Paid over $550 for an expedited order, on a total of over $1100. Assets were too late to be useful, and half the order were the wrong assets. Had to pay 3x more in local printing to meet my needs. They didn't ship the assets out until close of business on the day they were due.
Just terrible. Never allowed me to talk to the printing department. Never allowed me to talk to a manager. They made me leave my number and "wait for a call back" - never came. They immediately called me back when I disputed the charge though - just a terrible business. No one was helpful, everything is outsourced, just freaking terrible.
It has been a month since my order was placed and I am unable to obtain a ship date from Overnight Prints. All email communications are answered with the same generic response apologizing for the delay and they are working on it. Forget trying to get someone on the phone.

I've designed and sent a postcard every year for the past 9 years, using different printing groups to get them printed.
1) my design was flagged, despite it not having any text past the bleed area. I removed the flag three times, then had to talk to customer support to *actually* get the flag removed.
2) even though I ordered the cards a month before the day they needed to arrive, they were STILL "queued for printing" *the day before they were supposed to arrive*.
You never feel more helpless in these situations so if you want to have a stress-free process of printing something time sensitive DON'T USE OVERNIGHT PRINTS.

I paid for expedited service. It's now 7 days past the "delivery date" and my cards are still "in production". Customer service claimed that they are short handed and that delivery dates are only estimates. They also refused to cancel my order. Don't use this company. THEY CANNOT DELIVER!
I received absolutely horrible service. I am writing this review 4 weeks into an order I placed for business cards. I ordered the express delivery, which I should have received in 3 days, not overnight and I still have not received my order. I called customer service on multiple occasions and was told a different story every time. First there was problems with their printer, then I was told there was problems with the cutter, then I was told there was a technical problem. I never received a requested call back from customer services. I requested a refund and was told they could not give a refund because my order had been printed, yet I still to this date, have NOT received my order. My order is still listed as "In production". What a joke! I recommend DO NOT USE THEM!
We've used this company before for printing with no issues, but it seems that a lot has changed and I won't be using them again. We placed an order on the 5/2/2022 and paid for expedited shipping twice to get it by 5/5/2022. Today is 5/12/22 and the order still says it's processing.
Customer service was practically nonexistent. We never got a response to any of our email and when I called in for help they couldn't give me any info, they couldn't give me an estimate for delivery and they couldn't refund us because the order was processing. I spent a long time trying to get any customer support at all. There was a very long wait time and the hours were limited. The online chat would not launch for me and the first few times I tried to call in the phone line also didn't work. The message telling me the hours of operations was cut short so I had to guess what their hours were (btw it's 11am PDT).
We ended up using a local printer who understood our need for a rush order and helped us out. I'll be using them over Overnight Prints from now on. I would NOT recommend this company for anything, especially not if you need it any time soon. They also seem to curate the reviews on the website. If you look at their facebook page you'll get a better idea for how bad they've become. The reviews start positive from a few years ago and quickly turn to one stars as they get closer to 2022
Used this company due to great prices but they NEVER deliver on time. They take your money and are terrible about telling you when you will actually get your order. After paying for delivery on a certain day and not receiving my order, I asked for a refund. They told me I could not get a refund because the order was already printed yet I do not have and they cannot tell me when I will receive. I am STIL WAITING
I placed an order on 4/21 to be delivered on 4/26. No communication to me that the order would be delayed. This order was for an event I had on 4/28 and on 5/3 I reached out to find out the status. I was told nothing could be done, they could not refund my money and they didn't know when my order would be ready. They only offered $10 in store credit for a $300+ order. Worst customer experience I have ever had with a printer. Would never recommend them.
I've ordered from Overnight Prints since at least 2012. I've had a couple orders that required reprinting, but most products came through acceptable. The overall quality is honestly just ok, but the prices are mostly in line with that, and most importantly to me, they offer shipping options that accommodate the tight deadlines my clients often give me. Or at least they did. With my most recent order, I ordered on the 22nd and paid for delivery on the 28th for an event on the 30th. It is Friday the 29th and the product has not shipped. This order was for a small club on a limited budget, so $200+ worth of print material wasn't a miniscule investment, and that money is now totally wasted because the print materials won't arrive until after the event. I contacted the company on the 28th to see if there was anything that could be done to get the product here today or if we could cancel the order and save the club spending so much money on useless product, and I was told no. They said they're understaffed and doing what they can. Look, I understand that - EVERYONE is understaffed right now, but that doesn't make missing deadlines ok. If you can't deliver product by the date you state on your website, then change the website. It's not acceptable to promise something to your customer, collect extra money for that service, not deliver, then not accept any responsibility. I could be forgiving if there was an attempt to make things right, but there hasn't been. This will definitely be my last time ordering from this company.
I paid for overnight shipping and to rush the order. They did neither. I contacted them and they stated they had an issue with their shear/cutting equipment. Once I finally received the order weeks later, both sets of cards came crooked. They refuse to do anything about it. STAY AWAY!
Ordered for faster shipping on the 21st. Delivery by 24th, it's now the 27th and my cards are still in production
Cards that came in were in bad condition. I sent pictures of the cards and the company said they had an error and will ship new ones. When receiving the cards a second time. They were worse off then the first. Time wasted and cards wasted. Not happy with the workmanship from this company. When i brought it up to them a 3rd time. They basically said they cant fix it. Why are you in a business card business if you cannot make simple cards?
I have been a customer for 10 years and this company has now turned against it's loyal customers. My order was supposed to be here by March 29,2022 and it is April 8 and still no order or why it is late. Will never use again.
This company really doesn't care about keeping customers. They are happy with a one time sale that turns out to be a completely butchered order and shipping? Don't even bother paying the extra fee to get your order quickly! They shipped my order 3 days later-on the day that it was supposed to actually arrive-needless to say my order arrived after the event for which it was meant to be and exactly 4 days after the arrival date that was promised on their website… I no longer have any use for the product, when I spoke with supervisors and production managers all they had to offer was the shipping cost difference?! Although they did admit they are having issues with their production department. I don't understand why those issues have been projected unto me and there is a complete lack of interest in making customers happy..
I ordered posters for an event with 4 days lead time from the expected delivery date. Never arrived even after being 4 days late and when I called customer service they refused a refund and the agent literally told me:" Read the disclaimer delivery date is not guaranteed and some orders even arrive several weeks late. Absolutely refused any kind of refund and not even an apology. They could care less.
If I could give them zero stars, I would. I had so many issues with this service:
- I ordered business cards to be printed and shipped rush and paid extra for that. They were delivered 2 days past the promised date causing me to miss important marketing meetings.
- The quality was horrible. The prints were so blurry as if you are looking through a thick glass bottle.
When I requested customer service, they put me through hoops to get a resolution. I sent them pictures showing their subpar work and they asked I send individual pictures of 10% of the job which means 200 pictures! I sent them pictures but not individualized.
Their solution was to either re-print or give me 50% discount. I never ever want to use this horrible service, so I chose they are reprinted.
They were reprinted, still with crappy graphics. It was a waste of $150 and time honestly.
Beware and look somewhere else.
Their prints are cheap and the cards are not thick 15pts as they claim.
I've dealt with a lot of print companies in my professional career and Overnight Prints are hands down the absolute worst. Their customer service basically consiste of copy and pasting stock responses to the many issues they have with no dialogue to actually resolve problems, and thats if they even bother to reply at all!
A number of late deliveries in a short period of time led me to get in contact with them. They were not willing to accept any responsibility despite the orders not having physically been printed by the so called 'estimated' delivery day. If this had only happened once then I could just chalk it up to an error, but as it has happened multiple times, it is clearly an issue with the business at large. And the lack of willingness to fix their errors is abhorrent - I can'tunderstand how they are still in business.
I recommend you use literally any other printer as none could possibly be worse than Overnight Prints.
Wish I could give them zero stars. I ordered something from Overnight Prints that was to be a birthday gift. Paid extra shipping so it would be delivered in plenty of time. It was to be here over a month ago. Payment was processed over a month ago. I have received nothing but the run-around. Very disappointed.
OvernightPrints.com keeps getting worse and worse. (less than zero stars if I could...) I'm currently on hold for 1 hour trying to track down an order that was supposed to be delivered a MONTH ago. This is my 5th contact with them on this matter and each time they've said they see the order, profusely apologized and said it was a screw up on their part and that it would be resolved immediately. That still has yet to be fixed.
They have gone WAY downhill. I've used them since 2006 for hundreds of orderers. I am supposedly "Platinum" and can't get a resolution from anyone. I have a whole bunch of projects I need to re-order and I currently have -1000% trust in them. Everyone can hit a snag once in a while, then own it, fix it and move on. NOT these guys. Been passing the buck for a month. Ridiculous.
UPDATE - Review was Feb 15th, 2022 - Now it's March 1,2022 - I've spoken to them 3 additional times and each time they apologized for the issue - acknowledged it was their fault and they PROMISED it would be resolved - It STILL is not fixed. This company is UTTERLY unreliable. Seriously the WORST. As I mentioned above - I've used them for years - may be new owners, new management or something? Who knows. Do NOT use them for ANYTHING you need to count on. I can't believe how many hours I've spend trying to get this resolved to no avail.
Original order placed on 2/6/2022 & paid for expedited shipping to arrive 2/9.
The order did not arrive on 2/9 (Wednesday)... I called on 2/10 (Thursday) and was informed that printing or cutting had not yet started. They promised that the order would be completed on Thursday.
I AGAIN upgraded shipping for delivery on 2/11 (Friday)
The order did not arrive on Friday but was delivered on 2/14 (Monday)
All I am asking is that the shipping charges I paid for upgraded shipping be refunded to the ACTUAL shipping I received which was (1) week shipping.
I contacted the company and they promised a refund but they did NOT process any refund.
Answer: They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.
Answer: It's easy to get a hold of their customer service but they are useless if you need help.
Answer: The same thing happened to me and they refuse to give me my money back!
