I have had 2 packages delivered by a guy wearing earbuds and talking crap about his boss one time and the most recent time he was talking to somebody about picking up a couple of whores after work, showed up on my home video surveillance.
My 1st package was lost by on trac. The issuing company resent my package and it took on trac 32 days to deliver my package! I will advise everyone to FedEx! What a terrible experience!
... tossed on front porch and both items inside were crushed!
So to summarize, it took 5+ days to travel across the city with the added bonus of my order being damaged... wow! Even if I hadn't been disappointed by OnTrac's service is the past, this certainly would not have swayed me in their favour!
I have been waiting for a delivery from Litchfield Park (west of Phoenix) to Mesa (east of Phoenix) for OVER 6 days now. It was scanned in to Buckeye, AZ at 4:16 pm last Thursday & made its way to their Phoenix facility by 6 the next morning, where it sat for the weekend! This morning (Monday), it was put on a truck for delivery to Mesa at 8:07 a.m... and here I am still waiting at 8:37 p.m.!
This is not an isolated incident... for several years, I have suffered with delays to both my business & my home every time OnTrac is used as the delivery method.
If I am ever given a choice of delivery method, I will choose ANYTHING (yes, even dog sled!) over OnTrac!
And after reading just a few of the over 600 NEGATIVE (1 star only) reviews on here, I can't help but wonder how the heck are they staying in business?
Every item I order in the last 2 months it's over 6 days and I never receive it or it ends up a week or 2 later after paying for 2 to 3 days shipping and customer service says it's on the way just wait and and it still doesn't show up terrible service
Lost 2 of my packages and never will answer the phone christmas gifts gone! Walmart refuses to replace or refund.
I had 2 orders frm 2 different retail companies that use this horrible company and both of packages was not delivered... I called the company and was told since both packages were scanned in the perimeter that they consider the packages delivered and there's nothing they could do about it and I have to contact the the retail company for further assistance... This is the company to work for if u wanna get away with half $#*! delivering and or robbing people's packages
In the past year, ONTRAC has lost, or misdelivered half of the packages shipped with them. The ones that were delivered were dumped in the entryway of my apartment building in the middle of the night. I no longer order from companies that use them, and I let the companies know why.
I had a shipment that was only going 38 miles. It shipped to a completely different state. 338 miles away. Had to call to tell them how to do their job. Not just once but twice.
This company is horrible. They have been hoarding three of my packages for a week. I have called, contacted, chatted, and am now writing this review. I am so sick of this company. Their customer service is horrible. It took me an hour to get a representative in the chat room just for him to say "we can't do squat, sorry not sorry." Any company that uses ontrac will be boycotted. If anyone knows how to place a recommendation to use any other company, please let me know. I am so sick of this company. The world would be a better place if this company simply did not exist. They are horrible. Absolute trash. Deserving of zero stars.
I ordered a doorbell button, with video, from Home Depot. The doorbell was ordered in November and was supposed to be delivered on December 6. December 6 has come and gone but I have no doorbell.
I have three Home Depots within a five-mile radius of my home. I ordered online because Home Depot said it would deliver it to my house sooner than delivering it to the store. It'll be a close race now!
This business, On Trac, has finalized my decision to not use Home Depot online items.
This is twice they lost my package any major company That deals with on trac should think twice because there going to loose a lot of good customers
If you use Ontrac for your overnight delivery service, be aware that Becky will threaten to close your account if you do not pay your bill. I sent a response on 11/29/2021 advising that the bill was forwarded to finance for payment.

I requested the account be closed. We do not need to be doing business with companies like this. We will use a service that desires customers and provides the services that they advertise. Wondering if this isn't an unhappy employee that is choosing to damage their companies reputation by losing customers with this type of treatment. If so, it is working so Ontrac be advised.
This is the worst delivery company ever, they have lost 4 of my packages. When I talk to an On Trac representative they always say it was delivered, they lie all the time. I have never been so annoyed in my life. It become such a problem, that I refuse to buy from stores that use this shipping company. I refuse to deal with this company ever again.
Driver drug box across fenders and hood of my car! Dropped box over a low fence 50 feet from my door. So far no one will call me back!
This company is a terrible. Coz The tracking service states that my package has arrived, but I haven't received it. I checked at home many times that day. They are liars, and I texted many times, but they didn't even reply. You're the worst! Don't use this company! It's a waste of time and I can't trust this company.
This is the worst parcel service ever. They do tell it is out for delivery min 3 times before they actually deliver.
I have ordered 3 packages so far the 1st one was delayed for many weeks and when we contacted them they came a bit later. 2nd package was ok. 3rd one is being delayed already.
I work at an apartment complex and when there is someone from this company bringing packages for resident, they don't even bother to get them inside of the building. SEVERAL times they have just dumped it outside. Once I saw this happening and I started walkind towards the delivery person, asking him to please bring it inside. He saw me coming towards him and he literally threw the package and ran to get in his car and drove off as a was waving him to stop! Zero stars should be an option.
This is the worst shipping company ever, and I'm pretty sure people who mail stuff by mule will get their stuff quicker than this company delivers. My package is apparently lost it hasn't been scanned since it's been received to the facility I filed a ticket which was escalated and the person who filed a ticket told me that I should expect a response within four hours.
I didn't deem that reliable so I asked for it to be escalated and was escalated to a supervisor who hung up on me and told me that there's nothing they can do. I've been called back and spoke to a young lady who told me that they are not even open on the weekends so the soonest I could get a response was the next business day. I tried to file a complaint because my package is missing in lost and the supervisor told me that they cannot take any complaints and they cannot file any. So here I am
Very bad service, packages are damaged, broken, or they never arrive. They literally throw the merchandise inside their vehicles around. If there is any type of liquid, guaranteed it will be leaking out. Most times, your delivery never arrives! The driver will drop your package to the ground, or throw it on your porch, if by chance you get it at all. Almost all the packages I have gotten from their delivery service has to be replaced by the company I originally bought it from, after I have had to go through taking pictures of the box, inside contents, and a big hassle. Do yourself a favor companies, DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL. THEY ARE ALSO VERY LOUSY DRIVERS AND WILL RUN YOU OFF THE ROAD. Boxed uses them and since most of my packages are damaged or never show up, I no longer use Boxed either. I guess they like having to replace orders at their expense! Been complaining on deaf ears about OnTrac for over 2 years now, useless company for deliveries. Save yourself a major headache and DO NOT USE THEM, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT OR HOW THEY MAKE THE DELIVERY, IF YOU EVEN GET THE DELIVERY.

Answer: Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.
Answer: They've been doing that for at least a decade. They did it to me too. There's no repurcussions. They steal and you'll never get your package.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
