I bought a dressing gown at ÂŁ58 photos lovely claiming soft organic Japanese cotton, claimed in UK. It was cheap and rough to touch. I ordered a M 12/14 I checked measurements, when it arrived would not fit a child. I asked them to pay return all they have done is argue I am wrong, sending size charts that are not the one on the website when I bought and no where near UK sizes, now opened paypal case hoping I can sort, not once offered me a return or refund just calling me a liar.
Premium price, NOT premium quality. This is a woven design, so how are there layers factored into the middle of this seemingly reversible bed cover? It is extremely thin, with flimsy trim stitching. The tags cannot be read in english to verify content. The tags are on the outward facing side. There is a top side, it is not reversible because the stitching on the side where the flowers are blue with orange background is outward facing. Trim stitching is basic, so why have an exposed seam like that facing toward your body? Beautiful print. Shipping took forever and it basically was wrapped in plastic then wrapped in what looks like a black trash bag, and wrapped in tape, with a label slapped on there. The plastic was ripped and there's a dark smear on the fabric from being exposed during shipping. The cotton comforter is ordered was not cotton, but glutinous corn fiber. Wth
Do not buy from Ownkoti. They have interesting fabric, but ship from China and do not stand by their descriptions, I ordered a pajama set from them after carefully reviewing their sizing. The item I received had mismatched sizes, with a top that fit well but pants that were extremely small and nowhere close to their stated measurements. The company offered me 2 solutions, both requiring me to spend more $ without receiving a refund or replacement. They have refused both replacement and a refund, even though their error was caused entirely by them. I have filed a resolution request with PayPal.
I ordered 2 nightgowns- neither were what was described or advertised as Cotton. When I wanted to return items I received no response from seller. Do Not Purchase Anything from Ownkoti!
DO NOT BUY FROM OWNKOTI!. The "comforters" they are deceptively marketing and selling as US standard sizes (full, queen, king) are not only much too small, they are weird dimensions. The full size comforter barely covers the top of the mattress. The Ownkoti return policy is ridiculous, expecting the customer to pay expensive shipping to China, when they are shipping from the US. Do yourself a favor and shop with a reputable vendor in the US. Ownkoti is dishonest and the quality does not match up to US standard.
Buyer beware. The product shipped from Illinois but if returned, you pay for shipping back to China. Although the "quilt" (there's no quilting) looks ok, it doesn't compare to the quality represented in the pictures and it's small! I can not recommend Ownkoti products. Not worth half the price.
This was my first experience with this company. I saw a comforter and pillow cases that I loved. I placed my order with a little apprehension only because it was on social media.
The tracking that they use leaves a lot to be desired, and after a few days of waiting, I really started to question my purchase. I could see that it was shipped to Chicago from China. There seemed to be no movement from that location for a couple of days. I was ready to call American Express to dispute my order, but I figured I'd wait another couple of days. I then see it in Oakland Park which is the next town over from me. It sat there for about five days! I was not happy. In the interim, I do have to say that I did email Ownkoti several times, and they responded each and every time.
The day finally came! My purchase finally arrived! Much to my surprise, it came beautifully wrapped, and turned out to be everything and more than expected….excellent quality and super comfortable! I would definitely purchase from them again. Just be prepared for inadequate tracking and a bit of a wait. As I mentioned before, the best way to communicate with them is through email.
If they could only fine tune their tracking system…

I regret my purchase from Ownkoti, sure they have attractive photoshoped images. However their business practices and customer support is unscrupulous. I made an order and immediately was sent an email stating my order has been sent. I wanted to cancel, within 5 minutes. They tell me we're sorry you can't cancel. The prices are all in USD and all the products are from China with ridiculous return policy. Please do your research before buying from this company. Avoid impulse buying, you will regret it.
My review is essentially the same as everyone else's:
-size is much smaller
-colors may be more muted/drab than modeled on the website
-this is a blanket and not a quilt
-worst of all NO clarity that the return is upon you to mail back to China.
The customer service was responsive but the solutions were NOT helpful.
Too bad because the weave/print patterns are unique and beautiful.
They sent my mom the wrong quilt from them and she was told that she could return it, but would be expensive. They then gave her the address, which was not Indiana (Where, I guess, it was relabeled?) and that it would need to be shipped to China. Avoid.
I purchased a nightgown and received it. It was cheaply made and did not look like the picture online. I contacted them to arrange a return and they told me I would need to pay to return to China. Or I could use a coupon to order something else. I paid $68 for this and they gave me a 15% discount on an item. They just said sorry. SO they are horrible and just a scam.

I just washed my blanket for the first time! It is incredibly soft. There's no fraying at all! It's beautiful!
This company is located in China and a return is almost impossible. I don't think it will be worth even trying to return because postage to China is very, very expensive. I won't get anything back by the time they subtract the shipping. If you do order, be aware the sizes are very small compared to our sizing system.
After about a month the quilt arrived next door today. My neighbor brought it over and while it feels great it is so small that it barely goes from side to side of the standard size bed-no overhang. The color is more orange than yellow. Not like the photos online. Returns are so cumbersome I'll keep it but would not recommend ordering from this company.
Got what I ordered but the colour wasn't quite as vibrant as it looked online and the material is a woven cotton and not of that great quality. I see these type of blankets at flea markets regularly. And they charged me $9 USD shipping even though their site said shipping was free for the amount that I spent. I complained about the quality. They offered to refund me $5 USD and 15% discount on a future purchase. They eventually raised that to a whole $8 USD. I told them to refund me the shipping that they charged me and either give me a reasonable discount on this purchase, not a future purchase or refund me. They sent me an address in China and told me they'd refund me or exchange the item once received and that it had to be shipping with tracking. No idea what that's going to cost me, but this whole situation was lousy and turned me off of buying from online ads. Also about the sizing, I a Queen size and it is definitely long enough but it could have been a bit wider. Another 6 inches would have been perfect.
We ordered a king bedspread in the ginko design and the color was beautiful. The problem is that the 'quilt' is very thin. It is way overpriced at $175 for something that is not even blanket thickness.
I ordered a cotton quilt and paid quilt prices. I received a cotton blanket which was NOT a quilt. I waited awhile for delivery and the blanket is pretty and all but I wanted a quilt!
This blanket isn't worth $77.-

Products are not standard bed sizes. They are quite small. They boast fast delivery and easy return policy. It took a month to receive a comforter and it's very small. In order to return the item the cost of shipping was about the same as the comforter. Material is nice but I would advise going elsewhere.
Sofa cover was much thinner than pictured in photo. Poor quality for price. It was laughable. I would pay about $10 for the item I got and I paid $90! I'm worried that it will fall apart if I wash it. I would return it but it was packaged in such a way that I had to ruin the packaging when opening. Overall, I feel this company is a scam.
I bought a king sized quilt from this company. The quality seems ok, although the colors are much more muted than pictured. The problem is the sizing - the king quilt does not even cover the sheets, barely covers the bed. It may work for a queen sized bed, but that's not what I have.
The main issue with this company is trying to return an item. It claims to have easy returns, but you do need to pay for return shipping. The package shipped from Nevada, however, when I contacted customer service, the return address is in China! They said it would be very expensive to ship, and did I want to proceed? No, it would cost as much for shipping as the quilt ($140).
I tried to post a review on the Ownkopti site, but my review did not post. I then noticed all the reviews on their site are 5 stars. What a scam!

Really bad and from China. Beware of poor photoshopped items. You can tell that these sites are very unscrupulous. See video review online and see scam reviews. Returning is impossible.
I purchased bed spread for my daughter after reading they have a 30 day return policy. The bedspread is smaller than the dimensions given so I reordered a larger more expensive one and wrote Customer Care to ask how to return it since they do not list an address anywhere. They wrote me back telling me it is too expensive to ship back to China so I must keep it. I completely feel misled and would never have spent several hundred dollars with a company that treats customers this way. BUYER BEWARE!
I bought two king-size bedspreads. They are utterly beautiful, exactly as portrayed in the pictures on their site. The heft (weight) feel (soft) and colour vibrancy is just perfect. I was kept informed, literally every step of the way on their travel from China to the Netherlands. I would recommend.
Make sure you really will love the item before you order it, because their "return policy" is a joke. They ship the item from a local address, but when you want to send it back, they tell you to send it to China, and make suggestive comments about "losing" the item, so even if you pay to send it there, they will most likely claim to have never received it. When you argue that they should allow you to return it to the local address it came from, they try to talk you into accepting a 30% refund or gifting it to a friend. They obviously only make their money by selling ugly and cheap products and then forcing people to keep them, because their return policy is so unreasonable. Never trust a Chinese online retailer besides Shein! They are all scam artists like Ownkoti.
