If you book with OYO its fake reservation, you can go until the hotel and they will say"there is no room available " because OYO look like fake website and they didn't have good and right conversation with the hotel owner and customer too.

I made a reservation at Oyo Greenery Pattay - the hotel had no record of the reservation.

Oyo customer service refused to help despite multiple calls.they told me to call a Thai number despite the reservation being made from the UK website.

There is no email to contact, all confirmations are no reply addresses, website support doesn't work.

Worst booking experience I've ever had. Total scam. Avoid Oyo hotels at all costs

This place is a dump the on in Bradford. Where do I begin. Druggies everywhere. Room and bedding filthy roaches where crazy but what I heard the way a guy named Stevie talk to this poor woman was so saddending I never heard anyone talk like that and I grew up in Philly I saw he refused to give her a ride in the elevator and she was in active labor Wich later found out she had to walk to the 3rd floor and that cause her placenta to collapse and the baby had to be delivered at 23 weeks. She won her court case 3 times cause he was evicting her for blowing a fúse Wich she wasn't even home to do.Iblater came back to interview the woman and she told me how stevo had his minion screw her door $#*! and that left her 10 year old daughter locked in. She also told me about how she fell asleep woke up to someone running out her door and her couch was smoldering. She had to leave her. Baby cause he was opening her door and they had a free for all and took everything of hers. I héard he does this to every one but he will let meth head the there room stink so bad and garbage to there knees. Live there.now he won't take her rent and trying to get her out that way. Shes been trying to move out but with all that going on and now the baby she doesn't know what to do. All the crib clothes bottle diaper éverything her and the kids is gone. Did I mention there eis a female child molester that work the front desk and how about the money laundering they are doing the owner need to know this isn't right and I am a lawyer and will be representing that woman in a million dollar law suit. She not the only one he has down this to and it needs to stop. But this place needs burned to the ground Steve and Julie need to go to prison

Do not stay at oyo hotel in fort worth they need to be shutdown owner rude worker rude non working ice machine half cleaned rooms wall dirty blood splatter on door floor bout to come up bedbugs also. If you paid for room already and go there if you don't have the deposit they want let you in they the only motel out here ripping people off. We had a room at motel 6 because we had a non smoking room and my husband wanted to smoke we was charged a 35.00 deposit reasonable price. Oyo hv good prices but it's not worth it at all just pay a little more and go somewhere that don't hv a deposit. Hope they close down and somebody else take over

Booked a hotel through OYO.
Oyo team said Hotel is just 3 KM from Surat Railway Station While it was 14 KM.
I booked for the 4 Adult and 3 Child, but got to know that he booked only 4 Adult while Child name was missing.
Later on cancelled the hotel And it was promissed to return the amount in 14 Days and its been more than 45 days and not refund.

WORST Hotel. We booked this hotel for 14th August to 15th August for one day stay well before 2 -3 weeks through Agoda. We reached Mathura on 14th August and called hotel for the location but surprisingly hotel reception guy told us that we can not do checkin in hotel as our reservation is not confirmed but our reservation was already confirmed. We called agoda and agoda was saying that reservation is confirmed but now this hotel is asking more price. We called again to Hotel and they told that they can not offer the hotel at that price on which we booked. We booked 2 rooms as we were 2 families with 3 children. Hotel reception guy was very rude on phone and was saying that how can you book hotel at that price from any site and funny thing is that they their-self listed their hotel in those site.
Imagine the mental and physical pain we suffered on that day with 3 children without hotel and finally we could not find any other hotel in Mathura as there was lot of rush because of the long weekend and then we had to cancel our morning railway ticket from Mathura to Gwalior as there was no stay in Mathura because of heavy rush and then we returned back to Delhi and booked next day railway ticket from Delhi to Gwalior in tatkal.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IN ANY CASE. THEY ARE BIG CHEAT AND CONMAN.

Very bad experience this Hotel
I am deepu Joseph book my room on 6 th of August through OYO rooms, my booking No MAXS119 Already i paid 1450 then my family going checking time hotel is asking more money 2500! I don't know what kind of service OYO doing. My wife waiting 2 hours in hotel reception without any clarification. Hotel staff all are unprofessional and they speaking very rudely. My wife suffering this time Very bad experience this hotel I never book any room this hotel again! And please don't trust OYO this cheating customers I lost my money and valuable time... I had made Booking for Hotel in Gurugram and I was provided Booking for another City.
After making repeated Calls to Customer Service they never made Correction to the Booking as mistake was on their part. PLEASE DO NOT USE $#*!TY BOOKING PLATFORM. THEY ARE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS IN THE NAME OF BOOKINGS.

Not too shabby, not too cool, rooms could be better if Oyo keeps an eye on the hotels. Cheap rooms but can be better

Probably the worst company I have ever seen in my entire life. They don't give a $#*! about their customers. And the oyotownhouse people scammed us saying you left bloodstains on our bedsheets. I am waiting for the doom of this company.

Please Do not trust OYO, They never fefund amount what ever it may be. They will never say about policy while booking because you i'll get aware of that. Best Example, I booked the room via booking Call at 8.57Am(26.08.2021), I have cancelled it Arround 9.19am(26.08.2021). I asked them about refund percentage they have said there is no refund it is fully chargeable like what they have said. I have spent only 20 minutes between Booking and Cancellation. I have lost 799 rupees. They don't want customer satisfy they want only money. Please Be aware of OYO,.

I was truly cheated with the services given by Oyo rooms for a booking made on 24th July at Mysore India at a Hotel Royal Sand.
They have tie up with Lousy Partners who has very very poor hygiene factors that any descent family will refuse to stay.
We made the booking and payment before check in trusting the rating and photographs put in their Mobile App. But when visited the spot and found exactly opposite to what was told and shown in the App, we initiated for alternative hotel. But the customer service team was very poor in response against which we had to decide cancellation of our booking. We are also cheated without refund of payment without staying in any accomodation from Oyo rooms. Dear Public, who ever see this review, please take this seriously and not get cheated like us. We hold all evidences about our above experience which in our life will not forget.
We believe in God, and those who ever is the cause for the above every single person will be paying a punishment for the above cheating. Our above Grief of us will not be even taken for consideration by Oyo rooms seriously. I find they least care about customers and are only about earning money cheating public

Do you literally have any customer support? If you do why dont they do their job? You are just paying them to sit and say "please wait I'm transferring your call to relevant department'This OYO sucks and they are just looting peoples money.

At 2.15 pm I arrived to Oyo 1086 Oscar 2 to check-in. The first time I came, I saw the hotel it has not the same as a picture. I tried to cancel, but the reception said that only the booking.com who can cancel. I called so many time but no one answered. When I connected the booking.com, the operator name Kevin said that he can't do anything. Because I paid for refundable. He said that the only person who can cancel is the property. He wasn't polite to answer me. I mentioned that I want to change a hotel and paid more. The hotel is very small, dirty and behind the pharmacy, it just like a room in the boarding house, near the gang. This is not a hotel this a rented room. I want a refund and change the other room. This is so unpleasant because I felt that I bought a merchandise in the box, after I open the box, the merchandise was not the same as I ordered. But the seller said that I could not return. I felt like I bought something from a scammer. The hotel hold my ID card. This is unacceptable and Not happening in other hotel.
