Worst delivery company

Every time when I have them as delivery company my package gets lost or being sent back without even delivery attempt.
No one responds to my emails.
I always stressed when I see them as delivery courier.

Close that place, it's not a delivery company...

OnTrac is the worst. I have had multiple bad experiences with OnTrac. They are so bad I will not buy from any business I know might use them to ship my purchases. Eighty percent of the time my packages are not delivered day they promise. Most of the time the packages sit in the local warehouse for days before they are delivered.

Online retailers are you reading all the bad online reviews and Better Business complaints against OnTrac? Use them at your own peril! OnTrac's poor service reflects poorly on your business and customers will shop elsewhere.

Horrible!

I currently have 2 orders from 2 different companies being delivered via on trac. Both were scheduled for tuesday and both have been rescheduled for the last 3 days. Their tracking info is useless. Home chef is losing my business because they only use this garbage delivery site.

Any body out there ever had an OnTrac delivery guy ask you for gas so he could get to a gas station? Well, I did. I gave him about about 1 1/2 gallons to get him out of my sight. Even when they deliver to the right place, they have some problem that becomes yours. Absolutely no professionalism with this outfit.

I purchase online from Walmart on a fairly regular basis. Most of the time, deliveries are very fast and dependable. HOWEVER, when they use OnTrac to deliver my packages, there is always some problem. Usually they deliver it to some other address, once 7 miles away from my home. The person receiving the package called me to say they had my package. If it does get delivered to my home, I have to perform a search around the place or check with my neighbors. I have tried to convince Walmart that this company is not a good choice for delivery, but they insist on using them, even when they have to replace a lost order.

The fact that it is called OnTrac is extremely amusing because they are anything but on track, they have been telling me for three days my package will be delivered that day and yet again today they have said it will be delivered tomorrow instead. The insane part is that it has been in my town for two days now and they still couldn't manage to just bring it to my house! I am going to call jcpennys and recommend they never use this company

Listen I'm not one to write bad reviews but these idiots TOLD me two days in a ROW that my package would be here. IT NEVER $#*!ING CAME. On top of they they will NOT leave the package without a signature. Well I'm $#*!ing sorry, since when did the customer have to kiss the $#*!ing $#*! of the worker?!?! Then when I tried to call them to see what's up with the package it took 35 minutes to even get a hold of someone! DO NOT EVER GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Worst damn experience ever.

They have lost 8 out of ten packages they have handled for me and the latest one has been sitting at their warehouse for a week now. I would not use them even if it was free not worth the effort.

I understand its the holidays, but my package was supposed to get delivered on Dec 1st. It is now Dec 12th. Tracking the package is USELESS because they keep stating that it will be delivered on "the next business day" 4 days in a row. That's ridiculous! Never had this problem with UPS or Fed Ex. Retailers NEED to stop using this company. Oh and customer service is CLUELESS!

I wish Ulta would stop using them. They can NEVER deliver on time. Package was supposed to arrive at my house 5.dec, today 13.Dec and package tracking keeps saying: "we will deliver the next business day" since 5.Dec. I don't know how ONETRAC count business day because I don't think they work Monday through Friday! If they would, packages would get delivered +/- one day. ULTA please use FedEx or UPS or DHL but not ONETRAC! And one track needs to stop blaming weather or Christmas season, because the other providers make it through also. But I think the other shipping companies work harder around Christmas to beat the deadline while ONETRAC don't take it that serious. You might get your items delivered when they close to expire because they soooooo slow and horrible as a shipping company!

I cringe every time I find out a retailer is shipping my package through them. Either the package never gets to me at all or they are several days late. Their tracking system is not kept up to date and is useless and you can never get a hold of anyone at their customer support. I have no idea why any company would ship with them.

I was suppose to get this yesterday. I stayed home all day. "tracking said "delayed"-so I stayed home all day today. 7pm- I check tracking "Delayed again" Don't order from Walmart- Don't use Ontrac for anything!

I've been waiting for 3 days to receive my order that I had overnight delivery. The tracker says it arrived 2 days ago in my city. I tried to contact customer service and the number is invalid. I tried to email and they said they would respond asap. It's been almost 2days. Terrible system

You $#*!ing suck! You are the worst delivery company in the world! Your customer service is nonexistent! Your phone lines are dead and you blame it on everything but the fact that you just SUCK as a delivery company! Go the hell out of business and STOP treating your customers like this! Let the big boys like UPS, FedX and the USPS handle shipping!
You took over two $#*!ing weeks to get a package from CA to CO! The package sat in Denver for four $#*!ING DAYS! Then, when it was delivered, the DOUCHEBAG driver left it at the end of the sidewalk, next to the street? What a $#*!ing Douchebag! Everyone at OnTrac... Merry $#*!ing Christmas! You $#*!ING SUCK!

Horrible Delivery Company

Absolutely the worse delivery company in existence! Ordered product through Best Buy with delivery scheduled in 2 days. So far it's been 10 days and no delivery! Called the customer service 800 number and had to wait 45 minutes to speak to someone. They said they would look into it and I have yet to hear anything back! I also filled out the online form to get some status and no response after 3 days! They should not be in business. Best Buy should find another delivering company!

Why do stores and big businesses send through them? This is the worst delivery service in the country
My ordered was 2 day expedited! Today is day 5 and still nothing!
They don't even have access or knowledge to where my package is!
Customer service is horrible!

Filled a complain with Nordstrom. Hopefully they stop using this delivery company

My order has been stuck in Chandler, Arizona for three days. Rather than providing a brief explanation, they keep updating to say "deliver on next business day." That is a misrepresentation of what is happening, considering I live a considerable distance from Chandler, Arizona. At any rate, they won't respond to my emails. Tried calling them and, lo and behold, the wait time was well over an hour. These folks have shockingly low standards for customer service. I run a business and had considered using these folks for shipping. That consideration has been completely driven from my mind. I'd wager they go belly up soon.

Ontrac shows as delivered yesterday at 430 pm. I was working in the front yard the whole time. Nobody delivered anything. Security cams show nothing. Sent three emails over a few days and no response. How do they stay in business?

I was supposed to get an order on the 6th and all I get is a message saying " will deliver on the next business day" I keep trying to call customer service or get in contact with them but Im just left waiting for a little over an hour and I never receive an answer or get to speak to anyone. Ontrac is the worst I really don't know how they have contracts with companies. There's no type of communication from the company to the customer.

OnTrac documented delivery to my home of three packages which were meant for my grandkids. They said the packages were delivered on Dec. 2nd at 2:17 pm. My ring device recorded all events for that day, and at no time was there an OnTrac delivery! About $100 worth of clothing that we bought from Tilly's. Tried to contact someone at OnTrac, by phone, at least eight times, and was disconnected after waiting extremely long times! No Customer Service!
Called a person at Tilly's and shared my complaint with them, Someone from Tilly's is to contact us... I will next lodge a complaint with the BBB!
This company is a joke!
I too will not buy from a vendor using the company for delivery!
