I found this site through a YouTuber and it was really easy selecting the color and following the instructions. It is an art form to apply though, luckily I am an artist by profession but I could see how it would give some people problems.

It was easy to find what I needed, easy to place an order and delivery was fast enough.

I think the paint was perhaps a little dry, as it didn't come out of the pen as easily as on the video. As a consequence, I applied it a bit thick.

After taking as long as it did to receive the product, you would think it would be right. I checked the box and specified Single Stage. The label adhered to the can said SS but was not. What I received sprayed very dry, rough finish with no sheen. I had to sand and clear coat at my additional time and expense. I notified Paintscratch that there was a problem but never received a response.

Good color match and the spray can performed well.

Had no issues ordering and the paint arrived very quickly.

Great email communication in answering multiple questions in very timely fashion.

Purchase and shipping were fine and product type with fan spray was good. Color match was horrible.

Actually pretty painless so far. It is darker than my original color...but it's such a small scratch that it's not that noticeable..

The included color test card is a very nice touch. I was able to test the delivered paint to verify that it was a close enough match to my car color to be pleased with the product. Great company and would definitely use them again.

Unfortunately, the paint did not match the car paint code given. And after looking at many pictures of similar cars with same paint code, it's clear that PaintScratch just went with something offered by a similar car manufacturer with a similar but not equal paint code.
