Do not use!

Whatever agreement you think is in place before you book will evaporate as soon as they have your credit card info.
Anyone giving them anything other than 1 star works for them.
Zero customer service, and illicit charges.
Consider yourself warned.

Horrible company to work with. NEVER work with them, their partner motels and hotels, and Sonrise Motel in Breezewood, PA (Cynthia owner is a liar before God) as misrepresents properties, tempers with motel and hotel records, and will not investigate disputes to assist the customer. I cannot say enough how horrible this group is. RUN AWAY. WILL STEAL your money.

This Oyo Hotel (third party reservations) are such a scam. They require you to reserve online before checking into a room. Once arriving to the hotel it did not match the pictures (10-15 year old photos). The room had opened walls, unpainted sparkle in the bathroom and around the sink. Several layers of old caulking. There was dark stains suggesting mold around the base of the shower walls and floor tile. There was sanded white dust from sanding on the floor. You could see tracks from their poor attempt of vacuuming. The bed was undone, and smelt unlaundered. After 15 minutes of searching for new hotels in the area I return to the desk to check out. The front desk person was helpful, but not familiar or confident with their computers. I was required to call the same number to cancel the reservation. Oyo Hotels would not refund the first night and only the second night. They even lied over the phone stating they called the front desk lady and didn't receive an answer (I was standing next to her the entire time they tried calling). They later hung up on the front desk and I. Do not waste your time or risk your health on this hotel company!

We had a series of power outages in our area and trying to book hotels was difficult to say the least. First night I had to drive 2 hours to the closest hotel I could find. Next day I came home to check on things and started looking for a hotel closer to home. Well I found one 45 minutes away so I booked 2 rooms. One for me and my wife and one for my mother. Oyo was descent priced so I was content. Well my power came back on so cancelled my reservation. Same day I booked mind you. 2 days later my account was drafted for the charge of the rooms. Seems they didn't cancel and marked me as a no show. After fighting with them to get a refund for several days they finally agreed, however never sent me the money. I contacted them again and it started over saying I am unable to be refunded do to a no call no show. I sent them several different times the email stating they would refund me but these thieves never sent me the money. Do not do business with the jokers.

OYO cheating India

I had a truly disappointing experience with OYO Rooms recently. I booked a room online and made a full payment in advance, only to arrive at the hotel and be told that they had no collaboration with OYO. This situation left my family and me stranded with no place to stay.

What added to my frustration was the lack of support from OYO's customer care. Despite having a confirmed booking on my mobile app, they were unable to resolve the issue or find an alternative accommodation for us. The unresponsiveness of their customer service made the situation even more frustrating.

To make matters worse, I still haven't received a refund for the payment I made for the non-existent room. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would caution anyone considering using OYO Rooms for their travel accommodations to be extremely cautious and have a backup plan in case something goes wrong, as their customer support and reliability have been far from satisfactory in my experience.

So I asked if I can get a room after 7 pm and I let the OYo consultant know I was going to be there after 3 pm obviously, I asked if my room will be available if I will arrive after 3 pm, the OYo consultant confirmed it will be available. Well this unprofessional consultants lie so they can keep your money. So I arrive and the woman working for the oyo at the San Antonio TX, says that my room is not available because I came in late. Becareful don't purchase from this people, they are only good to steal specially from tourist who can't come in at exactly 3 pm. Becareful don't do the mistake I did, don't throw your money like that. This OYO consultants are liars and the staff at the OYO Hotel.

Fake booking in goa

I have booked the oyo hotel through booking.com for my family,I booked oak skydale hotel but one day before the stay oyo person called and said the hotel you have booked is under maintenance so we will shift you to another hotel,they gave the address of the hotel by the name of oyo durg holiday Inn and said we have booked the hotel u can directly go to the property, no location given and oyo executive said that u can take the location from google, but I reached there, the hotel person told me that we already removed our hotel Fromm OYO before 7 days & denied for our stay. Guys one thing is clear OYO is not working is goa so never book the rooms through OYO specially in GOA... Fraud app

Bad service

Very disappointed with the service... Hard to get a refund. Receptionist mistake But we have to take the consequences. OYO double charge & did not want to refund customers money. So long to wait & didn't respond. So bad. Not recommended OYO!

I stayed at the Palette Resort, at first I though ok not so terrible other than you need to park across the street and down a little from the hotel. Then only 1 elevator for the entire hotel you need to go get toilet paper, towels, garbage bags or anything else you need for your room from the front desk yourself, I stayed 4 nights and asked the front desk to please just go and sweep my room and was told I needed to stay at least 5 night to have them sweep your room so I asked for a broom and did that my self. The hallway was not clean and it was very hot, I killed 3 roaches in my room and when I asked to speak to a manager was told she was in a meeting that I can email her this was July 28th and I emailed her 2 times and called again and I still have not received a response back and only 1 employee was nice and helpful all the other I encountered was very rude and not helpful at all. I know it was fairly cheaper than others but you should get some service. I will never stay there again.

The worst night ever I guess prostitution is common at the location. There was a couple upstairs or next to us god knows where but all night doing it and none would say anything they were at it like animals and she was screaming the whole time and I was like I have a kid in here like none not the front desk was not doing anything and she was right next to it like it wasn't far I will never stay at this place or any other location related to this hotel

The customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I called to ask age for check in just for them to deny me when i come to check in. They lied to me and when i tried to get compensated for this issue at least allow me to stay or a refund no one could help me. I work in a HILTON HOTEL and i've never seen a worse hotel and i've never talked to more stupid people. They hung up on me 10 times. I tried to get help FOR AN HOUR AND STILL HAVENT GOTTEN IT. Let alone the women at the front desk did not care about anything i had to say and gave me attitude cuz i told them they're the ones that gave me false information. ON TOP OF IT THE WOMEN WAS TOO BUSY TAKING CARE OF HER CHILD THAT WAS IN THE LOBBY RATHER THAN HELPING ME WITH ANYTHING.

OYO is horrid. I booked a room with their online system, then cancelled it with the front desk of the hotel I booked with. OYO charged me for a no-show even though I cancelled and the actual hotel staff tried to reach OYO too on my behalf, they had a record of the cancellation and still OYO did not do anything and refused my refund, even after multiple calls with them. I registered a complaint with the Better Business Bureau where they have an F rating. Their practices are illegal and they should not be allowed to do business anywhere.

Thought i was calling this motel directly. Instead i was sent to someone in california that had a hard time speaking english. I was told i had to pay over the phone to a link they sent. It took me over an hour of trying to understand this person then to pay. I would have stayed somewhere else but they were all booked. There is also a 10 dollar fee for each hour to check in before 3pm, I think the head of this corp enjoys the extra money and control. Nothing new there I guess. Never again.

Fraud

I never use/suggest Oyo. I've booked a room through Oyo with their offer price & paid to Oyo, when I reached hotel the hotel manager told me that he can't provide any room with that price. Then I've called Oyo, they made me to wait on calls for more than 15minz & later the calls are getting disconnected but no resolution. It's a very bad experience with Oyo.

Hotel oyo en Rosarito

Este hotel es lo mas asqueroso que me pudo pasar, es una porqueria de hotel no se como lo dejan seguir operando las fotos que ponen online no tiene nada que ver esto es una posilga de lo mas asquerosa ahi no limoian no hay mantenimiento, las sabanas manchadas desacindose de viejas los colchones llenos de pelos de comida de rewiduos sabra de cuanto tiempo… los baños un verdadero asco las carpetas las cortinas callendose de mugre las lamparas rotas la bañera llena de moho todo apesta ahi, nunca se le ocurra quesarse ahi mi amiga en cinco minutos le agarro una alergia de la mugre en ese lugar toda la propirdad es un asco tengo fotos para comprobar lo que digo ahi ni por que fuera gratis me quedaria en mi vida los banos llenos de pelos los lavabos igual. Acabamos pagando $89 por una posilga asquerosa.

My husband was assaulted! Spit on!

Do not stay here! Check out time is supposed to be 11am but the owner came knocking on our door just after 9 am yelling at my husband saying we would not get our deposit back because he spit on the ground outside of our room. And then he spit on my husband! He went in the room to check the room and decided he was just going to take 5 dollars from our deposit because we used a towel! I don't know why they want to provide towels and then charge you for using one! My husband called the cops on the owner for spitting on him, it's on camera! The cops told him it's not illegal to spit on concrete. Pretty sure you can't just go around spitting on people though. Called corporate and they said that the manager is refusing to give us a refund and claims we broke a table, which we did not. This hotel chain is a joke and they do not treat you like a customer at all. Do not stay at any of there hotels, if anything goes wrong they will take the managers word over yours. And even if you didn't do something and the manager says you did, it won't matter. Absolutely ridiculous!

Every Oyo room will demand twice the booking amount after you pay in the app. They will say utna sata price me kaha ayega, you pay 1000 and after reaching they will ask for 1000 more.
