I place an order on August 15th to be delivered on August 30th. It's now Sept 26th and I have still not received anything. I have contacted the company twice and get the same response, "Due to some technical issues in our production site we have faced some delays. We are working full time on your order to ship out as soon as possible"
I'm not a new customer, I've been using them since 2013 and they used to be really good, but the last year orders get lost or are late and I have to argue to get my shipping refunded after I've paid extra to get items shipped quickly. I just can't afford to do business like this, never knowing if I will get the items I've ordered.

Never Got my Cards (No refund)
September 24, 2022

I paid $40 for overnight shipping and then never received the item in time. When I contacted them they said they'd refund the difference in shipping but the cards never arrived at all. When I go to their "shipping link" it has no info. I need a full refund and haven't heard a peep from them, even though they charged me for the cards and the expedited shipping! DO NOT USE.

Never got the cards
September 12, 2022

My order list says they are still in production a week late... i paid 60$ extra for "overnight" for a special event and 6 days later the status still says in production. There is no where to "cancel" an order after you select your order. Their first response was they would refund the extra shipping... ok but I order on the 6th to get them by the 7th and its now the 12th. And now my emails only get automated responses.

40 days. No products. Had to cancel

40 days and I had to cancel my order

This is a follow-up to my previous review when it had been 29 days.

I continued with daily check-ins to ensure that the team was working on my order. I was told that the cutting process was complete and would be "shipping soon". When asked what "soon" meant they said 24-48 hours but of course cannot guarantee that.

Nearly 2 weeks goes by. I asked why they hadn't shipped yet. They did not answr but again, they assured me they were "shipping soon"

On the last week, I asked to talk to a manger and unfortunately I missed that call as I had been waiting all day and in the 4 minutes I stepped away from my phone that's when she called (of course that's how it happens).

I called back 5 times. Could not get through. The line would disconnect EVERY SINGLE TIME. I went on the live chat. They refused to speak to me because "the manager would call"

Two days goes by and NO WORD FROM THE MANAGER. So I call back and the manager was busy and assured me they are aware of the situation
THE NEXT DAY I finally get called from the manager. Turns out. The order was NOT DONE being "cut". They only finished 50/250 postcards. So they weren't done. They were not "shipping soon".

SO ON DAY 40 with only 50/250 prints done I DEMANDED A REFUND.
Previously had been denied a refund because once it's in production, that's not allowed.

But seeing as 40 days is insane they allowed me to cancel.

I waited and waited. Then called, then waited some more. I still don't have the cards and the meeting I need them for is this afternoon! If you need your printing, don't order from them!

Overnight prints is misleading. You won't get your order overnight, even if you pay for overnight. The cards are great, but don't expect them to come overnight.

Bought a bunch for my sports business. They're extremely reasonably priced, and they're good quality. There are probably fancier ones out there, but for entry level these did more than what I needed. Bought extra sets for later... I'm burning through them!

Not the speedy service I expected

With a name like Overnight Prints and good reviews from customers, I expected more from this company. Additionally, their website states:

"Don't be fooled by companies that say, "Fastest order-to-door delivery" and their "Rush Delivery" claims... For example, if a company states that they can print your product today and ship it next day air tomorrow, the turnaround time would be three days! This can be misleading, as many customers – understandably – expect to receive their order the next day. In fact, only one company can do this…Overnight Prints."

As it turns out, Overnight Prints fooled me. I paid extra to have posters I ordered arrive by August 5th (I placed my order on July 28th). Come the day the prints were supposed to arrive, I checked on the status of my order, surprised to find that it was still in production and had not even shipped. I called and they said there was a technical issue. This is understandable, but I would have appreciated an update from them since I was expecting them. By August 10th my posters still had not shipped. I was getting stressed as I had needed them already to set up a classroom. Overnight Prints gave me a wishy-washy response on why they were still in production, but assured me they would expedite the order.

On August 16th, the very last day I could accept the order, they still had not shipped. I cancelled the order, losing about $70 in the process since they had already gone to the production. In the end I went with a local company which was much more expensive, but was able to get me prints in less than 2 business days. Nonetheless, we were unable to get the classroom set up in time, which was very frustrating.

I would not recommend giving Overnight Prints any of your money. Their claims about being speedy is a lie. They never made a real effort to get my order to me as fast as possible. Beyond this, given my posters were over 10 days late, I think I should have been refunded all my money.

This Company is a Scam

I am the purchasing manager for an ad agency. I have heard of people never receiving their orders from here but my company has never had an issue so we have continued using them because they are cheap. I have even had coworkers who ordered from them because the company does so often, but almost all of them never received their orders and had to dispute the charges after Overnight Prints refused to send them a refund or even confirm if their items would ever ship. When you checkout, you select the shipping method you would like. We always pay extra for fast shipping. My order (500 business cards) has been "in production" for 3 weeks. Even though they are way past the delivery date, customer service will not place a rush or upgrade my shipping. I have been told repeatedly that the order would be marked as urgent but I don't think that means anything because nothing has changed. They do not have an updated shipping or delivery date they can provide. It is an option for me to pay extra and upgrade my shipping for $30, but customer service told me it is not possible for them to upgrade shipping on their end for free or refund the shipping cost I paid. Looks like I learned my lesson for continuing to use them, and I hope I can prevent you from making the mistake I made!

We ordered business cards from Overnight Prints for several years. Cards were always delivered close to the scheduled delivery dates "Overnight" prints posts on their order page. The company offers faster delivery for customers who pay for fast delivery, with choices for specific dates one or more days apart.

The company advises in small print that delivery dates are estimates and offers to refund payments for missed delivery dates. But 45 days to deliver a job from Overnight Prints is unreasonable. We ordered another job and now, two weeks later after an order was scheduled for delivery, we're calling Overnight Prints. The pattern suggests they're backlogging orders and letting customer complaints drive production priorities.

This company cannot deliver what it promises at this time. It's help desk has taken an indifferent, officious tone toward customers who call for information about long delays.

Calling themselves "Overnight Prints" has become a joke. They USED to be pretty quick, but recently, every order I place is significantly later than estimated. They have a disclaimer that their customer service folks like to snarkily point out that blames delays on the post office but the items are still in production when they were scheduled to arrive... can't blame the post office for that!

The quality of the items for the price is good, but if you need a fast turnaround, this is no longer the company to use.

Worst service I have ever received

I placed my order 3 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I've been told all sorts of things over the telephone have no idea what's true. I was told five days ago it was ready to ship has still not been shipped. Do not use this printer!

Terrible Experience

Overnight Prints managed to miss the delivery date from 'Overnight' to 'over a week'. No response when attempting to cancel the order. I'm not convinced their business model isn't a complete scam. The attached email is a full 6 days before the order shipped. 'In production' -- yeah, okay.

Please advise as per checkout, receipt, and your order confirmation, the Estimated Delivery Date section exactly states that the Estimated Delivery date given, is Estimated. No mention of a guarantee or "promised" delivery date is given on our site for your order. Worst customer service ever! I had a client needing a rush order. I sent the order of cards in with the quickest shipping possible. Did not receive a confirmation email of the order. Then called to check on the order to make sure that it actually did go through and yes it did, but no email. Requested an email again and still no email. Then I finally receive the prints and they are pixelated! They look terrible and some of the prints are crushed because of the bad packaging job. I immediately called overnight prints and they directed me to an email address for contacting customer service with photo evidence. Did so, explaining I would just prefer a refund since they are not a quality I can give clients and had to go elsewhere to replace. Overnight prints claimed it is a customer error and not their processing team. Why have a processing and print team if you don't check quality and send bad print product? Why not contact the customer notifying them of the error before printing? I have used this company previously and they were great with emailing and notifications. Now nothing! Maybe new AWFUL management. I did what was right as a business owner with GOOD customer service and when I received this terrible product I immediately went to another print company receiving quality, and am now eating it. Stay away if you want quality and service.

I have read the notes from this order and can see that the team has deemed this to be a customer error. This means that the file that was uploaded is what caused the print to come out the way that it did. This would be deemed a customer error but we did offer to reprint the order with updated files but asked that you paid for shipping. SCAM company

I placed an order with this company on 6/13/22 for rush overnight delivery on 6/14/22. On 6/14 I checked my order status to see it still said 'In Production'. I left an email for customer service, but after not receiving a reply for 2 hours, I called them directly. Zanna (She told me, Anna, with a Z) stated that they were having problems with their printers and my order was printed and would be shipped priority.

The next day (6/15) my order still said 'In Production'. I called and spoke with Zanna again. She gave me the exact same script she'd given me the previous day. I informed her of this and was told that it wasn't her that spoke with me. I asked if there was another Anna with a Z and she put me on hold. When she came back she confirmed that she had spoken with me and that my order would be delivered by Friday and that my priority next day shipping charges would be refunded. I asked for a refund and was told that because the order was already printed, they would not issue a refund.

I informed her that my promotion that I needed the order for would be over by then and the door hangers would be useless. I asked to speak to a manager and was told she was in a meeting, but she was informed of my issue and agreed that I would receive it by Friday.

Now it is 6/21, they refuse to take my calls, will not respond to my emails, and have BLOCKED me on social media. I have put in a dispute with my bank, but I feel like this company should NOT be in business if they are not an actual company and just scam people out of their money.

Ordered 200 business cards. 2-sided color. Nothing special. After 2 weeks I logged in and my order was still queued for printing. Sent an email and got a BS automated reply. Now it's 4 weeks since I submitted my order and it's STILL queued for printing. Absolutely abysmal. Cancelling my order and reordering elsewhere.
