I recently placed an order from Sephora that was carried out by OnTrac. I saw from my tracking that my package was "delivered," so I went outside right after and my package was NOWHERE to be found. Mind you, I was home at the time and I didn't hear a knock on my door or the sound of a truck outside (I usually can hear it because I'm really close to the road). I contacted OnTrac and they did absolutely nothing about it. I contacted Sephora and they sent me a new package. I tracked my replacement package which was supposed to be here in 3 days, but OnTrac ended up LOSING my package. WTF?! Basically I noticed that my package was "Out for delivery" for like 2 weeks straight with no delivery attempts. I'm so livid. I don't ever want to make a purchase from a company that ships with OnTrac ever again.
So far, OnTrac has mis-delivered, not delivered, and "lost" every single package that's been shipped to me by them. And their drivers lie. I've been on the phone with OnTrac when they said the driver is at my door that very minute, leaving the item right now--I walk downstairs and open the front door. Crickets. Another time, after 3 days of changing stories about what happened to a missing package, I eventually found it in front of a neighbor's door. The neighbor was out of town for several weeks, so I left the package there. I then called OnTrac and asked them to tell the driver to please pick the package up from where they left it and deliver it to the correct front door. They told me that the driver went back to get it and the package wasn't there. I walked back over to the neighbor's house and the package was in fact still there. Blatant lies. The latest debacle is 3 more days of template emails telling me the package will be delivered today by 9pm. 3 days of that same promise and still no package. If you see that something was shipped by OnTrac, don't count on getting it. I'm done shopping with any company that uses them.
This company went above and beyond to find a lost package! The driver came to my house and found where he left it on his day off and put in correct location! What a wonderful delivery service.
I wish I would have known about Oncrap BEFORE I experienced this! I placed my order with Victoria Secret, all was well. Normally, shipments with them doesnt take that long so I thought that I'd give them a call and check on the status. Come to find out-the item was delivered on the eleventh of this month, at a time when I was at home! I never received a knock on the door, doorbell ring, window knock-nada! I called their customer service line and supposedly they're going to be "checking on it" but after reading everyone else's review-I shouldn't be expecting much which is why I am going to exhaust every single ounce of my energy doing what I can to get retribution! They need to know that they can't screw over us all like this and get away with it!
They were supposed to deliver what I was told was an 11 pound order from Hot Topic. They were going to drop it off on Veteran's Day so I was home all day. I live in a secure building where people need to call to be buzzed in. No phone call all day. I finally checked my tracking info at around 8PM and it says it was delivered after 6PM TO MY FRONT DOOR. No one called me to let me know they were there to deliver. For all I know, it was out on the street for anyone to take. I NEVER GOT THE PACKAGE and when I contacted customer service, they kept dodging my request and telling me the driver was supposed to check in with them about the problem after 5PM one day soon. After 3 emails, they finally told me that their driver was at the correct destination at the "appropriate time" and if I had a problem, I should take it up with my "vendor". They don't seem to care where they put deliveries or if the correct person receives what they ordered, just that it arrived (if even that). BUT WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM A CARRIER THAT DOES NOT EVEN KNOW HOW TO SPELL THE WORD "TRACK" IN THEIR NAME? This company really is the worst and is totally off "trac" when it comes to any reliable service. ZERO STARS AND 100 CURSES FOR YOU, "OffTrac"!
Package was out for delivery on Monday, came after business hours. Marked the package "business" indicating that it needed to be delivered during business hours. Tuesday, package was out for delivery, tried to delivery at 7:00pm (obviously after business hours), called OnTrac they promised it would be delivered by 12:00pm on Wednesday (today). Called me at 1:00pm to tell me that it wasn't going to be delivered on time but they would try to get it to me before business closed today. This company sucks at logistics. They can't even keep their own promises. This is now the second time that I've been so blessed to experience their crap services. I will pay for expedited shipping from now on to ensure the USPS doesn't hand my package off to OnTrac.
I'm expecting a package yesterday 11/12/2019 coming to San Jose ca. When I check the tracking number to their website at around 10 pm it says will redeliver the next business day. Today 11/13/2019 when I check it's in Visalia California. What a stupid Moron.
I'm a regular Bath&Body Works shopper, and up until now I haven't had any problems. Package said it was delivered on the 7th, I didn't receive it until the 12th, and it was partially open. The one I was supposed to receive on the 12th said it was delivered and it's still not here. They threw my "Fragile" marked box with candles in it up the walkway, no knock on the door, ring of the doorbell... Nothing. These people need to be SHUT DOWN!
While staying in front of my drive way I received a notification that my package was delivered to my front door. I honestly thought it was a joke that I would receive this message and I'm standing outside and no one delivered my package and I didn't have it either. I contact customer service and was told they would have to do a two day investigation but couldn't explain the consequences for driver will face for stealing my package. I think this is the most distasteful, dishonest and inconsiderate company I have ever seen in my life.
Had a 10 lbs box of pet food delivered from Chewy.com. Even though there is about 10 square feet of space around my door, the delivery scumbag dropped the package in my flowerbed. This was done deliberately. Called chewy. Com to complain. Also filing a complaint with Ontrac. Informed by Chewy.com that they are firing this company due to many complaints. Good riddance.
I wish I could give OnTrac a negative 10 score! They are horrible. The tracking is never updated and they are ALWAYS late with their delivery. One time they delivered at our home at midnight! I am awaiting a package that was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. Their site states "Will redeliver on the next business day". It has said that for 3 days in a row. If I know ahead of time that a business uses OnTrac for delivery I will NOT use them. They are soooooooo bad!
Driver left my order at the wrong address, which is a house, so the driver delivered it on a business instead, it said it was delivered on a main lobby. I have surveillance cameras in the front of my house, so that's how I knew the time it said the package was delivered was not at my house, and the driver didn't even come near my front door, or my neighbors.
I contacted On Trac customer service right away to let them know about the situation, they opened up an investigation, the representative told me the driver was going to be questioned in this regard. They said they were gonna try to locate out mis-delivered package, and try to re- delivered to us, We waited a whole week for an outcome and just to get a phone call saying they couldn't find our missing package, to contact the store for refund or have our package and items re- delivered to us.
What an inconvenience and waste of time with this thieves, can't admit fault, and just give you the run around and waste time due to their un- professional drivers and worker's!
I had a rather large delivery through Amazon, and they used OnTrac for delivery. We never received the item, and it was noted that the item was delivered to a NEIGHBOR! (This was to be delivered to a church.) I know for a fact that we did not sign for it. Seriously, who delivers something to a neighbor? OnTrac is taking no responsibility for it. Steer clear of this absolutely horrible delivery company. I will be avoiding them at all costs.
Didn't get my package, it showed out for delivery for the whole day. I think I lost my package forever anyway :)
If I could give a zero I would, i have reported them to the BBB 3 times, basically they don't care. Best Buy & Chewy have told those corporate offices about those horrible delivery service. When you buy make sure they don't use Ontrac. My packages are always in the dirt up the road no matter how many times I call them. They are the absolute WORST
Walmart switched to this company for my deliveries this past year, therefore I hardly order online anymore. Ontrac has left my packages in the rain on three occasions; has put them on our lawn or cars rather than our porch more than a few times; has delivered my package to our neighbors; and worst yet has on also three times now said a package was delivered when it wasn't! I just finished searching in the dark all over no package when their email says it was delivered at 9:32 pm. This company is terrible!
Ordered dog food and some treats from "Chewy"... up until this order, they have always used FedEx Ground for the delivery; never had a problem. On this latest order, my shipping notification said the package was coming via On Trac.
To foil the scumbag porch pirates, we always make it a point to have someone available; otherwise, we request a redirect to have the package delivered to a FedEx Office & we pick it up there. That option doesn't exist with On Trac, so either my spouse or were home ALL DAY.
When 8:00 pm had come & gone, I called Chewy. They made the appropriate notes and processed a replacement order (at no charge) and also made notes to have the 2nd package shipped via FedEx.
I then called On Trac at approximately 8:20 to find out what's going on with my delivery. I was the 18th caller in line, so I was on hold for about 20 minutes before the phone monkey picked up the line. He was no help whatsoever... in fact, he stated the delivery commitment was 9:00 pm and that the courier still had time to get it to me before it would be considered late. He then suggested I call back after 9:00 if the package still hadn't been delivered.
At 9:01, I was back on the phone... new phone monkey... he was no help either. All he could say was "well, it looks like the package is still out for delivery." Idiots! I gave up a promised to deal with their Corporate Office in the morning.
At 10:05 pm, the courier pulls up in front of my house, laughing about being late... hands me my package & walks back to the van.
The real kicker was, a supervisor from "customer care" had the gall to call me to ask what had gone wrong with the delivery. Really? How the hell should I know... I was just the package recipient.
Clueless management, ineffective customer service, and couriers without a clue.
BTW, Chewy also pulled a boner... they used On Trac again for delivery of the replacement order. At least On Trac delivered the 2nd package by 7:30 pm... although they just left it in front of the garage door, in full view of the street... no knock on the door, no ringing of the doorbell. I guess our neighborhood porch pirate didn't need any dog food; I found the package there when I went to take out the trash.
They are the poorest delivery carrier I have had to use. Both the drivers who don't follow customers instructions. And the management who tells you to call them what you have a problem. However they dont bother replying to your calls or emails. So what good are they. I'm hopping the company wont make it and shuts down.
A package was supposed to be delivered to my new address after Zulliy sent the wrong one to Ontrac and low and behold even after getting the new address days before they still delivered it to the old address. The driver apparently does not have a way to receive communication from the cooperate office so he didn't get new address somehow. I had it in writing and over the phone confirmed 3 times. Now I ask them to go get the package and redeliver and NOPE, can't get a hold of driver for 3 days. More than 8 calls over 3 days and rude reps, no return calls and no package. I finally drove there and got it over 45 minutes away. Worst ever.
The truth about Ontrac contracting with Amazon for delivering their packages by using drives is really horrible management and very disrespectful toward the drivers specially MSP9 location. I use to wonder why are so many goods is missing or delaying delivery time. This reminded me how it was when XPO had a contract with Amazon over Shakopee, MSP5 location with their poor services ended up losing the contract.

Answer: Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
