Today is the 12/10/2019 California 9:00 PM. My Google Pixel XL 4 Was to be delivered on the 3rd. I still don't have it. It is being stuck at their facility and its status is everyday ''Will be delivered tomorrow''.

Humanly impossible to contact them. I called Google to cancel it. Now I lost the Black Friday Deal. I hate this stupid company and I am so shocked that Google has chosen them for their delivery services. Shame on Ontrack and shame on Google for choosing Ontrack. I have attached the image of as my proof.

I will never use any company that use ONTRAC - I will ask them first who is your shipper - if it is Ontrac no thank you... I will not place the order with you if you are shipping with ONTRAC.

Unacceptable

They left my package by the driveway far away from the front door in plain view while it was raining. When I found my package it was soaking wet and the box was open so Im pretty sure they were looking to take something from it. Horrible company.

Worst service ever
December 11, 2019

Eagle Creek sent out my shipment overnight and that was 8 days ago. It was only a 5 hour drive to the facility it shipped from and weather was not an issue. Still no reason from the shipping company. I sat in their hold for an hour to talk to a person to hear it would arrive the next business day. We are two days past that now. I would NEVER deal with another company that shipped with them. Awful service from OnTrac and it isn't on time.

These guys are absolutely the worst! Nothing arrives on time, it is sent back to the sender without even trying to deliver, and the one that did make it was thrown in the snow at the street. Why in hell are these guys in business!

Unreliable company!

I cancelled my Home Chef meal account because of them using OnTrac. I haven't received my last 2 orders and of course if I do, the food will be spoiled! Following their tracking of the boxes, they keep saying "will deliver on the next business day". One box is 2 weeks late and the other is one week late! Very unreliable service!

MY tracking for this my order was supposed to arrive today in San Francisco and as earlier it was in transit from South San Francisco which is only a few minutes away.

I just checked tracking again and it says it is on its way to Arizona!

Back to another state, two states away from California when it was a few minutes away from my home just two hours earlier?

These people do not know what they are doing. Dont ever patronize a business that uses their service.

First they held up delivery the date I should've received the package. Today I called and waited 35+ minutes for some patronizing jerk to tell me the gate at my complex was not open last night or today. I proceeded to tell him they had returned the package at 5 pm the day before. Of which he said that was not true and to boot, returned the package to the distribution center again today and indicated they will not deliver it till they are given a gate code.
The gates ARE open 24-7 here but he once again told me that was not true. Needlesss to say I cancelled the order and hopefully will get my money back from the seller asap.

Worst delivery service everWas told the package was going to be delivered on 5 December here we are 10 December still waiting no word from them keeps getting delayed in Denver which is only an hour and a half away I could've went there and picked it up faster than they deliver it talk to Walmart they don't really give a crap about this they're going to write a report will see how far that goes

Omg I can't believe legit company's still use these losers, I had one guy open his car door while I was standing there, throw the package on the ground and told me to pick it up! This time I'm still waiting on it was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago worst and I mean WORST delivery company ever!

OnTrac is horrible. I've had delivery issues for months and no one has been able to help - after countless calls and escalations. Now the "supervisor" who was supposed to help won't call back. The delivery people leave packages near the road where they can easily be stolen - despite very clear instructions on our account to leave packages at the house. Packages are left in the rain without any protection. Delivery notices come 2 hours after delivery. I now only order from retailers who do NOT ship via OnTrac. They are pathetic.

I've have a few deliveries from OnTrac and all experiences have been unacceptable. They currently are holding a package of mine - and have been for over a week. I've called the office several times but no one answers the phone.

The Absolute Worst

They have now lost TWO of my packages totaling out to $700! You can't call their number, you can't reach them and theirs nothing you can do about it. I ordered items from the company Evo for snowboard gear and now I don't think I will again.

The supplies to be delivered are incontinent supplies for my son. The boxes were already in their warehouse 6 days ago according to the shipment tracking. I tried to call the 800 number, no answer or out of service. I emailed several times, no answer. This is the worst shipping company ever.

This has got to be the biggest sorry $#*! delivery service ever, and the people investigating complaints on delivers are a poor excuse as far as investigating they won't say sorry your right your package was delivered to the wrong address or it wasn't delivered at all. I think they are a scam of a business, and they are getting away with stealing people's packages.

Horrible service

This service is terrible. The delivery person lied and said that our address was not accessible yet there was no attempt. Our one way circle has no gates, the addresses clearly marked, I was home waiting all day and no trucks came by. Our gate was open and patio fully accessible by anyone. Then, Walmart sent a survey and asked how our products and service was when there was none! Had to contact Walmart twice and now their help line says it will be delivered on Monday, Dec 9 but the OnTrac website says Dec 5. How screwed up can a delivery service be? If they couldn't make it, why lie about it early in the day. Just say it will be delayed a day like UPS and Fedex do. I realize it's a busy time of year.

OMG! I thought it was just us, with the absolute worst shipping experiences with OnTrac. Wow. Since all of you have pretty much said it all, about how terrible this place is, I don't have much more I can add. But with the upmost sincerity I will say, On Trac Shipping sucks donkey ballz. Bad service.

Been waiting on a package since tuesday 12/2/19 they keep changing my delivery date now til 12/9/19, i wish body building will use another delivery carrier, now ill think about it before i order something from them, not if they use this carrier..

Smelled like cigarettes

DONT EVER USE THESE GUYS

Unreliable... has now delayed my delivery by 4 days when my package was in the same city I live in since 9am this morning. Ridiculous. If you have the option to use different shipping, use anybody else.
