RUDE

HEATHER IN ARIZONA IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT CALL CENTER IS RUDE AND HAVE NO SYMPATHY AND TRIES TO OVERTALK TO YOU WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO EXPLAIN THE SITUATION. ONTRAC NEEDS TO RETRAIN THEIR CALL CENTERS TO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT RUDE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S DURING THE HOLIDAYS.

OnTrac is the worst delivery service. Lazy driver leaves packages at end of driveway for me and my neighbor where we both have covered entrances. It rained later that day. Couldn't drive up driveway to complete delivery?

Vehicle's license plate was TUL868, location is Quince Ct, Valley Center, CA

This is a logistics company that can't seem to figure out their own demands so I wouldn't trust your shipping needs to them.
I have had 6-7 Ontrac shipments int he past 6 months or so. I receive 7-10 deliveries per week overall so only a small percentage are Ontrac. However, I have had problems with Ontrac on 4 shipments in this time. One package was scanned delivered but didn't show up so I called. Service told me it was with the driver and would be delivered within the hour. It was but NO ONE could answer why it was scanned delivered almost 2 hours before it actually was delivered. Most calls to them are for this, their online "tracking" system, isn't tracking anything. This weeks trouble was blamed on holiday demand causing delays. First - how is this not something you're anticipating? Overnight deliver is now 5 full days delayed for a total of 10 hours drive time distance from California to Utah. Second - each day it say will deliver today, then at 11:30pm it changes to the next day. No reason, no confidence in the new date, just a "wish" date it guess. I'm sure they were busy, it took 4 calls over 24 hours to finally get someone on the phone. The answer I got, "we're sorry but the holiday shopping volume is causing some delays but your package is still in California. So in 6 days (4 business days) this package has gone NO WHERE and it's taken 6 days to get that information when online it says "delivering today" EVERY SINGLE DAY.

Knowing that every time I have called, it's always something "unexpected," at what point do you say this really isn't unexpected delays, it's a complete lack of care or interest in meeting the expectations of those receiving packages. This makes any company who SHIPS with Ontrac look as though they don't care either.

For the record - All 10+ deliveries of FedEx, UPS and Amazon during the same rush period have come exactly as expected. Happy Holidays!

Never again!

If a company uses this business for shipping packages, do not patron them, your money, time, and sanity are worth more. They are impossible to speak to, the phone will just drop and you will fall into a rabbit hole of incompetence that would make the patience of Job bust a gasket. They are horrible, I would rather try horse and carriage or bird for a delivery than work with these people. How can any company justify using this business and expect to keep customers? They are the only reason I do not use Sephora. I will never order from anyone that uses this company because it means they don't care if I receive my product or respect my time and money!

If a company tells me they use ontrac I won't purchase from them. I never get my stuff on time. They will take it to the wrong house, even the wrong state! Beware. Ontrac is the worse. Pay extra and use UPS or fedex.

Abysmal Service

I got a package from Forever 21, who uses OnTrac. OnTrac claimed my package was delivered, however it wasn't. They are almost impossible to contact. When I tried to contact them they say they are experience a high volume of calls and then the line goes blank. If you don't select a number fast enough when calling they also just hang up. There is no reasonable way to contact them. They clearly are doing a bad job and don't care.

I didn't have a choice since Forever 21 chose them, but if you can choose just DON'T!

I ordered overnight delivery and 10 days later they still can't manage to deliver my package or pick up the phone all customer service calls just get hung up and my package is only like 30 minutes away but they can't manage to get me my package what's the point of overnight when USPS would've done a better job. I hope they go out of business soon. And I know there's a weather alert but not in Southern California so since it's been in commerce there's been no issue it's sunny and nice out here. Still no package no update I called they assured me I'd get it Friday but today's Monday now and same BS no update no package no movement. Don't ever use ontrac.

Never pick up on the day you create a label, Normally turn up the next day If your lucky

Get hold of On Trac on the phone is like pulling teeth

Loose packages and show they have been delivered. I had this experience with both sending and receiving

Absolute Horrible

I had one bad experience with this company already to the point I swore I'd never buy from anyone who delivers through them ever again! After a weeks of not getting a package Ulta finally had to reship my whole order. I didn't realize Walmart was shipping through them and I'm currently in the same situation again and I can't seem to get a hold of anyone! This place is for real a joke! I have never had this happen with any other delivery companies and both times I've dealt with this one it's been nothing but a headache! And they have nowhere on there website or Facebook to leave reviews which is probably pretty smart in their part considering how terrible they are!

I have been trying to locate a package for 3 days. No one answers the phone or emails. I finally got a person to answer after 6 calls at 25 minutes each. Their system shows that my package is being held at the warehouse please contact us. What a joke! Then every day it says they will try to deliver the next business day then changes to the next day as each day passes. I will never buy anything from a company That uses this useless company.

These guys suck!

Ordered a product through Home Depot, it arrived in Denver sort facility on a Tuesday and sat. Updated order status showed deliver for next business day. This happened for two more days before I reached out to OnTrac and found out that their truck is in for maintenance. Called Home Depot who made it right by canceling the order.

Paid for overnight shipping, was told & still am being told it was expected to be delivered 12/2 & i still have not seen my package & have been told an ETA at all when i've called customer service cause ONTRAC DOESNT RESPOND TO THEIR EMAILS OR ANSWER THEIR PHONE. Piece of $#*! company i hope it loses investors & shuts down. I don't know why these third party POS delivery services started up when fedex, UPS, & USPS are promising & adequate with delivery commitment times. F*ck off ontrac

Package was supposed to be delivered on a beautiful Monday. No package arrived. OnTrac website said it was delayed "due to weather". Complete malarkey - roads had some residual snow, but driving was fine (storm was several days before...).
Website also said package would be delivered the next business day. Nope - no package!
I called Ontrac. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I finally got a human. He said they had NOT scanned my package that day. So no package that day, either. I am still waiting, but I will be calling the seller to tell them that they should really use a different delivery service.
Update: I finally got my package. And OnTrac sent me an e-mail with the the following "helpful" info: "Thank you for your email. Our records indicate that your package was delivered on 99/99/99 at 99:99am/pm."
WOW...
And another update: the original product was a bit too big, so I decided to return it and get a size smaller. Once again, they used OnTrac. Package was supposed to arrive today. OnTrac website shows that it arrived in Salt Lake City three days ago. This afternoon, they informed me that it would arrive "Next Business Day". U-m-m-m - it takes FOUR DAYS for OnTrac to get something from SLC to Denver? These guys should be out of business NOW! Once again, I will contact my vendor and tell them that they really need to use another delivery service!

Worst of the worst
December 1, 2019

I'm still giving them a negative rating.
It happen again, I am expecting my package today untill late night, i keep on checking it says "out for delivery" and then I check it around midnight it says "delivered". Oh my I'm waiting the whole day until night...
Please please please make an action for this!

DO NOT TRUST

I ordered 4 items from Vans.com and 3 days later, I got a notification on my phone saying it was delivered. I went outside right away and I couldnt find the package at all. I emailed them telling them my package was lost and I still yet to this day have not gotten a response after 4 days when they said it would least take 2 days. Terrible service.

Drivers cant be trusted

The OnTrac driver claimed he delivered a package to my home in the middle of the night. The package was never delivered! He then lied and said he came back to my address to try to find the package. I have a porch camera and he was never at my house! If he delivered it he dropped it to the wrong address and would not admit his mistake! Beware!

The worst

Absolutely the most unprofessional delivery service in the country. According to their tracking system my package was to be here today and required a signature. I waited all day, called in and was told it would be another two days... really!... no email, phone call or email notifying me even though I signed up for their hokey notification system... a joke of a company

Based on everyone else review, this company DO NOT DELIVER the package. I ordered about
20 items from Victoria's secret for my wife on November 11th on November 14th, I got a call from Ontrac saying that they could not find my Business unit# in the shopping Mall. So I gave the caller all detail where my unit is located and the name of business. She told me that she will have the truck driver come back right away. Long story short as of today November 26th, I call for the 3rd time, I was told that my package is reported as being lost. I was told to contact Victoria's Secret. The problem is Victoria's secret told me that 3 of the items are out of stock, So they cannot replace it for me, but will give me credit instead. All and All this is bad for everyone the Seller and the buyers. Because ONTRACK IS DOING A TERRIBLE JOB. DO NOT USE THEM! BAD, BAD, BAD!
