out was the wrong part. Parts Avatar Would not let me return my part even tho i didnt used the part just bc it was orded previously. Really bad for business, lost a customer that always gave Avatar the business.

Answer: They have terrible customer service and wont stand behind their mistakes (which they will make) or products. Would not recomend this place.
