I have ordered three or four packages from vendors which choose to ship with On Trac. In each case there were problems with the order. Any delays get communicated to the vendor as out for shipment the next day when this is in fact not the case. You need to call On Trac and bug them to get the item prioritized. Avoid using them.

Terrible delivery service
November 17, 2021

Drivers have left packages on top of mailboxes, which are not near the houses. Seems like a very safe/secure system. Today, the driver came up to the house and I saw him throw the package from the bottom of the driveway at the garage door. The package contained glass, good thing the shipper packed the box well. If there is a choice... DO NOT USE ON TRAC!

I have medical supplies delivered monthly and the company uses on trac. On November 1 I got an email that my order would be delivered on November 2 by the end of the day. It has said that everyday now that it will be here the next day I am still waiting and it is now the 17th. When called and asked they said they don't know when it will be delivered. Great way to treat customers.

I bought 1 item on American eagle. Estimated delivery was a couple days out. It didn't show up after a few days so I tracked the shipping through on trac. Of course there was no info about my order other than the estimated deli every is pushed back one day. Then one more day. And now I have about 20 updates to my item item that all say estimated delivery for tomorrow.

Stupidly, I made another order on American eagle thinking that one delivery delay was a one off and maybe the truck broke down or something idk. And now my other order isn't arriving and delivery date is being pushed back to the following day! A third order I had made was late and when I went to track that package i saw it was also through on trac! I feel like I'm being punkd. AVOID USING THEM AS YOUR DELIVERY SERVICE!

My package delivery was promised on a Saturday. I stayed home all day... and nothing showed up. Then tracking showed the item was due the following Monday... it never showed up. I called OnTrac and asked if they could give me some kind of delivery estimate: tomorrow? Next week? Next year? They could not. Any company using this service doesn't deserve your business. Ask if they use OnTrac for delivery, and if they do... find another source for the item you are buying!

Can I give zero stars? I just found two critter-eaten, soaking wet, molding packages that were supposed to be delivered about 3 months ago lying up against a concrete gatepost at the bottom of a rural driveway shared by 3 residences. This was 1/2 mile away from my actual house. I only saw them because I happened to go for a walk down the road. Only a complete idiot or a complete jerk would leave a package there. Apparently On Trac hires both. I will no longer buy products from companies that use On Trac.

False commitments

This company can't predict shipping dates if their lives depended on it. You make a plan to be home to avoid the porch pirates, packages get rescheduleded day after day after day. Its as if they're trying to bloat fast service to their customer yet way under deliver to the consumer. Its rude and if I was a business I would choose another company for your deliveriss, it makes you look bad as well.

I have had multiple instances where OnTrac delivers to the wrong apartment address; majority of the time they deliver to the wrong address. Also, if you attempt to dispute that you did not receive your package from them, their method of a confirmed delivery is their word they delivered it, no actual proof. They have no customer service to speak to about the issue. They also will are much slower than regular postal service and the majority of the packages shipped with OnTrac do not deliver when the merchant estimates a delivery. I would rather wait to have normal post office, UPS, or FedEx deliver my items accurately. I will not be using online purchases for merchants that use OnTrac. No secure delivery, no recovery, you do not receive your items, and you lose money.

Failed delivery attempts

I live in a gated community with locked buildings. Three purchases from different companies have now been shipped by Ontrac. The first one there were constant changing of delivery date. Ultimitley the lost the $300.00 item and the company I bought from sent me a replacement by FEDX that I received in one day. This item was purchased from a company on Amazon. The second item was purchased on Ebay after several failed delivery attempts and about 3 week delay I finally received it. Today I got notice that my 3rd item from Walmart was attempted delivery today. Here we go again!

I ordered a product through Best Buy. For some reason, they shipped via OnTrac. After waiting all day for the item to arrive, I get a notice at 6:38pm on a Friday night that the items is delivered to front door. Open front door. Nope nothing there. Look around property. Nope. Review cameras at entry points. Nope. No entry. Call Ontrac (around 7pm). Message says: Sorry, we're closed. Closed on Sat & Sun too. Call Monday. Person tells me they'll open an investigation as to the driver's GPS and makes it clear to me there is NO SPECIFIC TIME for concluding investigation. I ask, no time of day? Or no time at all? No Time at all. I ask what is the agent's typical experience. She says something like a week or a week and a half.
So that's clearly not going to work. Luckily Best Buy is replacing the order and I asked them to do in store pickup instead. I urge them to report this unsatisfactory experience and to stop using this carrier. I thought Fedex was bad, this is just crazy. Thankfully, UPS Brown still delivers well (as does the US Mail for the most part). I know that if I was ever offered to use OnTrac for shipping, I'd say no based on this experience.

Pathetic service

Order (of needed medical supplies) shipped 11/2 to be delivered 11/3, delayed, to be delivered 11/4, delayed, to be delivered 11/5, delayed, to be delivered 11/6, delayed, to be delivered 11/8 (no weekend delivery), delayed…Note: the distance from shipping site to delivery site is 30 miles. Trying to contact customer service is impossible. Don't respond to emails, don't call back on customer service lines. AVOID USING IF AT ALL POSSIBLE. Their service/ customer service sucks!

We have had MULTIPLE issues with this company. They are used to deliver critical medical supplies for my disabled daughter so their issues have not only been frustrating but medically dangerous as well. This last time has been the worst. They lost 2 different deliveries of medical supplies. The supplies were supposed to come quickly but instead after over a week, we found out that they had lost the packages, had no idea where they'd delivered them, and had no ability to track them at all.

The packages were not stolen off our porch. Because of Covid, we are always at home. We also live on a little, dead end lane in the country with no thru traffic. We also have a small dog who notifies us whenever someone comes in the drive. No one came. No one delivered any packages.

When a company is responsible for delivering critical medical supplies, they sure as heck need to do a better job than Ontrac does.

They delivered my package to an unknown address yesterday and I called within the 20 minutes that it said it was supposedly delivered to my house. They paged the driver numerous times and the driver never went to get it. I've called them 3x trying to see where my package is but they can't disclose where he dropped it off! Since the driver won't get my package they told me I have to call the shipper and get a new package! So the shipper has to pay for the drivers mistake? All because he didn't double check the address?! The company I bought it from should not be responsible what so ever! It's been 30 hours since the "delivery" and no package still. Hopefully whoever has it is enjoying it because obviously they are keeping it by this time. It's been 4 days now and they still have not reached out to me like they said they would and I still do not have my package.
