I ordered Business cards for a Political Campaign on the 6th, I paid extra for Shipping which was going to be 3 days. The cards did not arrive until the 18th, and look at though they were done on a home printer, and cut out with Scissors. Nothing is squared up, nothing aligned. I gave up on these scam artists and went to Staples on the 17th, and had 2000 HighQuality cards later that afternoon. I could not possibly be more adamant about this warning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I placed an order with OVERNIGHT Prints on March 20th of 23. As of today, I have not received my order from the company named OVERNIGHT Prints - actually funny, there is nothing overnight about it or nothing reasonable that almost 30 days after my order I do not have my business cards. The thing that gets me is that ONP still cannot even tell me where my order is in the que, which is funny as the reviews seem to be very good about this company, personally, I would not recommend this company for anything. They Seem disjointed and are probably taking orders then farming them out to other companies adding days or weeks to their Over Night Print promise...Good luck if you use them, I will not again.

I paid for expedited shipping for an item that was to have arrived 4 days ago. Item still has not left warehouse, and it is of no use any more. There is no way to speak to an agent, and the chat bot (?person) says I can get a refund of the expedited shipment only after it arrives, and there are no shipping guarantees at all. Very disappointed!

WARNING, DO NOT EVER PLACE AN ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE WASTING MONEY AND VERY DISAPPOINTED: this company has gone way downhill. They may want to check themselves. Their quality control has gone way down. Cards get cut crooked and I have to send a ton of pictures and they take forever. They've printed the incorrect cards from what I ordered. I can no longer trust them to deliver the product they once did. I'm very disappointed, because I have used them for years. I order cards to our entire company. These people can't hand out crooked cards when they actually receive them after months of waiting. Now I need to find someone else to hopefully deliver a much superior product.

Overnight prints are not overnight

I needed business cards next day. The original price was $6, but went up to $20 with a few basic add-ons, which was totally acceptable. I paid an additional "rush processing" fee, and then an additional fee for rush shipping, which brought my total to $82 for 250 business cards. That's a lot, but it was ok, because I really needed them the next day. But then they didn't arrive the next day, or the day after that, or the day after that... They eventually arrived 6 days later, which was after the event for which I ordered them. In the meantime, I went to Staples, got great business cards the same day, for $20. I contacted overnight prints, requesting a refund for the rush shipping and rush processing. Even though I no longer needed the cards since they were delayed, I did receive them, so I was willing to pay for that. First, they wanted proof of purchase. I forwarded the email sent to me BY THEM with the order number, etc. I was told by customer service that this couldn't be their order, because that was not the format of their order numbers. We spent several days going back and forth about this before they "found" the order after I suggested I pursue this through Amazon Pay. Their best offer was a $25 refund and a $25 credit. I have no use for a credit, because I cannot trust their service, so of the $62 in rush charges, I am still out $37 (actually, $62, because I haven't seen the refund yet). Just don't with Overnight Prints!

I wouldn't recommend ordering from these folks for any reason. Honestly, my order was a disaster and it seems like this company is a mess now.

I've been a loyal customer since 2011, but they've really dropped the ball this time. I ordered brochures for an event and unfortunately, they had some technical problems on their end that they never told me about. As a result, the brochures arrived 19 days late and were in terrible condition. I missed the event I needed them for and had to get them printed locally, which meant paying for them twice.

I tried to cancel my order and get a refund, but I didn't get any response. The support I did get was from overseas, and it seemed like they couldn't really do anything to help me.

It's really disappointing to see my once-favorite printing company go downhill like this. I have a lot of printing needs coming up this year, but I'll have to look for another company because this one clearly doesn't care about its customers.

This is the worst place for any business order. If you are placing an order for an event if weeks away, do not place an order with this company. They will fail to deliver on time and you WILL NOT get your order. The quality is horrible and the service is very bad. Stay away. I recommend VistaPrint and GotPrint for fast quality and affordable service over Overnight Prints.

STILL WAITING FOR PRINTS

I ORDERED 6DAYS AGO PAID FOR FAST OVERNIGHT...WHICH SAID 4 DAYS IT IS NOW 6 AND STILL SAYS IN PRODUCTION I ONLY ORDERED 500 BUSINESS CARDS AND A FEW MAGNETS SO IT SHOULD BE A QUICK PRODUCE SINCE ITS NOT A BIG ORDER...OR MAYBE THATS THE PROBLEM...YES THEY ANSWER BUT JUST KEEP SAYING.ITS COMING.I NEEDED THEM FOR SOMETHING ON FRIDAY...YESTERDAY...MAYBE i WILL JUST STAY WITH THE SITE THAT I KNOW TREATS MY ORDER JUST AS IMPORTANT...AND I DONT EVEN KNOW IF THE QUALITY IS GOOD YET.

Update...it is now Wednesday my status is still order arrival date for last Friday I have sent emails and done live chat...asked for money back...to no avail. They tell me its coming but status never changes...they said i can't get my money back because its in production.i said for 8 days...i said you are supposed to be fast and yet this is the longest to even produce my order(compared to the other company)...i would suggest not using them...all the reviews they have are 3 words.that says fake...

Worst service

Do not use this company. They are horrible and after a month of not getting my printed materials, they will not give a refund. Go with anyone but this company. This is coming from an individual business owner.

SCAM! I wish I could give 0 rating.

Terrible customer service. I did not get my printings on time although paid extra money to receive them earlier. 3 days passed and still did not get them... I am not sure if I will get them one day. Customer services email did not answer me. Live chat said only "sorry". No refund or anything. Terrible customer service! Terrible! On their website there is a text:

"IF YOU NEED IT TOMORROW, WE WILL GET IT TO YOU TOMORROW
Don't be fooled by companies that say, "Fastest order-to-door delivery" and their "Rush Delivery" claims. This is important to consider since many online printing companies will state that they will begin printing your order the same day if the order is submitted by a certain time (usually around 12:00 Pacific time). For example, if a company states that they can print your product today and ship it next day air tomorrow, the turnaround time would be three days! This can be misleading, as many customers – understandably – expect to receive their order the next day. In fact, only one company can do this…Overnight Prints."

Overnight delivery was promised for an order I placed on October 6th, 2022. I ordered these for a conference that lasted three days, which was located at a hotel 1,000 miles from where I live.

The order was not printed until October 21st, to which Overnight Prints stated was an "error". They only printed the order with their 3rd-party fulfilment, after I filed a credit card dispute, which they put the effort in to fight and overturn by providing "proof of delivery" to my credit card company; again, this is *weeks* after I ordered and paid a premium for expedited printing and shipping.

They proceeded to ship the order to the hotel (where the conference ended weeks ago), where it was *not* signed for by the listed recipient. I am not in receipt of the order, and have no way to retrieve it or gain possession of it.

Here is their official response from their representative:

"Greetings,

We apologize for the delay in your order as we understand that this unforeseen delay is inconvenient.

However, according to our Terms of Services, the dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.

We regret to inform you that we can't refund the order.

Again our apologies for the inconvenience caused due to the delay."

"Inconvenient" being the word the representative chose to equate my experience of "not in receipt of goods ordered and printed weeks after the promised", for a temporary event in a locale I would have to fly to, or drive over a week to get to.

I detrimentally relied upon Overnight Prints' guarantees and advertising, notwithstanding their clever use of "Overnight" within their company name.

I placed a bad review here in November. My experience went from bad to worse.
I found out 2 representatives from overnight prints lied about shipping my order on time. I called FedEx and found that Overnight prints created a label and lied, saying that they shipped the order. 3 weeks late, overnight prints finally shipped the order, despite my protests that the event had finished and I couldn't use the prints.

Next, I called FedEx and reported fraud, providing evidence. FedEx was kind enough to return the order to sender.
Finally, 3 weeks late, Overnight Prints called me and rejected my request for a refund. (keep in mind I never received anything)

I called my credit card company and reported fraud, providing evidence that Overnight Prints missed the deadline by 3 weeks and refused to refund my money, despite not having received anything.

This was the most aggressive customer service experience I've had in years. Not one. But two representatives lied about shipping the item on time and were aggressive and coercive with me on the phone when I asked for a refund for goods not recieved.

Horrible Business - Terrible Service

Avoid at all costs. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Paid a large amount extra to get expedited shipping, but product didn't arrive. A week after the expected shipping date, I checked online and the product was still in the "production" phase. I reached out and they gave me a story about equipment issues which I've come to realize is just a template response they send to everyone. They would not give me any estimate on when I might actually get the product and refused to provide any kind of refund except a small refund on "the difference" of the shipping cost.

After telling them that this was unacceptable, they began sending me the same template response and have since stopped responding altogether. Going on two weeks beyond the EXPECTED shipping date and I have yet to receive the product.

I've since had to file a dispute charge through my financial org and submitted a complaint via the BBB. This company is not trustworthy and might just be a scam.

Don't believe their responses to customers on any of the review sites. They will not work with you to make it right, but they'll gaslight you in their responses here, suggesting that the issue is your fault.
They will also simply fall back on their customer-last policies saying that they can't guarantee shipping dates or quality of their product, and therefore cannot provide any kind of refund or solution.

This is a horrible company, and frankly I'm amazed they are still in business at all.

I ordered a set of business cards and VERY carefully followed their instructions and bounding box for alignment. When I got them HOLY HELL they were awful. Nothing was cut straight, NOTHING aligned with the bounding box and NOTHING was consistent. I tried to reach them for a credit and they offered a laughable $8 credit toward their site (as if i'd buy from them again). They said THEY DON'T GUARANTEE THE WORK WILL BE STRAIGHT? Like what? You make business cards! You can't caveat all of your poor workmanship and pretend it's covered. I'm sorry. I run an apparel company and I can't say "we don't guarantee the shirt will have two sleeves" and just expect customers to be okay with that. THEY ARE A SCAM.

After reading your review it seems that you were told that the cards were found to be within our tolerance, allow me to clarify. For our printing services, we trim anywhere from the safe zone line to the full bleed line. Though we try to cut on the trim line, due to the nature of our cutting, it may shift up to a 1/8 to 1/16th of an inch, which could leave an uneven border around the sides. I ordered business cards and paid extra for delivering overnight. They didn't even print the cards until 4 days later. I reclaimed at different days and they always told me that they will arrive on time. I finally got the tracking info and it says that they would arrive after i was travelling for the event. I contacted them to change the delivery, which they didn't want to do and finally i get with someone who agrees to change the delivery address to my hotel at the event.
I got my cards 9 days later when the event was finished. They did not send the cards overnight. They sent the ground instead. They refused to refund the money for the job they didn't do. Additionally, the quality was not good at all: cuts, colors and premium paper quality are not such.

Scammers

I placed an order on 12/29/2022 and paid next day shipping as I had an event on Jan 4th. The order supposed to be shipped on 12/30 but on 1/2 was still under production. The support team couldn't care less about my need. Everything they said was that I can request a shipping refund once it arrives. I keep telling them that the latest I could get them was for Jan 3rd but getting the cards after that date makes no sense to me. They ended shipping the cards by ground and the cards arrived by Jan 6th, 7 days late. When I contacted them to get my refund they only offered me $ 7 store credit (that is way less than I paid for next day shipping) and not even to my card. I placed 2 complains, one by email and another by chat and they couldn't care less. No interest on doing any refund. I'm not asking for free money just the difference on what I paid and what they really provided me. Outside this the cards quality is terrible... I requested rounded borders and looks they were done by hand. This is one of the worst experiences I had with an online company. Terrible service, worst support I have ever experienced and nothing but inept people trying to keep stealing from me. Stay away from them...they are completely scammers.
