I ordered an electronic tablet for my daughter for xmas. This company DAMAGED, DID NOT DELIVER, THEN LIED TO ME about where my package was when i called them. The seller had to send me another one. First i was on hold for over an hour, then they told me my package was being held at their warehouse because the driver couldn't find my house even though they had been here several times before. Then ON TRAC TOLD THE SELLER, that they damaged my package & thats why they werent delivering. Uhg. Worst ever.

Looks like my packages are being stolen by their delivery guys. This month alone, I am missing 2 packages being delivered by On Trac. Impossible to contact customer service by phone, no replies from emails, nothing happens when you report the packages undelivered via their website or via their online tracking form.

They lie and lie. I had 3 different packages coming from 3 diff companies and they have lost all 3 of them. They were all supposed to deliver a week ago and they made it all the way to my city, then they update their tracking stating they will deliver the next business day. It's now been two weeks and still not packages. If you call their stupid CS phone line they never answer! There message states they are busy because of the Black Friday sales and never answer their phone lines or respond to the emails I sent them a week ago. They are the shadiest untrustworthy company ever! They need to be closed down.

HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER!

I ordered my package on the 7th it said it will be here on the 9th, today is the 15th! Ever since the 9th it's been saying "Will deliver on next business day" I checked the status yesterday and it said "Out for delivery" but never came! It still says that and it's 4:17 am in the morning! I DO NOT request this wack $#*! delivery! I just want my package! I'm I'm Los Angeles and my package came from Compton so it should never take this long. Compton is not far at all so I do not understand!

Horrible service

Just when you thought there couldn't possibly be a shipping company even less competent than the USPS, here comes OnTrac. Should be renamed and called 'OffTrac'. My two day shipping turned into 5 days of waiting. What makes it even worse is the package was coming from the same state I live in, California... So its not like it had to travel 2000 miles across country and thru a crazy blizzard to get to me.

They keep updating my tracking to "will deliver on next business day" but never actually deliver it. This has happened every day for almost a week now. Any company that uses this service clearly doesn't care about its customers.

Sunbasket fresh raw food (incl meat and fish!) kept getting delay notices and then, on the third day (probably mostly spoiled by now) SAID DELIVERED BUT DID NOT!

We have a family dinner pattern and when the groceries from Sunbasket didn't arrive, we had no obvious alternative and had to eat out (less healthy and more $$).

Shame on the companies who contract with OnTrac for this kind of terrible service.

My package was supposed to arrive by end of day yesterday. At 4:20pm the OnTrac tracking page updated stating 'deliver next business day'. That's not what I agreed to. My package was supposed to be delivered! Later, the message changed to "Shipment Delayed; Delivery Date Updated" yet the date remains yesterday. Today, I checked again and the messages were the same. I waited until about 3:00pm and called. After being on hold for almost an hour, I spoke to someone who told me my package never left their distribution facility yesterday, and after she checked, it never left today either. What kind of service is this? This is totally unacceptable. At this point, I'm waiting on a phone call or email to let me know when it will be delivered. I'm not holding my breath. I'm contacting the company I ordered from and letting them know about the shipping company they are trusting with their deliveries. And that if they continue to use OnTrac as a shipping provider, I will no longer do business with them. I suggest anyone else who's had similar issues do the same.

When you buy anything from a store make sure they not ship for OnTrac the customer service phone number will not go through or claim once it does go through it take you all most one hour to get some for then if you went a claim they will tell you try call others number and that not go work even longer they will make you go back to here the sender you guy the thing at to talk them or refund it the worse company ever do not shop or buy from them at all or it will take you 3 day to get a ring from them to get through a customer for one house + worse experience with this company I will not do any think from them any more

Deplorable Service

I ordered over $150 dollars in clothing from Tilly's Online. To echo everyone else the updates are laughable for Ontrac. Supposedly they said it was delivered, then the next update said it would be delivered the next business day. I have had no faith that I will get my delivery by Christmas time, so I went to the store and bought the items there. So I have spent double the money so far. I will not pay the credit card for these purchases. I am not sure why any company would use Ontrac. They are spending more money in the long run.
