15 days to make 1000 business cards and not done yet. The worst customer service, they hang out on you, cut the chat on you when you ask to cancel your order since they couldn't deliver on time promised.
I am still waiting for my order. Don't use them, you will have high blood pressure dealing with this kind of people.
Foreign-based customer service is where the fun starts. Although my preview was centered properly the cut overnighprints.com was not centered. The print on one side of the business card is to the edge and space on the other side. This is not a business card I can give out. According to them as long as all the print is on the card, the centering and quality of the print is not a cause for re-printing or refund. THis is after I wasted time taking a picture of 10% of the cards. I will get them reprinted at Costco which turned out to be cheaper and I know Costco will stand behing their quality.
I ordered a set of 250 Business cards in which the background of the card was black with white fonts. When I received the cards the fonts were an eggshell color which didn't match my design. Customer service stated that I need to take 50 photos of each set... I'm I the customer or printer proofer? I will never use this company again. I will write a review on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram about experiences.
I literally had all of our business cards for a 32 people at 500 a person printed with this company. They were inconsistent with quality. There is a yellow tint to most of them, and the Spot UV is blurry and YELLOW! Do you even know how hard it is to get a refund through them? No, because most people give up trying. If you want quality and fairness... go somewhere else!
Overnight print its very good product... I am uasing and feel very good resulte. Its very amazing product. Use it and feel the difference its very great
Customer Service is Horrible! Can't make a decision and refuses to resolve this easily by reprinting and reshipping! IT was $116. A job that they are kibbling over re-printing because the investigation from their shipping vendor has not come back yet! If I could review a Zero stars I would! BEen using Overnight prints for years and this is the first time I have had such a horrible experience. Doubt I will ever return or refer anyone else to this company.

I submitted cards to print December 31st. I wasn't really expecting overnight service, but still... On January 4th I removed the hold from my order... January 11th, my order is *still* "Queued for printing"... What on earth...?
So, here's the transcript from Jan 11:
OVP: Hello
Me: Hello OVP, My order was created December 31st, and is *still* "Queued for Printing". What is the holdup?
OVP: Please provide the order number
Me: 9263...
OVP: Thank you, moment please
OVP: In the reviewing I see the order was put on hold (and you asked to print the order as is) for this reason it wasn't sent to production the same time
And as I see It should be printed soon
Me: "Soon" - how "soon"? Today?
Me: I removed the hold on Jan 4.
OVP: Unfortunately I don't have additional information this moment.
As we work offset from our production staff and are not located in the same facility so we are at the mercy as to what info they can provide to us.
OVP: The order status will change. Any other information I can help you with?
Me: I'm afraid not. Thank you for the information.

Others have had good experiences, allegedly, but perhaps mine was too small for their trouble, I don't know. All I know that I had already called twice the week of Jan 4 to know what was going on.
Our company ordered 1,500 cards greeting cards for Christmas, and use their mailing services we purchased last Dec. 11,2020. The transaction was smooth and we paid on time. Overnight prints promised that the cards will be shipped out, before December 25,2020 and will also be received the customers by then. We keep on tracking our order thru their website and it was not even updated.we understand if they have a lot of orders but they're still taking people's money with the understanding they're likely to get their orders quickly. They don't even seem to be using the extra shipping cost towards expedited shipping which is incredibly dishonest. They shipped out the cards just today, January 06,2020 and IT IS ALREADY LATE! We asked for a refund, but they didn't allowed. Disappointed, and wasn't happy about the wasted time, energy, and cost. Will not order again with this company!
Buyer beware. I've used Overnight prints for about 7 years both professionally and personally. Their quality, speed and price has always been fair but my last several orders have been a waste of time and money. My latest order was running so late I asked them to not bother shipping it as I couldn't use it anymore. They almost immediately created a shipping label and told me it had shipped but UPS didn't receive it for 2 more days and it doesn't appear to be expedited shipping even though I paid almost $20 extra in shipping (on an $8 order) to ensure I received it in time. I understand if they have a lot of orders but they're still taking people's money with the understanding they're likely to get their orders quickly. They don't even seem to be using the extra shipping cost towards expedited shipping which is incredibly dishonest. Maybe ownership changed? As they now seem to be in the business of upcharging and not delivering... and for those reasons, I'm out.
Ordered customer printed cookies. They were supposed to be printed and mailed within a week. The order status on the website showed them as being shipped the next day, but where I check the actual tracking, it showed the package was never received by FedEx. I contacted customer service multiple times and they kept telling me the order was already shipped. Then when it never arrived, they said it had gotten lost in production. Allegedly, they're doing an investigation with FedEx and then I'll get refunded. This feels like a scam. Do not make the mistake that I did.
Placed order on 12/04... paid express shipping... never got the product. Not refunding money... i dont have my products.

NOPE NOPE NOPE. I used Overnight Prints for years and had no problem. I ordered LOTS from them. I'm finished with Overnight Prints. They insisted the order was delivered to me, sent me a link for a photo which said someone signed for it. Wherever they delivered it it was NOT in my building or with my neighbors. There are 300 units here. I earlier sent them a worried message on their site that had the we'll get right back to you on it. I never heard anything. I waited on the phone listening to music. I then got someone on chat and was told after they gave me the link to the photo that ONP is not liable for deliveries. In nearly 40 years of buying printing I have NEVER not gotten my printing. OR be told there was no REFUND. Or not sense the slightest concern or professional concern that I THEW MY MONEY AWAY on an order they said I cannot get refunded since they are not liable. I'm writing it off as a tax write off. If they check they can see I bought a lot from them over the past few years. BE FOREWARNED... off to GotPrint or VistaPrint I go. You better have REAL "disposable income" to order from them.

Our goal is to deliver high quality products quickly; unfortunately, from time to time, we run into technical difficulties that delay this process. We can assure you that the issue is under control. Thank you for your patience while we resolve the situation.
As of 12-14, still no cards. No offer of refund, simply a discount for shipping? I will have to file a dispute with my CC company.
Worst print provider I've seen in over 35 years of professional art direction and print design.
Zero production answers, non delivery, and non existent customer service. 3 weeks and counting for a small, simple job. I've requested a refund and cancellation but was refused. Beware, I can only assume this is a cut rate print broker who holds no weight with actual production. After a "partial" shipment for a tiny press run of 100 was allegedly shipped, we still have nothing.

I am a designer. I designed and then ordered these Christmas cards through overnightprints.com for a customer. These cards were ordered in the middle of November and delivery paid to make sure my customer gets the cards back by Thanksgiving so they can prepare and mail them out for December.
When I received the cards they came RED TONED in color. Their faces looked SUNBURNED! Obviously an error in printing because the whole card is red in color.
As you can see from the photo (the center stack is from Overnightprints.com) the other photos left and right of the center stack I printed from my own ink printer and toner color printer (that should have been to true color).
Long story short DO NOT SHOP with Overnightprints.com. They took a long time to respond back and when they did they said that I could either...
1. Keep the bad prints and they would give me a discount on future orders (First, why would I want the bad prints? My customer can not mail them out. Second, what makes them think I want to use them again even with a discount?)
Or
2. They would reprint them BUT I would not get them back until middle to late December (which defeats the purpose of sending out Christmas Cards).
No offer to reprint and overnight them for speed. No offer to refund. Nothing satisfactory.

Did not meet the delivery date they promised. Called customer service and spoke with a woman who barely spoke english. Tried to offer me an $8.00 credit. Do not use this company. They don'tlive up to their promises
Ordered business cards and paid for s specific day for arrival. They have been in my city at the carrier for 5 days but yet to be delivered. When I called Overnight all they ask me to do was be patient and they would check. I asked for them to reprint and send to me overnight but they said they can't do that. Even when i told them these were needed for a specific meeting that I would have had if delivered on time. I will never order from them again and advise no one else to as well.
BUYER BEWARE - Smudge easily, same quality as an at home Avery sheet label on personal printer, all stickers came with cropped top and bottom after proof showed correct print. They will NOT REFUND a single cent on this order, so now my business is stuck with an order that I will be throwing away and reordering at a loss from somewhere else.
I ordered 6 different orders of business cards. Almost $200. In business cards that I can not use due to them having a misspelled word "PREMIER", which was wrong 5 different times as "PRIEMER". I ordered the cards online 4 different times, before we recognized the word was misspelled. At first I thought I was making the mistake. Therefore I called and spoke to a rep. Two different times and reordered the cards with a live rep. The cards still came with same misspelled word. This last call she fixed the correction and reordered the cards but I only had to pay for shipping. What do you know Premier is spelled "PREMIERE" I called to speak with supervisor and they tell me they can't transfer me to a supervisor. Because supervisor is busy doing their work and she needs to handle it. Therefore they told me to email their service department. Which she's over those emails too. They wouldn't even compromise with sending me free cards without me paying for shipping. I requested for refund they to me no due to customer error. I didn't qualify for a refund. I wouldn't recommend this company to a blind person..
Answer: They are a scam. They will take your money and they'll send you back the worst products you've ever seen. My business cards had long white space along the right side and along the bottoms. The bottom area was cut crooked. They blamed this on my professionally-created artwork (by a national company that has done tens of thousands of previous business card designs) and then refused to make it right or refund my money. Spend the $5-10 more it takes to get it done right, go ANYplace else but these guys.
Answer: It's easy to get a hold of their customer service but they are useless if you need help.
