Emailed them we want to refuse the package. Required signature so the vendor told us to refuse it. They delivered without the obtaining any signature. And we were home!

After waiting 15 days for an order to be delivered, I was informed that they had finally delivered it. Except they hadn't. When I called them, I was told that the delivery code was wrong and in fact they had lost the package. They advised me to reach out to the vendor and get a refund. This is not the first package they have lost, and I'm sure it won't be the last.

I am starting to believe that this company does not exist!
Three orders that were "supposed" to be delivered by OnTrac in a span of six months, all of them were marked as delivered with fake delivery times (supported with home security cameras) and NONE of the packages were delivered to me.
I have already filed complaints with the BBB, but this company just gives ZERO F**KS!

I wish vendors would disclose who they use for delivery service so I can shop elsewhere to avoid having to keep dealing with the hassle of getting orders refunded because of this crappy carrier.

Worst COMPANY EVER

OnTrack is the worst ever! Does ANYONE hold them accountable? Why big stores are using them? At least five packages are missing. Then, they are lying that the packages were delivered when they weren't. I am waiting for many packages that they are claiming as "delayed", and then "lost" and then "Delivered". I am suspecting those people to stealing the packages! Some of my packages were having expensive items. I called them many times and notified the stores to not use them! SOMETHING MUST BE DONE! I am going to the news and reporters because they MUST BE STOPPED. Someone must investigate them. For a long time now, I am receiving information that delivery is delayed but then, packages are missing or not delivered.

I order things from Shein. Sometimes Shein uses different types of delivery services. This time they used Ontrac, which they've done before. I got a notification that my package was delivered. I have a lot of cameras outside and I never heard a buzz for me to let the driver in. I got outside, and there was no packages. I asked my neighbors, looked in brushes, nothing. I looked at my camera and no OnTrac driver came to my door. The only other person that came to my door was a Amazon driver, a stray cat to eat cat food, three racoons, and a baby oppossum. I live in the city of Los Angeles it's not like my the driver hid my package somewhere I can't see or my cameras not see the driver. I called and email OnTrac because, I know you have to try both. When I email I got no response the next day. I already immediately send a notice to Shein. When I called OnTrac, I was on the phone for a long time. Then, I finally speak to a woman who made me wait a little longer to tell me something I already know, it says it was delivered. I said it wasn't delivered. I told her the driver never showed up. Her response was, but it was delivered. She repeated herself six times like, she wanted me to accept that. I said I needed to take to someone higher. Guess, what? They don't don't have anyone higher. I explained to OnTrac that because my package was stolen that I had to make a police report. If their driver never showed up and is saying that they did, scan the package and took it that means that said driver stole from me. They could track the driver, but won't. I got a replacement shippment from Shein. One item was no longer available. Hopefully, it will show up this time. My cameras don't lie. I will be making a police report.

Horrible!

Horrible! Ordered my son a laptop for Christmas. It was supposed to be here by the 26th of November. It is now the 30th and I still haven't gotten my package! Online it keeps telling me it's delayed but it's been in my town for the last 3 days! WTF

What are the odds of a company losing (or stealing) the same package TWICE?!? Well OnTrac managed to do that. Don't bother reaching out to their customer service. They don't even attemp to address the issue. As you can see below, they won't even admit they have lost (or stolen) the package. They just change the delivery date every day hoping no one will notice. The package has been re-sent and now they are claiming they haven't received it for shipping for 6 days now. So now they have lost (stolen) two of the very same package.

Finally!

After 8 days of delays I finally got my husband's Christmas present delivered. The young man who delivered it was rude as hell! He couldn't scan the label so my daughter went to go get her phone to use as a flashlight and he told me that she needed to hurry up he was on a time crunch. When that didn't work I grabbed my phone and gave him the actual tracking number. No thanks for your help, have a nice day or anything. He just got in his van and left without a word. Left us standing there like dummies. At least FedEx and UPS says thankyou!

My product didn't arrive

Ordered a ps5 from walmart. They chose ontrac which I hate and then it marked as delivered when they didn't deliver. I was standing outside when I got the notification and nobody had come. Sucks to see these types of businesses are being used by major brands.

They totally NEVER delivered my $86.15 purchase (eBay) but eBay is siding with seller so no refund and seller is trusting driver's insistence he/she delivered here... no proof and I can't even find out WHERE exactly driver claims to have placed package! Rural property BTW home is WAY off street totally not visible... no porch pirates around here that I have ever heard of. Before buying something ASK what delivery service... it they say "On Trac"? PASS on it! Was not worth saving a couple dollars on item because seller uses unprofessional delivery service! Apparently drivers use their own vehicles? Who knows their vetting of drivers even? SKETCHY outfit!

Horrid

I've had these guys try to deliver my packages from several different sellers numerous times. It is always a mess. No one can give you any information, the packages arrive to your city but then they don't move for four or five days. The last one is a purchase I made from Macy's that has been sitting in Seattle for the last five days but no one can seem to get it to Everett. Nor do they know where it is or what's happening or who to contact. It's ridiculous unfortunately I can't give zero stars

I live in an off-grid community here in Southern California. UPS/Fedex has delivered to individual camps in excess of 12 years. I have made two purchases that used On Trac. On both occasions, they delivered to a location. 5 miles from my camp. When the lady at that site told the driver he was at the wrong address he said, that's OK, "they" come here to pick up their packages, like that address is a central point of delivery/pickup. It is NOT, the driver made that decision on his/her own. That is unfair to the recipient and the lady at that camp. On both occasions, I provide my full address AND detailed written directions to my camp. Either the driver can't read or follow simple directions. I will NEVER knowingly use On Trac again. Unfortunately, I can't always pick my delivery service when ordering online. In a word On Trac "sucks".

My delivery was due 4 days ago. Every day the tracking (which by the way never tells you where the package actually is) just updates to say the delivery is expected the next day. Calling their customer service is useless as they are just trained to apologize and can give you no real information. I've been told that my complaint has been escalated to the highest level and that someone will call me back within 24 hours and no one ever calls back. I called back every day and I'm told the same thing with another useless apology. There's a reason why this is not a shipper available for public use and only big companies use them to deliver your packages because you're just held hostage and there's nothing you can do about their absolutely pathetic service.

Stay away

This company is garbage. Their tracking number said it was delivered in Tacoma. I don't like in Tacoma.
Called them, and they said there is nothing they can do. I told them it was never delivered, I have two ring cameras and it was never delivered. So then they told me I had to call the company who shipped it.
Stay away from ontrac if you can.

Unfortunately they have another one of my packages, and guess what! It's delayed. Just like the last one.

Three companies I recently purchased from has used OnTrac; Fabletica, JCP and Walmart and all the same service! Delay, delay, delay! One I canceled order and got my money back. Walmart, partial shipped UPS came 12 days ago but OnTrac still delayed. Ordered Nov 9. Original order said 5-7 days. JCP original order said 5 days…OnTrac 3 weeks delivery. Who is this company? I wrote JCP and Walmart and told them to use the regulars.

Delivery person stole

Don't do business with them they subcontract to anyone without doing background checks ordered from nba store package was marked as delivered which was a lie I have Ring door bell no one from Ontrac is on camera delivery anything called customer service they claim they can't do anything this company is a scam and needs to out of business
