Lied to and Refund Refused

Charged me $30 in shipping for a $50 order to arrive by a certain day. Day came and went and didn't receive the item. They lied about the item being shipped on a Tuesday, spoke to them on Wednesday and was told it was printed and would be shipping that day, Friday rolls around and I reach out again and I'm told it hasn't printed and hasn't shipped. I keep getting lied to. I've asked for refunds twice and they won't grant it. I spent $30 to receive an item on a certain day and a week or more will pass before I receive it. A dishonest business that I will never order from again. I'd recommend no one buys from them.

Not only did our order come much later than expected, it came to the wrong address entirely. When I called to follow up about the order, the customer service agent was apathetic at best, and had me on hold for over half of my time on the phone. The best they could do was reprint and resend my order to ship a week after I REordered, so almost a full two weeks after they originally should have arrived. Horrible service, and horrible customer care. Do NOT use this company.

TOTAL SCAM

This is the absolute WORST, most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have actually EVER dealt with. They did my cards ENTIRELY WRONG, my company's name, as well as my email we're both completely cut off! I emailed them right away when I received my unusable cards, and they took WEEKS to reply. When they finally replied they said I needed to send them a picture of a MINIMUM of 50 cards "fanned out" to show the errors were consistent throughout all the calls. I did that, then again waited WEEKS for a response, then finally was told that they would send out new cards, and proceeded to NEVER do so. I have been trying to get this issue resolved since JULY! Here we are halfway through SEPTEMBER! This place is a TOTAL SCAM! BEWARE!

Don't waste your time with this printer. I am a Marketing Manager for a large company in Northern California. We have been utilizing this online printer for many years to the point that we were listed as a "Platinum Member". Whatever that means at the end of the day. The primary reason for us utilizing the service was the fast turnaround. We typically would order rack cards and large-format postcards from here. Recently we had a project that was delayed by almost a week, without any notification or explanation from the printer. Customer service was dismissive and could not be bothered with reassuring me our order would be delivered in a reasonable time frame. Twice we were told our prints would arrive the next day, which they did not. We ended up having to print in-house, essentially paying twice for the project. There are plenty of other online printers that support their customers, would have given the heads up and will make things right at the end of the day. They may offer to waive some shipping costs, but charge you for the prints, that arrive past your deadline, for you to turn around and send them to the landfill. Try Uprinting, Vista Print, Moo or any other printer before you go here.

DON'T recommend

I was headed for a convention in Las Vegas and needed business cards for the convention. I placed an order through Overnight Prints online. They were supposed to be delivered to my hotel on a Tuesday. Plenty of time to use them for my conference. I never received them. On Thursday night when I was boarding my plane to go home, I received an email from them saying that my cards would be delivered on Friday to my hotel. Guess what…. Totally useless to me then. When I notified them that I was no longer in Vegas they responded that they would deliver them to my house. Guess what…didn't need them there or anywhere. Too late! They ended up refunding me less than half of what I originally paid. They said they refunded me a ‘shipping difference' and that they hope I receive my order as soon as possible. They are so out of touch to the consumer. In addition, I think the people I have been talking to are halfway around the world from me. I wish I had known.

I have used Overnight prints for about 10 years and I have Gold VIP status. Overnight prints USED TO BE one of the best short run printers on the internet, BUT over the past 12-18 months the quality, customer service, and product options have been in free fall.

I have elected to move much of our production away from Overnight Prints, because you just can not trust the delivery times they give and they ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT, when the botch a project with time sensitivity.

My order #******* was charged an upcharge to deliver on 8/25/21, but as of 8/26/21 it hasn't even printed. (see screens shot attached)

The typical take NO RESPONSIBILITY for this type of failure on their part

I have been an ONP customer for years. Have placed over 46 orders since 2015. Since 2020 all orders I have placed with ONP have had issues. Bad print quality, delivered the wrong finishes on an order, crooked cuts, pealing laminates, the list goes on and on. The latest order was for over 5,000 business cards. I have only received 1,300 of the cards ordered, the remaining order items still have not shipped, and are over 21 days past due for delivery from the delivery date stated. So a total order has been in their hands over 6 weeks and it's still not delivered. The cards that were delivered were not what I ordered, finishes were incorrect. They placed a gloss laminate over a spot UV. That is not what was ordered. It has now been two weeks trying to get a refund and the remaining ordered cancelled as I went with another printer, who was able to deliver the cards in a stated timeline with the correct, finishes, and quality.

WORST experience ever. Paid for two-day shipping, we are on day six and it's "still in production". Asked to cancel and they refused. Asked to speak to a manager and they refused. Asked someone to call me back three days ago and I'm still waiting. Yes, they are cheap but they don't deliver and their customer service is nonexistent. Heading to the BBB now.

Last Order from OvernightPrints.com

I've been a long-time user of OvernightPrints.com for my printing needs, but the experiences around last 3-4 orders have been enough to say confidently I have received my last order from OP. This most recent order was a 2-sided full color 4x6 post card design for a client that ended up being 3+ weeks late. It arrived with the back side printed upside down, creased post cards, and their spot UV treatment over sprayed all on the front of every piece in the order.

When I called 3 weeks ago to ask about the order, they informed me of an equipment breakage - that should have been communicated to me in advance; it's not that hard to send an email. On this same call the customer service rep instructed me to call back when my order was received and they would work on "a refund" for the order. I called today after receiving this order and the best refund they would offer me was for shipping on an order that is poor print quality, misprinted, and 3+ weeks late.

We placed an order that didn't arrive. We called them and they said it was delayed a week. That week went by and it still didn't arrive. We called again and they said it was delayed another week. (No notifications of these delays until we call). We asked to cancel it and they said we can't. We asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up on us. The whole company sounds like a big scam.

Customer Service is Horrible! They refuse to resolve this easily by reprinting and reshipping a defective $110 order.! If I could review a Zero stars I would! We have been using Overnight prints for years and this is the first time we have had such a horrible experience. I will definitely never return or refer anyone else to this company.

Don't Trust Their Shipping

Not an ethical company

BE CAREFUL! They will double charge you and then lie to your credit card company.

Our company had a good experience with Overnight Prints the first time we ordered from them. Recently we placed another order, but never got a confirmation and the order did not show up in our account. We used the chat--when he couldn't find the order, we tried calling and talking with another representative. She couldn't find the order either, so I placed the order again, and everything went as expected... until we were charged twice for the same order.

90 minutes after we tried to again place the order, TWO charges showed up on the credit card. There was still only ONE order in our account, however. Since the woman had promised she would make sure we would not be charged for 2 orders and to email her right away if there were problems, I immediately sent her the information using the email address she gave me. After several days, she responded that we had actually placed 2 separate orders for exactly the same job. We said we only wanted ONE. 3 days later, ONE order showed up, but the double charge did not go away.

We contacted Overnight Prints twice more, but they kept insisting we had placed 2 orders and refused to reverse the 2nd charge. When we disputed it with the credit card company, Overnight Prints attempted to prove they had delivered two orders by providing two different tracking numbers. When the credit card company looked further, they found one of the numbers was "not a valid tracking number."

While there are 2 charges on the credit card, our Overnight Prints account still shows just one order…. I wonder how many other companies are being double-billed without realizing this is happening?

Today is 5/19. I ordered on 5/8. Expected delivery of 5/14. Website still shows my cards as being in production. When I called to cancel and be refunded, they said I would only be refunded for shipping. I'm going to my bank for a refund.

WORST print company I've used! I ordered cards about a month ago, and still haven't gotten my order. Emailed to ask for the date it'll arrive, all I get in response is "next week" then when I try to call I'm just left on hold for hours. Then when I finally got a real person to answer, she was EXTREMELY rude and was telling me I've only been waiting for 10 days, even though I ordered it A MONTH AGO. She's telling me I've been waiting 10 days from the "ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE" which was already 2 weeks from my order date! I hope this company shuts down because they do NOT produce orders and on top of that they're customer service was THE WORST!

TERRIBLE DO NOT USE

There is nothing overnight about overnight prints. Customer service is terrible and they do not ship in a timely matter in a business where having your materials is crucial i would not count on them. I paid for expedited shipping which said my prints would arrive BY 4/23. What does that mean to you? To me it means that they might arrive earlier or definitely by the date. THEY DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL 4/25 rendering the prints useless as my event passed. All week I checked the site which on 4/18 said that my items had shipped but I could not access any tracking information. I tried not to sweat it... they weren't coming from that far away. When i contacted customer service, although the representative was nice, they refused to refund me and only offered 2.05 cents refund bc "it is says this is estimated". THAT IS NOT HOW THIS WORKS. I selected the shipping dates based on the dates they provided and the item DID NOT ARRIVE. Now in a dispute with the company.DO BETTER. Even the name of the company is misleading. OVERNIGHT means "passed the night that you need them". GOOD LUCK IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON USING THEM AND GIVE YOURSELF A LARGE CUSHION FOR DELIVERY.

I ordered 250 business cards on 3/29, and paid $20 to have it on 4/9. It is now 4/20 and I still don't have my order nor has it been shipped out. I had used their UV tool to create my business card, somehow that was misaligned, and the ten minutes I took to fix it pushed my order THREE DAYS from the original expected delivery. So it doesnt ship out on 4/9, it doesn't doesn't ship out on 3/12 so I message these people for a FOURTH time regarding my order on 3/14 asking like? Where is it. They tell me they would expedite my order and it will be here by 4/19. Today is 4/20 and the order has not shipped out. I am speaking to someone currently about a refund and they say they can only "refund the shipping since it is an 'estimated' delivery date". How do you underestimate by almost two full weeks? For ONLY 250 CARDS. Anyways they keep telling me "we can only refund you partially for the shipping and still send you your order" I don't want my order, I want a full refund. I feel bad for the customer service reps because they are not given the tools they need to help customers out. They are used as a barrier between customer and management so that it's not management getting their a** chewed. Absolutely terrible company I do not recommend them to anyone.

Ordered black business cards from overnight, they showed up with a white line on the edges. I complained, they claim it was on my design. I ordered the same design from vistaprints, cards showed up perfectly. Overnight even refused to refund me. I told them to keep it! Overnight lacks quality and customer service

Horrible.

I paid $140 to have my printing overnighted (it's in the name!) and did not receive it until a week later AFTER I gave up on overnight prints and ordered from a competitor. It was "in production" for 3 days. I tried to cancel the order when it wasn't going to arrive in time and they assured me it would arrive. They refused to give me a refund and kept copy & pasting their "delivery not guaranteed" shipping statement in their replies to me to justify not refunding the entire order. ALSO it's not even a great product. Here's a picture of how it was cut. This was a full bleed picture with the appropriate sizing spacing to ensure proper printing. Their competitor, Fedex, had no problem delivering a perfect product fast. Also please sort the reviews by date and see that all the most recent reviews are TERRIBLE.
