Overnight prints is anything but overnight. Honestly, you probably won't even get your prints within a month of placing your order. I submitted an order for postcards (for a specific event) on September 20th with a delivery date of September 29th. On October 1st, I reached out to the company to see what was going on because they still hadn't shipped and they said the cards hadn't even printed. I explained that I needed them for a specific nonprofit event on October 5th and asked if they could expedite the shipping and they said no. When I said I wanted to cancel the order (remember, the order hadn't even printed... and I was going to have to order some from somewhere more reliable), they said they wouldn't allow that. The event was on October 5th. Guess when the postcards arrived? October 17th. Almost 3 weeks late. If they hadn't even printed them at the time that I reached out, they should have been able to easily cancel the order. Also, I work for a nonprofit and this was for one of our awareness events. Obviously money is really tight for nonprofits right now, so it's frustrating that we wasted $55 on something that we just had to recycle immediately. Shame on Overnight Prints for lying about delivery dates and essentially scamming people and organizations out of money. If you don't do what you say you're going to do, you are scamming. I plan on sharing this review everywhere I can... too bad Overnight Prints doesn't allow reviews on their own website - probably to hide all the horrible customer experiences and their terrible customer service.
I've been using this company for the first time, they forgot to print the artwork but not the content. I contacted customer service per email twice and no response. The "good" thing is, that I ordered only 100 cards to check them out.
Cards in the trash and €28 down the toilet! Thanks for nothing.
Ordered business cards overnight. Paid premium air freight. They delivered late and would not offer an evaluated refund. Then radio silence. They have 52 reviews on this site last 12 months - 48 are negative. Use this company only if you wish to accept late deliveries, broken commitments and shoddy customer service. They dont behave the way TEAM USA should behave...
I have placed 12 orders with overnight prints with generally just ok they get it done. My last order was the wrong color. I get a candy apple red print card this order was a pale orange. It looked faded. I submitted requested info to get replacement order. Well 3 times I did with no response of any kind. After calling I was told 2 options 50% off next order or a reprint with same shipping. Offer good for 30 days. Dumbest offer ever. Um hello I want my correct order and it should be expedited due to their error. Well my replacement should have been delivered 4 days ago... not here. Now has. Been 1 month since original order. No value in customers. Must be going down and hurting for money horrible no communication and no business cards!
Awful service, made the mistake of ordering twice over a year apart. Both times each order was delayed by weeks even though I paid for expedited shipping. My second order is over a month overdue and still has no ETA. I am now having to dispute because they refuse to give me a full refund when I am no longer in need of the product. Lots of other services provide similar products available that are capable of meeting deadlines, or at least not passing them by several weeks. Do not order, but if you do, absolutely never pay extra for earlier delivery dates. And prepared to not have any of your products on time. Why bother offering expedited shipping for a premium when they are incapable of delivering? I would have thought this may be due to Covid, but I had the same experience with my first order well before Covid occurred. Plenty of other complaints over the years with the exact same experience.
In the past I had an idea to learn graphic design because it's pretty beneficial for me in case I would want to start off my own business. I would be able to create advertisement and attract clients by my own withouy a help from the side. Nevertheless, I gave up this idea and forgot about it at all. Now I started off my own business and I have already cursed myself that I rejected this idea in the past. Anyway, I found this service which helped me a lot to create ads for my makreting campaign and there are plenty of result from the work of this service. I have enough clients to earn money actually.

I've been using these guys for a long time, I've had both good and bad experiences. This is the worst - ordered some small biz cards, not only did they print incorrectly (they added artwork to my files that was not supposed to be there) they didn't cut them correctly either. When I contacted customer service, they said they would re-print but I would l have to pay for shipping again. They can't pay $5 in shipping cost to correct a mistake they made?!?!? Unacceptable!
If you want to get robbed then go with Overnightprints.
No information, no order received, and the price on products has skyrocketed wildly.
I'm told I cannot get a refund though my order still hasn't shipped. If it does it will be a month I've been waiting.
A reorder on a standard post card had the price jump 71%!
This company is the absolute worst.
Credit card charged but never got ANYTHING. Their phone number is disconnected. sitejabber.com is obviously being paid by this website to falsely advertise "4.7 star" reviews. Thousands of reviews on dozens of site confirm that this once legit business had turned into a scam where everyone is charged but only a handful of people ever receive any product and if they do is is NEVER overnight. More like a month or 2 later you get your low quality prints. Criminals. Scam artist. Fraud.

If we could give them negative stars, we would. Ordered on 9-8-21. They stated order would be in about 2 weeks! It's now 11-1-21 and the website still says in production. We asked for a refund and they will not saying it's in production. It's been that way for weeks!
Don't trust this company. I ordered business cards from them about a month ago expecting them to arrive in 2 weeks. Paid in full. They have now resended the order number and it doesn't show up on their website, and I waited on hold for over an hour with no one answering the phone. I also attempted to contact them through the live chat on their website. Which never received an answer either.
Overnight Prints was 22 Days late at completing my order for a small run on business cards. Never sent me any notification to tell me of the delay. I called after a 2-week wait to ask about the issue. They told me they had a processing issue but couldn't give me an eta of when my order would arrive. After not receiving my order a week later, I reached out on the website to ask for a refund; the customer service person said the order was shipped the day before, I never received any notification. I said I wanted a refund they said they could only give me shipping. I have been buying business cards from this company for over 10 years and never had an issue, and because of their poor customer service, I will never buy from here again. This was truly unacceptable.

My order said it would take 10 days to reach me. Instead, it took well over a month; so long, in fact, that by the time it arrived the information on them was outdated. I contacted them through their support page several times, but was met with nothing more than an automated response that basically just redirected me back to the site. The cards are black, but they have white stripes across a lot them as if the printers for them were low on ink or something, and several of them had delamination on the matte finish. I figured at least the QR code on the back of them would be helpful to bring people to my website, but upon further inspection the QR code on the back printed incorrectly and is literally completely and utterly unusable. I am extremely upset that I wasted my money on these. This is complete bs.

I used to order my cards from here because they are good quality and used to be quick. My current order: placed last Tuesday with an expected delivery date of Thursday. Friday I called to check the status and they said they were having issues with their printer and I would be notified of the status when they knew (that never happened). I call Monday and they tell me printers are working and they will put mine in as a priority to get shipped out ASAP (didn't get shipped). Tuesday I call mid day to cancel my order if it can't be shipped out on Tuesday. They tell me they can't cancel it because it's already been printed but they can't ship it out because the cut off time. Wednesday, still says "in production," so still not shipped. It will now be over a week it was expected and I am now out of cards for my business and show. I asked for transparency and communication on every phone call to see if I needed to get my cards somewhere else to get them in time. They said they will refund the rush shipping but I just needed a whole refund at this point. They clearly don't care about their customers or their business.
$500 worth of postcards ordered on 9/16/2021. Order was to be delivered on 9/27/2021. Order is still in production according to website and every rep I have had contact with is telling me they are doing the best they can but CANNOT tell me when my items will ship. These postcards were time sensitive and need to ship in 2 days and they are not even printed yet, 3 weeks after ordering them. I have been a customer for many years and spent lots of money with them. Not any more. Never. Again.
Paid for RUSH print which is supposed to be produced the same business day. Now 7 days passed and it is still in production. Live chatted with customer service and they only use pre-drafted script which is irrelevant to my concern. And they ended the conversation abruptly without solving the issue. When the chat ended, they offered the option to save the chat script. Of course that doesn't work either and errors keep popping up. I also find whatever rating shows up on this sitejabber not trustworthy. Now I'm writing so many words, they still deem my review incredible...
Didn't print my order on time and so the product didn't arrive in time for the event. I was told that I still had to pay for it in full, and that they would "discount the shipping". Unbelievably bad customer service. They should have notified customers up front if they were experiencing delays. We would have never ordered in the first place. Extremely frustrating.
Paid to have my order by 9/29/21 and my order is still in production and it was supposed to be here yesterday! When I called customer service they refused to cancel the order and give me a refund. I asked to talk to a manager and she said they are unavailable that they will call me back at a later time but they will tell me the same exact thing. Very unhappy with this due to the fact I need these cards by Saturday and will not need them after that event!
I uploaded a simple print job and paid extra for the 3-day turn around so it could be delivered on-time to my client. This give me a four day grace period incase of a delay. It delivered a week later when the show was over. I called four days in a row to get the job shipped, was assured it would go out, but never did until it was too late. Their customer support told me they were simply a call center and could only do so much in reaching the company.
Answer: They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.
Answer: It's easy to get a hold of their customer service but they are useless if you need help.
