Where is the option to leave them ZERO stars

Where is the option to leave them ZERO stars? I've been using these guys for almost ten years for business cards, postcards, and flyers. The quality was never amazing but I liked the price point. They totally screwed up on my last 2 order but it was this last one that sent me over the edge - I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

I made my original order on 12/7 with an est. Delivery date of 12/15. It was X-mas cards that I wanted to send out before X-mas. When I received the order on 12/15, it was a bunch of cards for a company so they sent me the wrong order. I called and emailed them immediately to get this fixed. Instead of offering to "OVERNIGHT" me my new cards, they told me they would put it into a queue and when it gets printed, they would then send it out per the ORIGINAL SHIPPING i paid for which would then get here on 12/28. I was furious but told my family members that my cards would be a little late. Once the cards were "printed" on 12/22 - 7 DAYS AFTER THEY MADE THE MISTAKE, they called and left me a message that said they would send it out the next day (12/23) if I'm ok with that. I emailed them back immediately and said "GO AHEAD" and they sent me a notice that said it will be estimated to arrive on 12/28. ON 12/29, I called them and said I didn't get them yet and the rep said "Oh it's being cut as we speak and will be sent out as soon as possible". WHICH IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE CALL I RECEIVED ON 12/22 THAT SAID IT WAS READY TO BE SENT! I asked to talk to a manager and they did not have one available. I asked to have a manager call me back and they had another rep call the next day with "NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT" except for pay for the shipping. $12 compensation for a $100+ item that is now going to arrive ONE MONTH AFTER THE ORDER DATE! You tell me if that is fair?

I have worked in management before if the screwup is this bad, I would just fix it even if I lost money. They are not only going to lose money but future business from me!

Shady shipping practices

I have ordered from these guys twice. Paid for expedited shipping, then package 4 days late. Better more honest companies out there. Stay away!

This is the 3rd time ordering with ONP and the 3rd bad experience. Their website claims that the company delivers over night or by the date you need your product by, sadly, this is not the case. While the customer service reps are nice, they offer to real updates, only apologies. This is the last try with this company. They really need to stop with the false advertising for sales sake.

I placed my order Nov 8th, with a promised delivery of Nov 18th. Today is Nov 22nd, and they just shipped my order. I repeatedly reached out to inform them, I would like to cancel my order, and they refuse to give a refund, even when did not meet they're end of the agreement. This company is charging 10 times what other company's are. Gotprint does the same order for a quarter of they're price. Robbers and scammer. DO NOT BUY

Not overnight! Very slow

Twice they have gone way past their own scheduled delivery by almost a week.
My Christmas card client was devasted to send their cards after the holiday. Another client missed an important show she needed material for. I will not use them again.

This business produces subpar results

Looks like nobody does quality control. What we ordered and paid for did nor match what they produced and sent. Terrible workmanship. You can see from the pictures how different the finished product looks from the order.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

After receiving my order a month late, completely screwing-up my client's marketing plan costing $$$, not to mention putting me in an uncomfortable position with my client, overnightprints offers a $4 refund for shipping and a $12 credit I'll never use because I will never do business with them again!
What a joke! Zero concept of customer service or interest in retaining customers like me, and I'm supposedly a VIP who has printed with them over the years.
I called several times over the course of this month to follow-up and each time I was told they were shorthanded and that was the reason of the delay. They should reimburse the entire shipping cost and for at least half if not all the order. Receiving the order a month late made it too late to market on our end as we needed. SO WHY ON EARTH AM I PAYING FOR THIS?!
I've had a few issues over the years with quality and smaller shipping delays in an order but this topped them all, and because they do not care about the consequences of their delays and the problems they have caused on my end, I'm done!
I suggest you do your research before going for this company. There are so many wonderful ones with excellent price savings, quality, quick shipping and excellent customer service.

I cannot be more disgusted! Absolutely horrific experience from the get-go. Strung me along for DAYS while I waited for my "super-duper, in the red, urgent priority" (their words) waited to move into the production queue. The only (repetitive) response was "Nothing is guaranteed." This is after I paid over FIFTY dollars for express shipping. PS - they don't work weekends either. I should have trusted my gut and gone with ANY other company! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this machine-broken, lying, manipulative company... unless you don't care about your deadline.

Does Not Deliver As Promised

THEY SAID' "Buy It Today. Get It Tomorrow. (BITGIT)" LIES!
If you need it tomorrow, we'll get it to you tomorrow, so they say. I ordered and paid the express shipping for next day and I received my business cards FOUR days later! This was 2 days after my event. When I called customer service, she was condescending and told me that "Technically and logically" it was my fault for not ordering in time. The website provided the option for the specific date, but that's my fault. I ordered 5 hours prior to the deadline, but again, my fault. She informed that the date was an estimation, but the site charged me for express and next day for that specific date. No estimation on taking my $87! No refund for the shipping. No concern for the problem. I guess OVERNIGHT means four days later. My fault.

We ordered printing service for 1000 business cards and a custom image was uploaded to be used for printing. This image has been previously used with at least two other printing companies and had no issues. Overnight prints sent a defective order as over 90% of the order has black lines on either side of the card. When contacted, they asked for additional shipping charges and blamed the defect on the design rather than taking accountability and fixing their mistake. This company has a poor quality control and bad customer service. Needless to say, we will NEVER do business with them again.

EDIT: My design has a clear white background and has no border or lines at the edges. This company tries to shift blame onto the consumers to run their scam. BUYERS BEWARE and find a better print shop for your printing needs. STAY AWAY from this shady business!

The team reviewed the original file that you provided for your order and it can be seen on both the right and left side of the design their are black lines running parallel on the card. When looking on the screen the lines are visible and within the bleed zone on the card. This would be considered a customer error as it was on the design that you submitted to us. We can provide you with another detailed email regarding your design and our cutting tolerance to show you where we can cut. I hope that this information has cleared up any miscommunications regarding the order and as of right now the offer that was provided to you via email still stands.

This company is a total fraud.

This company is a total fraud. I have attempted to use them multiple times and had to fight to get my order canceled because they can't print anything overnight, much less a month from the day the order was placed. I placed an order on 9/26 and paid for expedited service. The order immediately said it was in production, so when my booklets never showed up on time, I couldn't easily cancel the order through their site. I got a call today on 10/26 telling me they need to change the paper type... So they weren't even starting actual production until a month after the order was placed.

Terrible customer serive

We ordered brochures on 9/13/2022. After one month, we emailed several times. Out customers were unhappy waiting week after week. Received generic emails back saying, "we are a priority". Ha. Finally heard back (6 weeks later) that they wanted us to cancel order (that they were "working hard on") or have us resubmit for a lighter paper stock cover. Horrible company that we will never do business with again. 6 weeks for an order that should take 2 and no personal care for customers.

Terrible service! I paid for expedited shipping. That date came and went and when I contacted them they said it would be delivered shortly, that it was already printed but just had to ship. I received the order a week and a half later. When I contacted them for a refund they said they would only refund the difference in shipping. Wish I would have read reviews before.

Neglegent and Uncaring

Had a small order and paid extra to have them within a week. Did not come for over a MONTH. No email explaining delay or expected delivery. I called 6 times for updates. Requested a manager to call. Nothing. They will only refund shipping cost. Customer Service is a complete joke and they do not care about your order, time, or business. 0/10. Go literally anywhere else and save your money.

Disappointed 1st time customer

I ordered some business card that were urgently needed. I paid $41.00 for expedited delivery and here it is 3:30 pm and no cards. I reached out to customer service, and they tell me there was a delay in printing, they are not sure when i will get the cards and I will not get my $41 back until I receive the card and at that time, I will be able to get my refund. If I had not called customer service, I would not have known about the shipping issue because they failed to call or send me an email.

Most Ironic Name Ever

In 30 years of buying printing for my clients I have never had a worse experience. I was sucked in by a "special" they were running on business cards and ordered three sets for a client. After the delivery date came and went with no cards I began contacting them via chat, email and phone. Each time I was told they had technical issues, but that my order would be prioritized and I should be getting my order soon. After numerous calls to what sounded like a call center, I finally canceled the prepaid order, over six weeks since I placed it and four weeks since it was to be in my clients possession. The only thing Overnight about this company is their ability to process a payment. You are forewarned. This company does not honor their promises and I couldn't think of a more inappropriate name for them than Overnight Prints.

Overnight Prints has, LEFT THE BUILDING.

After messaging there Facebook, Live chatting, and emailing asking for a refund and was ignored. I mentioned the yelp ratings and the BBB accreditation and mentioned if they keep treating customers like this, they might be looking at a class action.
* literally responded within seconds: "Your threat has been noted I will have management call you shortly." How unprofessional! I received a call from manager * in minutes. * said he would cancel the order and issue a refund. We will see. ‍
I also used Amazon pay and have Amazon sending emails on my behalf as well as pursuing this myself.
I was okay with after making a call on the second late week that the shipping # would be sent to be by the next day. A MONTH LATE? THE DODGY RESPONSES? I feel like had I not made poor reviews I would have just been lost in the system.

So i ordered cards on 9/28 and ordered expedited shipping. They were promised for 10/4.3 full business days before the event. When i hadnt received a shipping confirmation by 10/6 i used their live chat and was told they put in a request to expedite. (which i KNEW was useless but what else could i do?) when they hadnt arrived by the time of the event... there was nothing i could do. On 10/11 i contacted their live chat again and basically got the same response. At one point i actually asked it if was a bot.

Eventually i got a number from the agent to call to talk to a supervisor, which it turns out is just a main number. I've waited on hold for like... 15 minutes in silence, then the call dropped.

Point is, they work in a time sensitive industry. Their name is actually overnight prints. Its been 2 weeks. No prints. No shipping confirm. One whole week past the promise date. At this point, what i ordered is useless and to this point, all they've offered to adjust is the expedited shipping.

I have the transcripts from the chats to back all these claims.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Been have a run around on why I don't have my cards. Expected them Friday and now they are another week out. I would've gone elsewhere if I had none it would be this much trouble getting them. Pretty pathetic if you ask me.
