Premium price, NOT premium quality. This is a woven design, so how are there layers factored into the middle of this seemingly reversible bed cover? It is extremely thin, with flimsy trim stitching. The tags cannot be read in english to verify content. The tags are on the outward facing side. There is a top side, it is not reversible because the stitching on the side where the flowers are blue with orange background is outward facing. Trim stitching is basic, so why have an exposed seam like that facing toward your body? Beautiful print. Shipping took forever and it basically was wrapped in plastic then wrapped in what looks like a black trash bag, and wrapped in tape, with a label slapped on there. The plastic was ripped and there's a dark smear on the fabric from being exposed during shipping. The cotton comforter is ordered was not cotton, but glutinous corn fiber. Wth

I ordered 2 nightgowns- neither were what was described or advertised as Cotton. When I wanted to return items I received no response from seller.

I bought a dressing gown at £58 photos lovely claiming soft organic Japanese cotton, claimed in UK. It was cheap and rough to touch. I ordered a M 12/14 I checked measurements, when it arrived would not fit a child. I asked them to pay return all they have done is argue I am wrong, sending size charts that are not the one on the website when I bought and no where near UK sizes, now opened paypal case hoping I can sort, not once offered me a return or refund just calling me a liar.

Do not buy from Ownkoti. They have interesting fabric, but ship from China and do not stand by their descriptions, I ordered a pajama set from them after carefully reviewing their sizing. The item I received had mismatched sizes, with a top that fit well but pants that were extremely small and nowhere close to their stated measurements. The company offered me 2 solutions, both requiring me to spend more $ without receiving a refund or replacement. They have refused both replacement and a refund, even though their error was caused entirely by them. I have filed a resolution request with PayPal.

They fail to tell you products must be returned to China at your expense. Also require photos of retuned items and reason. Their sizing for clothes runs small and "item did not fit" is not acceptable reason for return.

They market themselves as chic, and sustainable, but this is cheap Chinese garbage. I only realized they were not what they were advertising themselves as after I ordered a blanket. I immediately tried to cancel the order, but they shipped it out anyways. The package did not show up for week, and they refused to give me a refund without returning the blank, that I never received. I did eventually get my blanket, and when I tried to return it they wanted me to pay $40 out of my own pocket to chip this ugly scratchy cheaply made garbage back to them. They will absolutely cheat you if given the opportunity, do not support this business

The large size runs like a small. I am usually medium size so ordered large per sites mention they run small. I did not return as it fit but once spring came and I used the pijama it is uncomfortable to sleep in. They are cheap in using minimal fabric and I wonder if the fabric really is cotton. Misleading and poor policy to allow only 14 days to return. Overpriced for sure. Wish I'd done my due diligence on researching company. I don't have a receipt anymore since I delete old emails but this is an honest review.

Ordered a "full size" comforter, it would fit a twin bed. Chinese company creating a misleading image online. Took a long time to ship. There's no way to exchange/return as they make you pay for shipping to China.

The pajamas set I was gifted with doesn't fit. It is February and still I am dealing with their BS! I don't think I am ever gonna be able to wear their pajamas! Not recommend this company! They suck pretty bad!

It's are port quality. Way too smalll. You can't return or get a refund. They are in China and want you to return to China and then they might maybe return your money.

Bought a Sherpa quilt and as I was unpacking it noticed loose threads. After three days there are multiple areas of loose stitching. It's crap. Truly awful. Avoid them at all costs.

OWNKOTI'S website suggests a consumer will purchase items from a company based in Nice, France.

This is scam as the company is based in China - and it will cost 1/2 the purchase price to return the item to China not France.

If you want to buy any item this Company offers (which are sub-standard) do so through Amazon - so you won't be hit with huge return postage fees.

As a consumer, you will see the same customer disappointment and rip-off scheme by this company.

Absolutely rubbish quality chinese made products and pathetic customer service. I ordered a pair of curtains, they sent me two different sized curtains which I can't use and in addition to that one was defected. Grommet came loose immediately. I reached out to their customer service including order number, photos and videos of the incorrect size and defect. They kept asking for this barcode and then another barcode. If they sent the parcel they should have all details if I provided the order number but No! Anyway when I finally provided everything they stopped responding. The photos looks much better in their website, in reality these are overpriced chinese made poor quality defected products. Stay away from this site. You can get better chinese deals in Aliexpress or Temu.

If i could give a ZERO rather than a one i would give a zero. After waiting for 2 weeks to get this FULL SIZED QUILT, it finally came. A full sized bed is 54" this "quilt" is more like a THROW it is 59 inches wide so it basically hangs down 2 inches on either side of the full sized bed. It's not even wide enough to use as a bed blanket little less as a quilt. In my opinion this is false advertising. When I sent a mssg to the customer service they said their measurements are on the page, which they are; but when you are buying a bedspread or quilt or even a blanket you just look for your "bedsize" and assume it will hang over the side as a BEDSPREAD or QUILT SHOULD...it's more like they send you a 59" piece of material that will lay TOP OF YOUR BED, BUT WILL not be what you would expect for a FULL SIZED blanket, quilt or bedspread. It doesnt even fit my twin sized bed as a quilt. They should just list the measurements and say they will sell you a piece of fabric that is wide enough to cover the top of your bed but not hang down the side as one would expect a QUILT, BLANKET or BEDSPREAD would! I plan on sending a complaint to the attorney general of my state. Also, their website says they have a 5 star rating out of 894 reviews but in searching the internet they have less than a 2.0 star rating which makes one wonder if they delete the low reviews. Also even though the address on my delivered package showed Colorado, they advised if I want to return the quilt i have to send it to CHINA! I am sure if I send to China it will somehow "get lost in the mail". BUYER BEWARE.

They are a dodgy company. I never got my order and they wouldn't help find it, deal with their carrier or offer a refund. I spent nearly $177! Please read this review before you buy form them! Wish I could give them NO STARS!

Very bad, frustrating and annoying experience. I tried to make a return, followed carefully their return policy, including shipping the package back to China on my expense. The package was delivered to the Chinses costume, however Ownkoti never bother to redeem it. In their polite but unhelpful response emails, they continue to claim the package has not yet arrived. I have never received my money back..

I wear a medium in pajamas and ordered a large in their pajamas. They came in a worn out plastic bag with no tags. They are an X-small like size zero. Do not waste your time with these people as their products are nasty and probably used. Buyer Beware. The waist measures 12 inches of this elastic.

Ownkoti is selling cheaply made clothing and linens as expensive luxury products. The towel I bought is not absorbent at all, trying to dry off with it just smears water around. And even worse, I bought a kimono that based on their website measurements should have fit, and it doesn't. I tried to return it and they won't take it, saying instead they'll give me a $10 refund and I can buy another one. I went back-and-forth with them on this, and they won't budge, absolutely terrible customer service and an incredible waste of money. I will never support this company again.
