Easy to use website that gives good information on how to find my paint color

Overall I was happy with the product, it matches the older paint well.

I am very pleased at the great service and shipping speed at which my PaintScratch order arrived. I have not yet had a chance to use the paint and clear coat, but am sure that it will match up well.

I've been buying touch-up paint from PaintScratch for at least 15 years. They have always provided perfect color matching and high quality paint. One of my cars is from the 1980's and has single stage paint rather than modern basecoat/clearcoat and PaintScratch is still able to provide my color as a single stage paint on request for no extra charge. Using the right type of paint makes a huge difference in how good the chip repair looks.

Ease of order clear and precise ordering instructions so can't improve on ease of ordering

As expected - site easy to use. Only issue was the wrong spray cap/nozzle. The cap was to large and could not dispense the paint. Replaced with a spare cap and worked as expected. Great product.

I added to my order a couple of days later and then they created another order and sent two orders! AND they charged me for two orders. Now I have product I don't need and another charge on my PayPal account.

Another great experience. Got my paint quick, application went smoothly. The match is perfect. This isn't my first order, but I will mention that the detailed instructions are super helpful for the first time user of these products.

I needed enough paint to cover two repaired rust spots and a side view mirror cover cap. When I received the can of paint I immediately noticed how light the box felt. The can felt the same way, less than half full. Sure enough, I ran out of paint. So, I went to Riley's who told me to go to Napa, where they mix the paint and also put it in a spray can. I called the store to confirm, gave them the color code and when I arrived, it was ready. First thing I noticed when picking up the can is how full it felt. And, I paid about $7.00 less. I learned two things by my experience, I paid too much and I don't have to go on line to shop for my paint, I just have to go to Napa
