Constant errors and NO customer service

As a graphic designer, I used to use them for personal and professional purposes and refer others to them. NO more… their customer service phone number and "24/7 live chat" never work, and they reply two fulls weeks after you contact them by email (without an actual resolution, so you have to wait another two weeks after replying again). They messed up the rounded corners and the coloring in an order two months ago, and last month they delivered someone else's order to me. Weeks later, I have not received my order or any customer service assistance, which has caused a number of problems, including a huge delay in a mailing I needed to do and the added cost of having to order from another company while waiting for a refund (hopefully?) from here. STAY AWAY, it's not worth the risk.

Really Poor Treatment for a Sad Customer

Not only am I disappointed with my experience, but actually shocked with how I was treated as a sad customer. I placed and order 6/25, and paid $25+ for fast shipping to get here in 3 days, but they didn't even ship my product until 6/28. Now I'm out of town, without the business cards I needed for the exciting last minute event I was chose to attend. So, so disappointing. And all they said was "Shipping dates are estimated." and that info is buried somewhere in their terms and conditions. They don't care or offer any help or sympathy. With so many competitors out there, definitely order your products anywhere else.

Should be called "NextWeekOrTwoPrints.com"

Despite paying a substantial premium ($70) for "buy it today, get it tomorrow" service, my postcard order was not shipped for 4 days, and it was shipped on a Friday with the "no weekend delivery" option selected, meaning that it did not arrive for until Monday, the day after the event I needed it for. I contacted support via chat multiple times, but and was repeatedly assured that it was being expedited and that I could contact them to discuss a refund after it arrived. After it arrived late, I contacted them multiple times by e-mail and chat, and have gotten no response.

I had also attempted to use them for a trifold brochure last year, but was unable to get the website to accept the design - it repeatedly reported issues with size/positioning of the full bleed file, and given the warnings I was not confident in having it printed with the company. I ended up ordering through Vistaprint, where the same design files were accepted with no problems and came out great.

I have used this company for ~15 years, but their technology has not kept up and I also no longer trust them to stand by their delivery commitments.

UPDATE: after spending literally an hour on a chat session, the eventually agreed to a $40 credit (initially offered as a credit on a future order, but they agreed to give it in cash when I indicated I would not be ordering from them again. This doesn't come close to making me whole on my $220ish order that I can't use. (Particularly since I also had to reorder from Staples to make the deadline.) They repeatedly emphasized that their delivery promises like "buy it today, get it tomorrow (TM)" are just estimates, and don't amount to an actual promise of any particular service speed.

I would leave zero stars if I could. I spent $50 on business cards and they arrived off center, with bold white lines off to the left. The color was poor and there were indentions throughout the set. The cut along the edges were rough as if I cut them from home. After two weeks of not even being able to get in contact with anyone I was offered a $13 store credit. Worst experience EVER. So the cards went in the trash-- I can't give these to clients-- and so did my money. RUN. Order from LITERALLY anywhere else. I could have done better on my printer from home.

Ordered business cards (#*******) for a trade show on April 25, trade show was May 7 and estimated delivery was May 4. Nothing arrived in time, though a reminder email said the cards were on the way. Had to go to the show with no cards. Received "confirmation email" May 16 asking if I received the order, well after the show, still no cards. Responded and requested refund. Heard nothing until June 9 "shipping confirmed" email. The cards arrived a couple of days later, more than a month and a half after the initial order. Will not use this service again.

Ordered business cards June 5. Paid for express shipping. Original delivery date was June 8,2023.
Cards not delivered. Phone number stays busy, never get through. Chat representative said order printing soon. Company never contacted to state they are delayed. Sent email to CS. No response after 5 days. Cards are still in production. Unbelievable.

They're the most unreliable company I have every worked with. I need it an order for an event that had the puritan of the event. So that made it time sensitive. They gave me a delivery date of 4 days later. I was Ok because I had 6 days before the event. At the day that I was suppose to receive the package I had a very long conversation with then and explained that they need to finish that and shipp overnight. They didn't, I asked for A REFUND, they said the job was almost done they couldn't. I canceled my order and they end up shipping the product the day of the event and arriving the day after the event was over.

I placed my order 5/2. It's 6/6 today. My order FINALLY shipped. Order expected next week -- more than 1 month since order. When I asked for an updated ETA, all I got was non-answers. Terrible customer service, even worse production times.

If you'd like peace of mind do not order from them, untrustworthy for sure. They over promise and under deliver. Worst part they will not correct the mistake, just offer you store credit, which is worthless since you will not be wanting to do business with them again. Make yourself a favor and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere, but with them. Promised to deliver order by May 31st. Order arrived June 6th. If you need them fast Overnight Prints do not stay true to their name. Sub par service and business cards. Never again Overnight Prints.

STAY AWAY! They will take your money and never send your products. 50 different orders never made their destination, thousands of dollars down the drain! Customer service sends the same canned response with empty promises.
They might've been a decent company once, but now it's a scam.

Order was estimated in 3 days, it's been 14 business days and they still have no answer for what is going on beyond supply chain issues and still no date they will get it done. They hold you hostage as they won't let you cancel the order.

Do not use this company if you are on a print deadline. They will not make it. Do not pay extra for expediated shipping. They do not credit any orders that are late.
I used this company for 10 years for print marketing. In the last year every order I have placed never arrives on time. They say they do not have compensate or refund order money.
Terrible customer service.

I paid extra to have my business cards overnighted the website told me that I will have them on a certain day... They're printing process was not even close as a matter of fact they are off by 2 weeks and that's that they are going on three weeks total. There is no phone number to speak to anyone. I requested a refund over a week ago and I feel like I've been ignored. You should never do business with this company. I'm going to stay with got print.

They postponed my delivery 3 times though I paid extra for speedy service. I placed an order on April 28, and paid for the delivery on May 2. They postponed the delivery to May 3rd without asking my concent. Then to May 4th. Then to May 5th/ Though I contacted them and explained that it was vital for me to get the order on May 4th. Otherwise, I will get fired. They ignored all my requests, and just kept postponing the order.
This is the worst experience I have ever got. Never ever use this company!

On March 6th, 2023, I ordered 300 booklets with an estimated shipping date of March 15th from Overnight Prints. However, on Tuesday APRIL 15th, only 50 of the booklets were shipped. Despite numerous chat conversations, which were the only mode of communication as Overnight Prints does not speak with customers over the phone, I have not received any concrete information on when or if the remaining booklets will be shipped. Overnight Prints has cited "technical issues" with printing booklets as the reason for the delay. Nevertheless, they are still accepting orders with delivery options ranging from one to nine days, and even overnight for an additional $60, which raises questions about the company's ability to fulfill these orders. I am concerned that money is being taken for services they knowingly cannot provide and I am concerned that my order is being deprioritized behind others, and despite asking for a guaranteed delivery date, Overnight Prints has not provided any assurance beyond vague promises of shipment "very soon." This delay is significantly impacting my organization, and Overnight Prints has offered no explanation, delivery date, or solution to address the issue.

Prompt delivery of my order is the least that I expect from Overnight Prints. However, given the multiple weeks of inconvenience and the significant impact that this delay has had on my organization, I believe that some form of price adjustment is warranted and the right course of action. Furthermore, I believe that Overnight Prints should provide more accurate information about shipping dates moving forward so that customers can make informed decisions when choosing a company to order from based on their needs. Had I been aware of the extent of the delay with my order, I would have opted to order from other companies. Unfortunately, Overnight Prints' misleading advertising led me to place my order with them despite their inability to fulfill and deliver it on time.

First- I paid a premium to get these cards fast- 3 - 4 days. They tookk almost 2 weeks to be delivered! 2nd, I can't give these cards out to my customers- the quality is embarrassing! The finish on all the cards are spotty, scratched and grainy, the corners are not uniform at all; some rounded and some square corners on the SAME card! Most cards are de-laminated, poorly cut and have creases in them! The photo on the back of the cards is very dim compared to what i designed on screen. I simply can't give these cards out to potential customers especially since I'm into manufacturing high-quality items, people would laugh at my business! The quality is just horrible! I have been a customer for 9 years. I have delighted with this service and loved the professional quality. I have had color issues and they were always quick to fix the issues. I had a time-sensitive invitation which I paid to get it to me quicker, because that is their service right! It was supposed to arrive April 21. I have talked to a chat instead of a human to resolve this issue. I was told on monday, April 24 that the postcards were printed, I could not cancel, and I could be refunded shipping. This did not work for my timeline but I was like okay we will see if I can get them shipped. Today in the evening I see that the product is still in the in production phase and has not been shipped. I told the chat robot that I needed to cancel. This breaks my heart as this was a good service. In the last year I have had product take months to get to me. I have another product I am needing in a few days that will not arrive on-time. This is frustrating but with not enough workers I know it must be hard but then do not promise delivery and say it is an estimated time. I would have not paid additional money to get it early if it was going to arrive late. I would not have ordered it at all. So as the company is good if you have a long time to get your product it is not good if you need it quickly as it was.

I ordered prints on the 7th of April. I paid for expedited shipping. The order was never shipped. I have been working with "customer service" for a week now and they give me the same answer. " I'm really sorry but I do not have access to the order details here currently. I will need to forward this to the appropriate team member and they will update you as soon as possible. Can you please confirm, Is the email you provided at the beginning of this chat is correct?" no one has contacted me, the customer service number is disconnected and they refuse to refund the money. I had to go to the credit card company and reverse the charges. Definitely would not recommend their services.

Business cards were ordered from this website on April 18th. We received confirmation the order would be delivered April 19th. I then was emailed an updated arrival date of April 24th. Our launch date for our new business was April 21st. So the cards did not arrive in time. THIS IS NOT OVERNIGHT. I was charged for overnight shipping and sent 3 requests to the company through their online chat. They do not have a customer support phone number and cannot be contacted any other way. It is Monday, April 24th and the cards came in with deep imprints on them. Worst service I have received in a long time. Will not be using them again.
RESPONSE: We ordered from your site specifically because you offered overnight. I didn't even mind if it was 2 days but the fact is you updated me on my delivery time after April 20th. Since the delivery date was supposed to be the 19th, obviously I knew they were late. But when they did not show up the 20th. That's when we got concerned. You did not update the delivery date until after the 20th. That is not in a timely manner!

OVERNIGHT Prints will suck you in with their name, and their promised delivery date. DON'T BE FOOLED.

Your order will be placed "In Production" within an hour (so, per their terms, you can no longer cancel the order), You'll think they are working on your order... but they are not. They are now waiting for you to complain and demand a refund within a week, so that they can apologize with a series of canned responses, when you use the "Contact Us" form.

There is no phone number.

So you'll enter into a futile back and forth with a clumsy chatbot, and then they will make this very attractive offer - they will agree to cancel your order, and will refund your shipping charges... but will keep your money for the order itself, and not ship their product.

Hopefully American Express will see through this charade and nail them with a charge back and maybe even pull their ability to use Amex.

Bottom line - you'd be better off ordering from Dunder Mifflin...
