I bought a dressing gown at £58 photos lovely claiming soft organic Japanese cotton, claimed in UK. It was cheap and rough to touch. I ordered a M 12/14 I checked measurements, when it arrived would not fit a child. I asked them to pay return all they have done is argue I am wrong, sending size charts that are not the one on the website when I bought and no where near UK sizes, now opened paypal case hoping I can sort, not once offered me a return or refund just calling me a liar.
Premium price, NOT premium quality. This is a woven design, so how are there layers factored into the middle of this seemingly reversible bed cover? It is extremely thin, with flimsy trim stitching. The tags cannot be read in english to verify content. The tags are on the outward facing side. There is a top side, it is not reversible because the stitching on the side where the flowers are blue with orange background is outward facing. Trim stitching is basic, so why have an exposed seam like that facing toward your body? Beautiful print. Shipping took forever and it basically was wrapped in plastic then wrapped in what looks like a black trash bag, and wrapped in tape, with a label slapped on there. The plastic was ripped and there's a dark smear on the fabric from being exposed during shipping. The cotton comforter is ordered was not cotton, but glutinous corn fiber. Wth
Do not buy from Ownkoti. They have interesting fabric, but ship from China and do not stand by their descriptions, I ordered a pajama set from them after carefully reviewing their sizing. The item I received had mismatched sizes, with a top that fit well but pants that were extremely small and nowhere close to their stated measurements. The company offered me 2 solutions, both requiring me to spend more $ without receiving a refund or replacement. They have refused both replacement and a refund, even though their error was caused entirely by them. I have filed a resolution request with PayPal.
I ordered 2 nightgowns- neither were what was described or advertised as Cotton. When I wanted to return items I received no response from seller. Do Not Purchase Anything from Ownkoti!
This company does not stand by their merchandise. They sent me the wrong size pillow. Returns have to be sent back to china
(at your expense) without any guarantee that you will receive a refund.
DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My 'reversible' king-size blanket doesn't even adequately cover my Queen size mattress, no matter which way I turn it.
I am so disappointed!
Also I had to hand sew at least 15" of mis-sewn seams along two sides. The more I sewed, the more un-sewn areas I found. I had to drag out my portable sewing machine and zig-zag stitch every side! Very shoddy workmanship. It also took 16+ days for shipping. It also does NOT look like the one they show on the website.
It will probably end up being a floor blanket for the dog.
I received the ginkgo pattern quilt (nice) and the non-matching shams. Different color and pattern from quilt. Sent 3 emails for return instructions. They say must return to China - not to the US address on return label, but still no address. No returns are possible even if wrong item sent.
I used the size charts to order pajamas. They arrived too small to comfortably wear. After weeks of back and forth emails, it was determined that I could receive a $54 refund if I paid for shipping - to CHINA. The shipping estimate was $65. I guess I'll try to find a friend to gift these to. Of note, I read the return policy prior to purchase and don't recall any mention of China.
Should have known better... my daughter wanted a strawberry quilt they were promoting on instagram. Bought it. It's not a quilt -- it's a blanket. Barely hangs 2 inches over edge of bed. I also bought the set with the "pillow towels" which were deceptively pictured as flush with the pillow -- they have no way to stay on the pillow... you are just supposed to drape them on there. This must be a thing in China. When I tried to return, I got a scammy sounding response that said that it was too expensive to return to China, that I should instead take $10 back (I paid $125) and a 15% off coupon -- as if I would EVER buy something from them again! They ultimately sent a long Chinese business address, despite the fact that the product was shipped from US. Made a claim with PayPal (notice they don't let you buy directly with your credit card, where you would have better protection from their scams...)
I ordered a slipcover for my couch mid August. On Sept 9th, according to the tracking of Onkoti, it had arrived, only...it hadn't. A week later, a packet arrived in my mailbox. The slip cover was supposed to be primarily red, with blue accents; however, it was green and red ( Merry Christmas!) and looked like one of those cheap, psychedelic polyster fitted sheets from 1972. Definitely a conversation STOPPER. Two thumbs, way down. This company needs to be banned from fraudulent advertising.
Products received are nothing like the advertised product, shoddy material, shoddy workmanship, I bought a velvet queen size duvet set for over £100, it is horrible and definitely not velvet. Update, glad I went through PayPal, I got a 75% refund.
I posted a review about my order, that it hadn't arrived. But, It did come on time but the package was mislaid in my home. The order was found and I finally got to open it. I saw that the quilt was beautiful. The colors glowed and it is well made. I am very happy with it.

Just the same as everyone here. I bought some PJs that are beautiful but the crouch is too short. Decided to get a larger size to compensate. Once again, the deceptive lack of transparent shipping information was an issue. I should have looked here first. $5 refund $ to order another $72 pair of pjs! I hate buying from China and actually thought these were shipped from CA since that is the label on the package. NOT WORTH IT… buy local!
I ordered a nightgown. It was too small. The quality was good, but why would I want it if I can't wear it? The item was over $50 and they offered me a $10 refund and 15% off coupon, like I would want to order from them again! The tone of the whole email was insulting--like I would have known it wouldn't fit since I probably didn't measure properly, etc. Avoid this company. All they have are great pictures, not good products.l How is a company like this even allowed to do business? Spread the word and avoid it at all costs.
I ordered a quilt and shams. When it arrived it was not the pattern I ordered. I let them know immediately. They were quick to respond, but asked me to keep it and use it or sell it and they would give me $10 off another order. So ultimately it would've cost me $250 instead of $180.
I said, no I would like you to send me the one I ordered and I will send the one I received back.
No answer back.

I ordered a cotton blanket which I do like. Then I ordered a pajama set. I read that they do refunds, so I thought if I got the wrong size it wouldn't be a problem to return. WELL, the pj's were too small. I emailed to find out how to return and get refunded. They got back to me let me know the company is in China and return would be very expensive to China. They didn't LIE saying in their advertising that they do refunds, they just NEGLECTED to mention that the cost to the buyer to mail it back to China would be more than the cost of the item. I will NEVER shop with them again.
My quilt didn't arrive and they tried to tell me a card had been left, it hadn't. They wanted to charge me extra to redeliver. Total sham.
I bought 2 garments supposed to be XL which are very small. See the photo: the waist for one is 21/2 inches smaller than the other (both are supposed to be XL). They refuse returns or you have to pay the shipment back to China ($50 minimum). Ownkoti is to be avoided…
When I tried to return the item because it was too small & tight around the neck & sleeves, they told me it was my fault that I ordered the wrong size.
Although it was sent with a USA address, they said I had to send it back to China t my expense.
Also, there was no invoice in the package.

I ordered 2 bedspreads. I received one I ordered and one I didn't. I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering. They really tried to get me to keep it over many emails and, the same as many others here, they insisted I pay to return it to China. I have done that before with another company and the cost was ridiculous. It wasn't worth it. Unfortunately, because I have had a similar experience with 2 different companies that hid the fact that they were located in China and both shipped items that were nothing like as advertised and both had horrible customer service, I now have a bias against Chinese business practices.
The blankets are beautiful in my opinion. Great as a couch throw or a summer top layer, and the reversible pattern is nice for some aesthetic diversity. They are from China, but that doesn't necessarily equate to a bad product like some seem to expect. I actually found the website from an Etsy shop reselling them for way more and I tried researching for the original.
I read reviews "after" I ordered and the negative comments made me very anxious that I had made a terrible mistake. (I must admit I usually do not buy things coming from China.) There were many complaints that the return process is outrageous, I don't know about that.
My quilt arrived in a timely manner (it came from US) and it fit my Queen bed perfectly. The colors and patterns are beautiful, if I had more money I would get more. It will be my summertime blanket.
Based on my experience I would recommend this bedding and the company and would buy again...in fact, I will someday.
You won't be able to return. Company expects that you pay to ship to China. Cost of shipping was more than the cost of the item. Low quality product in the end, not worth the trouble.
My blanket arrived yesterday. I put it on the bed immediately. I'm impressed with the weight and feel of it. So, I napped under it. Lovely! I'm no less impressed today. I'm very happy with it!
