I ordered magnets from Overnight Prints, a Farheap Company. I paid extra to have them overnighted (as the name would suggest) for a work function. They didn't arrive. At all. I called and the rep I spoke with told me they had issues with the printing machine the week before. However, I could no longer use the magnets for the work event since they were late/not there, so I canceled my order. The rep told me I couldn't and they would not refund me. She also told me I couldn't speak with anyone in production, a supervisor, or anyone else. I don't know how Bob W. (other reviewer) got his refund! Sounds like he was relentless.
As was I. I called corporate - disconnected. I used my contacts to get the direct lines to their C-suite. Disconnected. I managed to get a former employee on the phone, but that didn't help. I messaged Brenda Heap and Brett Heap on LinkedIn. Nothing. I emailed Brett directly at 2 email addresses: Farheap bounced and no response to the other. I finally got another rep on the phone and she reiterated what the first told me. So, I paid for a product to be delivered on a specific date and I did not receive what I paid for, nor were they providing a refund.
I reported them to BBB (along with many others, I discovered) and finally just filed a claim with my bank - they will pursue the refund (and since I got a shipping notice right after I spoke with the rep, we will be declining delivery/returning to sender). Big Boi BofA coming at ya, Farheap! That $50 magnet order isn't going to pay your fines. And on principle (because the $50 isn't the issue) and the fact that you made me look incompetent with my client, I'm posting this review everywhere: Facebook, Google, Craigslist, GlassDoor, on the bulletin board at the Starbucks around the corner.
I have ordered business referral cards 3 times now. First experience was good got the order within a weeks of ordering. 2nd time paid extra for expedited shipping took about a month to get them after multiple emails to them expressing my unsatisfaction, did not get my expedited shipping fee back. Figured I would give them a 3rd chance... Ordered Feb 4th paid for overnight expedited shipping still have not recieved them and on status it is showing in production. Just emailed to get an update as I am sure I will not get the overnight shipping reimbursed. I DO NOT suggest ordering unless you have a month or more before you need them. NEVER pay extra for shipping as it doesn't appear to matter to them. Will update once I get my cards as to how long it took for my "overnight" prints that I paid extra shipping for..
I placed an order for three sets of cards for the companies we own. These were nothing fancy and actually were stock images Overnight prints had available. My first red flag should have been that they charged separate shipping ($7.99 ea) on each order and would not combine. Then when the cards arrived one set was so unevenly trimmed (the image was skewed on the card) they look like a drunk used scissors to make them, the second set the background color was approved as a tan, they arrived Yellow! Then when I brought these to the attention of Overnight Prints they respond with "the cards as shipped are within printing tolerance". Are you kidding me? These represent the company and are horrible! Trust me, you do not want to use this printer at any price or any reason. Google the address, (2929 Magazine st., Louisville Ky) the building has most of the windows broken out, and its in a rundown slum. No wonder they don't care what the customers presentation looks like, they don't care about their own! Overall a really pathetic excuse for a professional printer selling garbage to anyone foolish enough to give them the opportunity! Cost me $60 bucks, don't let it cost you!
Don't waste your time or money. I ordered 500 simple cards designed with their tool, on Jan. 5th 2022. With 3-5 day shipping. It's still showing that the cards are in production. I've called them twice already and each time I got the same person and would put on hold to "go check production" just to come back 5 min later to say the same BS that they had a system error and it's put things behind. Never using this company again. I'm going to post a horrible review anywhere I can do other people don't have a terrible experience like so many of us have.
Overnight? - took nearly 2 months. We ordered photo cards for Christmas that were promised to be within 3 days. The first order was almost black ink, you could hardly see the photograph. I sent the photos back and now it's over a month and they say they are having problems. Customer service is terrible. I feel bad for the phone representatives because it's not their fault.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order and was given a delivery date. When my order had still not shipped 2 days before the given delivery date I reached out. It was then that I was told the factory was very backed up and they would rush my order. I never heard anything else so when it had still not shipped a few days later, I reached out and just requested to cancel my order as it would not arrive in time for the event I ordered for. I was informed that they could not cancel my order and I only qualified for a partial shipping refund but I could not get that until I got the product. Another week went by and I had reached out 3 more times. I had been in communication with Sergey and he completely stopped responding to my emails. With no product and no communication I filed a chargeback through my bank. Magically, my products shipped the very next day and they fought the chargeback by giving that tracking number. I reached out again to tell them I did not want the product and was told they could only refund the shipping but since I filed a chargeback I had to wait 30 days. At this point, they were using sad face emojis during their communication with me. I filed a complaint with the BBB after they started ending the chat session with me each time I asked for a reference number, and they responded that they would provide a refund after 30 days. At the 30 day mark I reached out again (because each time they talked to me I was informed nothing would be automatically done I had to reach out each time) and was informed they weren't sure if they were going to refund me since I filed a chargeback and a complaint with the BBB. Once I informed them I had all of the chats saved and the BBB response all saying they would refund they informed me they would process the refund. I got an email later that they were refunding me $5 and some change - not even the entire shipping charge. At this point, I'm just done arguing with them. I just want to warn everyone else of how shady this company is and to warn you to stay far far away!
This company has horrible reviews other than this sitejabber pay for only good reviews to be counted, clearly something is wrong here. They take your money and deliver nothing but excuses until you quit asking questions. Even read their employee reviews, terribly run company. Don't order from this place, you will regret it!
Pay for an item and pay for a service to check if an issue and they run them and there is huge issue overnight prints must be blind or just dumb and stupid thiefs cause i contact them and there response is it was printed as summited well i also payed to have it checked which you didnt do
Paid extra for overnight and they arrived 10 days later. Only 10% were centered and usable but "they don't gaurantee centering". The left and top of my rack cards were cut off even though it fit within the specified area.
Completely missed the expected delivery date with no forewarning that they were experiencing technical difficulties. Then, after the missed delivery, I had to call which took multiple hours and it wasn't until I called back hitting a different category number that I finally got through to someone. My print was for 1 poster and they couldn't even get that out in time and when I asked if my shipping could be upgraded since I had placed an order almost a month ago, the CSR lied to me and said "they can't upgrade my shipping since it won't do anything because the facility is close." even though it states over, and they can look at the order and easily see that. All of that was so ridiculous I canceled the order, looks like my family member won't get their Christmas present in time this year.
DO NOT USE OVERNIGHT PRINTS!
Use any other company like Canva, VistaPrint, or maybe a local company near you.
I ordered a rushed delivery, but 2 days after my shipment was supposed to arrive, I find out that it wasn't even printed yet. I only found out because I contacted them. They never even sent an email to let me know.
After several chat sessions, I found out that the order was actually printed already but still not shipped due to a technical problem.
Oh, and 4 of the 5 chat sessions the representative abruptly ended the conversation without checking in.
They refused to cancel the order and refund me, saying it's their policy and nothing could be done.
After getting a manager on the phone and ensuring me that the order was going out today and would arrive tomorrow, I get a tracking number showing a delivery 3 days from now!
Companies like this deserve to go bankrupt and fade away.
I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING AND THE PRINTS CAME TWO DAYS LATE. I NEEDED THEM ON THE ORIGINAL DUE DATE. LOOKING AT FEDEX SHIPPING HISTORY, MY ORDER ONLY MADE IT TO FEDEX AT 11:55 PM THE NIGHT BEFORE DELIVERY WAS DUE. I ORDERED THEM 5 DAYS BEFORE THIS DATE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I gave 2 stars instead of one because they are fairly affordable, but they take months to get out orders (and with a name like "overnight prints" that's kind of ironic) and the quality is pretty low.
I chose this company since they had the dimensions that I needed for my print, and a variety of delivery dates to choose from at checkout. I chose December 8, so that would get my prints in time for the weekend when I needed them.
Not only did they miss my delivery date, but there was no communication to alert me of this delay. In my account I could see that my order was "In Production", so I reached out to customer service to get more detail about where in production they were and how soon I could receive my order, which was now showing as December 14. The response I got was "The order status is in production,"... real helpful.
I responded to get confirmation that the delivery date would be December 14 and no later and received no response.
I reached out a couple days later. My order (100, single-sided, black&white 8.5x5.5 prints) was still "In Production" - given the small quantity and simple nature of the job I knew this was not true. I asked for a refund, or upgraded shipping due to their delay. They told me it was "in the final stages". The next day I asked for an overnighted tracking number by end of day, or I would dispute the charge due to not receiving the product and having had no proof or meaningful communication. The response was that my order was "in the final stages."
I'm not sure what issues this company is having, I had read plenty of good reviews, but this is unacceptable. Good communication could have fixed a lot, or any attempt to make things right would have helped, but they just don't seem to care.
I do not usually write these reviews but I am actually shocked at how bad their customer service and production times are! Estimated deliver was last week and the business cards have not even been through production. After multiple calls, emails and chats I was told the order can not be canceled and that they were still shipping it GROUND! Expected it to arrive Dec 9 and now it will be after CHRISTMAS!
We purchased some magnetic door signs for our company vehicles, first trip out they shredded and pealed apart, I contacted the company who told me they could not issue a refund or replacement of a DEFECTIVE product. I will take my business elsewhere from now on!
I used to use them for all kinds of printing but within the last year its gone from bad to worse! Do not use this company. You will wait months for your product! I ordered in October giving them plenty of time to have them by December. It december & still (In Production) wont refund, wont email you with an update. I just threw away a few $100 dollars;-/. Very frustrated! Not overnight or even printed in a few days.
I recently ordered some business cards, and when they arrived the image was completely off center. When I reached out to customer service they said they can not guarantee the image will be centered so they gave me a refund. What a waste of time. Why would you provide a service for something if you can not execute it?
Not sure what has happened to Overnight Prints but from reviews on TrustPilot it seems I'm not alone. I ordered 2000 business cards on 29 Nov Monday for a weekend event and paid extra to have them delivered by Friday. They arrived on 6 December Monday, having missed the event, AND they were made of the wrong material - the front of the cards were shiny instead of matt, and the card seems thinner - basically they look cheap and low-grade compared to the professional-looking cards I had before. OP refused to refund the extra delivery fee, and given their attitude I'm not going to waste more money returning 10% of the cards to an address in the USA(!). Next time I shall just order from cheapestprintonline.co.uk - I've been pleased with their products in the past, I should have done so this time, and I recommend them to anyone else in the UK.
The single worst service i ever had. Ordered the wrapping paper from them 11/13 was suppose to get it by 11/23 its 12/4 it still hasn't came, we even paid for rush shipping. The response from them has been cold and robotic. I will never do business with them again.
Answer: They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.
Answer: It's easy to get a hold of their customer service but they are useless if you need help.
