I bought a dressing gown at £58 photos lovely claiming soft organic Japanese cotton, claimed in UK. It was cheap and rough to touch. I ordered a M 12/14 I checked measurements, when it arrived would not fit a child. I asked them to pay return all they have done is argue I am wrong, sending size charts that are not the one on the website when I bought and no where near UK sizes, now opened paypal case hoping I can sort, not once offered me a return or refund just calling me a liar.
Premium price, NOT premium quality. This is a woven design, so how are there layers factored into the middle of this seemingly reversible bed cover? It is extremely thin, with flimsy trim stitching. The tags cannot be read in english to verify content. The tags are on the outward facing side. There is a top side, it is not reversible because the stitching on the side where the flowers are blue with orange background is outward facing. Trim stitching is basic, so why have an exposed seam like that facing toward your body? Beautiful print. Shipping took forever and it basically was wrapped in plastic then wrapped in what looks like a black trash bag, and wrapped in tape, with a label slapped on there. The plastic was ripped and there's a dark smear on the fabric from being exposed during shipping. The cotton comforter is ordered was not cotton, but glutinous corn fiber. Wth
Do not buy from Ownkoti. They have interesting fabric, but ship from China and do not stand by their descriptions, I ordered a pajama set from them after carefully reviewing their sizing. The item I received had mismatched sizes, with a top that fit well but pants that were extremely small and nowhere close to their stated measurements. The company offered me 2 solutions, both requiring me to spend more $ without receiving a refund or replacement. They have refused both replacement and a refund, even though their error was caused entirely by them. I have filed a resolution request with PayPal.
I ordered 2 nightgowns- neither were what was described or advertised as Cotton. When I wanted to return items I received no response from seller. Do Not Purchase Anything from Ownkoti!
These people really suck and they are scammers. Their stuff looks beautiful online, but when you get it, it is cheap. I contacted them to return it and they told me I had to ship it back to China, even though it had been shipped from the United States. Then they offered me a 20% discount and said I could offer that to my friends and family. I told them that I would never do that to my friends and family. I wouldn't have them any longer. What a strange response… I don't like the product and I would like to return it-here is a discount code so you can buy more of our crap.
I got a bed spread that had unraveling edges and inconsistent dye. I tried to get a return but they were totally hostile about it and didn't want to give me a refund at all. It's just theft. Most of their stuff you can find on AliExpress a lot cheaper. Do a reverse image search. These people are scammers.
I did not do my usual due diligence with Ownkoti. I just ordered a full size cotton quilt. I paid $112. It came about 20 days later. The quilt was attractive as pictured. It was marked full size but the length and width are not the same as standard American full size, so it didn't fit the my bed no matter how I arranged it. Ok, so I'll just return it for refund. Nope. Ownkoti will do nothing to facilitate a return even though the website says you can return. No response to 3 emails, 4th email blamed me for choosing wrong size, wouldn't give an address as to where to return. After I said I was going to dispute through Paypal their failure to let me return, they gave me an address in China!. Or I could accept $10 return cash and keep the quilt. You know that sinking feeling you get when you realize how badly you've been cheated? That's how I feel. And then I discover I can buy the exact same quilt on Amazon for $58 with full Amazon return policy. I'm still pursuing a refund or some remedy through Paypal. I'm not confident that it will resolve in my favor but will see. I wanted to share my experience and warn you off.
We ordered a sofa cushion. They sent the wrong size. After a month of debate, they sent me the right size in the wrong color. After another month of debate, they finally sent the right size. The sofa covers are smaller than advertised: all three of them. It stained my couch. I took a detailed video. Our beautiful cream couch is now a blue hue.
First if you've discovered you've ordered from one of those terrible sites contact them and cancel the order. They will tell you that you can't or that's it's been shipped already. Don't let that stop you.Tell them they will do better to cancel your, order regardless of what they claim, because you will do two things: refuse to accept the order and write return to sender on the pkg ( then they will have to pay for the return shipping as well) and two tell your credit card company it is a fraudulent company and you want to dispute the charge. I had this happen and this is what I did. They also told me I would have to send it back but they gave me a local address so if you want to be that kind to them ask for a local address you can return the items to. Don't accept a discount remember, tell them you are disputing the charges cause they aren't the size, quality etc that was promised and that if it does arrive you won't open it and will write: Not accepted, return to sender and give it back to whomever delivered it. Do not give up. Always read reviews before purchasing. Many companies say made in USA and they are not. Don't let them take advantage of you and tell them you will posting a very unfavorable review. Negative review. Very unusual the pillowcases do not come with the quilt. Will not purchase again.
They don't do returns and they're in China. So it's a big risk to buy expensive items. I liked one thing I bought but not the other two and I'm stuck with them.
When something doesn't fit ( I always wear XL, my oh s were too small ( Asian sizes are smaller) then they harass you about keeping it & no where in your return policy does it say orders have to be shipped back to China at huge mailing fees! Scam
PJ bottoms were way too small as though a child size was attached to an adult size pajama top. Although the pajama top was a little on the small side too, but not so extremely small. The pattern is nice but it doesn't do any good if you can't wear them. Also, there's no laundry care information in English. It's all in Chinese, so we can't access the information. So disappointed since the fabric looks to be very nice in the ads and in-person.
Read the trust pilot reviews as well... Their size chart does not match the sizes of their items. When you try to get a refund they are extremely hostile and eventually offer 15% off of another purchase, that's it. They are criminals taking money and then not offering refunds for bad goods. If you like their blankets, they are available on ali-express for way cheaper, just do an image search to find them.
I received a pajama set as a gift. I tried to exchange it but they only offered 15% off my next purchase. The responses I got were obviously automated and rude. They said I'd have to send my product back to China. No directions or address. Just China 🤦🏻. The set should have fit me but seemed to be sized for a child or something. They are unhelpful and rude towards something that should've been an easy fix.
2 months old and stitching is coming out of it.should have known as soon as it said "from china". I should have canceled! Do not buy!
These pajamas would be nice if they fit. I typically wear a small and ordered accordingly. When the pajamas arrived, they fit like a Junior XXS, as in clothes for children. When I asked to return them, they said it wasn't feasible and that it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. It's a bummer because the fabric seems to be good quality. If you do bite the bullet despite this review and you're a U.S. small order an XXL, otherwise, don't bother. You won't be able to get them on one leg and you'll be told you're incompetent when you ask to return them.
It's a racket! Well designed website with pretty pictures. The products are not what was advertised. Do not buy from this company.
Be careful here - size is not what you think- full size will not drape over the width of the bed. The reversible sides of the pillowcases are not finished at the seam, and, if you want to return or exchange: YOU HAVE TO MAIL IT BACK TO CHINA. It's a pretty product, but be careful with this company - they won't help you.
The item arrived as described (i.e., a giant rectangle). If you are like me at all, you've done your best to measure your couch, including all the grooves and slopes. You then estimate and approximate the size that seems most appropriate and you may even go a size up. Unfortunately, I did all of this, and of course, ordered the wrong size. I was excited to give this company a chance; however, their return/exchange policy is awful. I suppose I should've known better, which is why I'm posting this to warn others. I was over confident in my measuring abilities and ordered the incorrect size. The cost to return the item is freight to China, which is VERY expensive. This cost is the responsibility of the customer (read the policy). They do not view ordering the incorrect size as their problem. They said that they list a sizing chart; however, at the time of this review, I only see lists of rectangular measurements to select from and guide me. It's your decision; however, I do say consumer beware.
I agree with everyone else who wrote the comments below. I received a medium pyjamas but it was actually size S. When I tried to contact them for return i was offered insulting 5$ credit on a 100$cad item, and they suggested I keep the product as it is "expensive" to ship back to China. Then when I refused and told them shipping was only 25$, they offered 8$ credit. After refusing this they offered 10$ credit. I refused and reminded them that the cost of this item was 100$.
Same as lot of people here I thought I was buying from CA or US but it was actually a very well branded and designed website and unfortunately not transparent about their production location or return policy.
I am not sure exactly who is handling the return and if they have any idea of the cost at which these products are sold at.
I received a very convoluted address in China (personal address) to which to send the item, but I am not even sure I will ever get the refund.
I do not recommend purchasing this product.

I bought a ginko leaf bedspread which, in and of itself is pretty. However, it does not fit. I ordered full size and it no matter which way I turn it, it doesn't fit. The return policy is really nonexistent. This is what I finally got after emailing back and forth numerous times: Dear customer,
You can choose to have a partial refund, keep the product or transfer them to others, no need to return.

UPS laughed. Obviously, the sizes in China are not the same as USA sizes. Unfortunately, I cannot upload images as I'm not computer savvy enough to change to format this site is requesting.
I purchased the Vintage Leaf cotton Lapel loungewear set for $56 plus $9 shipping (from CA). The material was nice but the arms and legs were very short, not even close to the measurements posted on the website. When attempting to return the item, it took several emails (5 so far) to even get them to send me a return address and they tried to blame me for the size problem saying that "all sizes are clearly stated on the website". That is true except their website also says that there can be a discrepancy of 1-3cm in each dimension depending on how it is measured! Okay, so the arms and legs were well short of even 3 cm off the stated dimensions. First they offered a $5 refund and later a $10 refund. I finally got their return address as follows, (which the US Post Office would not accept):

I would absolutely NOT recommend this company due to their passive aggressive handling of returns.
