I bought some Xmas gifts and payed a delivery service through the company to make sure my package would be delivered on time between the 14th of December to today Dember 17th. Yesterday was given an update that it would be delivered by the end of the day yesterday. Then they said it would be delivered by today. Now they are saying tomorrow. Either the drivers are completely lazy and using the pandemic as an excuse to not get things delivered on time.
They need to understand when a customer pays money to have it delivered by the due time. It is your Job and a business to satisfy the customer with delivering the packages to which the customer payed money from their pocket to be delivered on the set due time. That is called being professional. Anything less then this is called being unprofessional, and will recieve negative views by the customer. It is why you guys have a 1.1 star rating and Amazon has a much higher rating of 4.5 stars.
Amazon says it will be delivered, it will be delivered on time that is called being a professional. I mean it is ok to have a hiccup every now and then no one is perfect all the time, but to have this many negative views I dont know why any company would want to use this service. You guys need to up your game in management and really do a more proffesional job. It is NOT professional to delay your paying customers their package
Failed to deliver 100% of my packages. Luckily 50% of packages were found in roadside bush after a full refund.
Should be able to give zero stars. I purchased medical supplies on 11/25/21 and still have not received them. I have called Ontrac three times, and each time I was given a different story. Today I was told my package is lost. They told me again to call the vendor which I also have called three times and no help there either. The package shipped from Fontana, CA,. Good grief. This company should be shut down as they will never stop unless they are. It's clear the employees haven't a clue where packages are. A delivery attempt was made in Chandler, AZ but I live in Oregon. From the beginning the tracking kept showing my package was delayed and the delivery date reset to the next day. The person I spoke to today changed his story twice before he told me my package is lost. Since there is no one to help those of us who experience such horrible service and a loss of funds and products, it seems a consumer affairs agency should step in and do something. I've never been treated so poorly by a shipping company! With future purchases I'll not buy from any company that uses Ontrac. It's terrible a company can do this to people and still be allowed to operate.
Yall really suck as a company, and honestly if i were you, i would shut down. Never once have i gotten something ship through you guys, on time. I'd be embarrassed as a company.
There is no tracking there is 0 organization. This is the second time I have had issues with them. They do not even bother to try and tell you when and where they are shipping from or when. I had to call them myself and the tracking is NOT updated. I have no idea why Walmart would even go through these idiots. This is the most garbage experience I have ever had with a shipper. If I could give under a negative I would. NEVER ship with them voluntarily!
On track is the worst delivery service I have ever encountered they are never on time they are days late they deliver to the wrong addresses or apartments and they make no excuse for it
I wish retailers would stop using this vendor, I've had multiple items from various companies use OnTrac and every time there has been an issue. Inaccurate delivery estimates. A day or so delayed can be understandable, but twice now I've watched an update of "delayed" for more than 2 calendar weeks. All but one delivery has been delivered in my yard or places off my property - I live in a normal area with no gate or delivery obstacles. Their customer service is not very helpful as they simply tell me to wait two more days every time I call. They have stated there are delivery updates that I somehow do not have visibility into when checking tracking, both before and after delivery. I'm not calling them liars but I am stating there are clear differences in what OnTrac sees vs. what their customers see when tracking shipments.
On Trac doesn't take the time to put the package on the porch or anywhere near. Over the fence and into the shrubs on a rainy day is their style. I won't order from any company using On Trac.
I'd hope they'd be at least 3 days AT LEAST 3 days from their delivery date. Terrible experience. At least be honest with customers. Going on my 5th (probably 6th at this point) day. My first order from them and will be my last for sure! DO NOT ORDER FROM ONTRAC!
Horrible…packages ordered same date and shipped 500+ miles to now stall for 6 days 20 miles away. Won't even let me come pick them up. Not only do they suck told vendor I would never buy from them again if they continue using this company. This is not my first go around with OnTrac. They need a rebranding and overhaul cause nothing has been good…can't even give no star which is what they deserve. Their chat on line does not even work have to call and either wait or leave your name for call back. Customer service is of no help.
I hate this company! They are THE WORST shipper ever. Weather it is from Walmart or Amazon they either come 2 days late or deliver your package to someone else. I waited all day yesterday for my package and then they don't come. They wait until after 6 PM to let you know it is delayed. They do not tell you when it will be delivered. If you inquire they simply repeat the tracking that I can, and have, already checked. They DO NOT CARE... THEY DO NOT DELIVER ON WEEKENDS AND IF YOU LIVE IN A HIGH RISE THEY ARE TOO STUPID TO USE THE CALL BOX AND They LEAVE YOUR PACKAGE OUTSIDE ON THE DIRTY SIDEWALK FOR PEOPLE TO STEAL. I have had 6 out of 6 bad deliveries. They put $60 worth of my coffee outside and delivered blankets, I needed, to some one else without even trying to correct it and get them back from where they delivered it. Walmart uses them for items they don't have, but used to, at their store. I usually will not buy an item if it will be shipped from Nevada. ON TRAC SUCKS!
Currently have 4 packages that have been lost in transit. Supposedly 1 of the packages is in my state at an OnTrac facility but they do not have a driver to pick it up. What? How is this company in business still?
I used this shipper because it is the only one Misfits market uses, my food order was left by the road so it was taken. Will not use them again, can not tell them where to put packaged, they don't listen. Now I have to wait to see if I can get a refund or replacement. Bad service.
I have a vitamin subscription and every month the On-Trac driver either throws my packages over the fence into dirt or leaves my gate wide open - apparently they don't train drivers how to open gates... or open AND THEN close gates? So this morning while sitting at my desk looking immediately at my gate, I see the driver open the gate, drop my package on my porch, then walk off and leave the gate open. So I ran outside to ask her nicely to close the gate (I have a dog who has gotten out twice now), and she starts screaming at me that it's too early in the morning (it was 10 a.m.) to put up with me, and I needed to grow up. Apparently she doesn't get paid to open AND close gates! So I called my vitamin subscription co and told them to change the delivery method or cancel my subscription - they changed to USPS. I REFUSE to do business with any company who ships via OnTrac. I've submitted at least 3 complaints over the past year and not once has anybody reached out to me, and nothing has changed about their service, so clearly they could care less about their drivers, the service they provide, or customer concerns. You try to call customer service and you will sit on hold for FOREVER - don't think they even have customer service. Truly horrible business-model here - no idea how they have survived this long. Boycott companies who use this business and let them know why! On-Trac needs to improve or get lost!
They have had my package since Dec. 1. Tracking keeps saying shipment delayed. They don't respond to emails, finally found a phone number for the local office, they won't let me go there and get my package which is only 9 miles away. They said it is against their rules.
1st time, got a package for someone across town. Called 800# eventually came back to get the package, clueless dude gives me mine. Takes the one that didn't even have a similar address. 2nd time/3rd time, "OnTrac" shouldn't be the name of the company, they're only "OnTrac" to be literally days late. Hold on to your hats, number 4 is gold. Package delivered? I have cameras and can see my porch. It's not here. I look and ask all of my neighbors. Nope. Nothing. Go a block down where even fedex got confused 10 years ago. Nope. Nothing. Called for a ticket and the loser delivery guy INTENTIONALLY and admittedly left my package at a neighbors and admitted to leaving it there, essentially "hidden" and admitted that since my neighbors had a package, that's where he put it. Straight gold standard. Now, the 5th example... out for delivery at 8am. It's 11:33. I'd be shocked to even see it tomorrow at this point. File bankruptcy and get out of the delivery business. You've not gotten it right even once.
Is this a joke? If I could give -******* stars I would. They delivered my package worth over $350 to the wrong house and had it signed by someone else. Gave me a runaround for days and then finally said they aren't able to get it back. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. This company is an absolute JOKE. I can't believe they have any business with vendors at all because they are legitimately terrible. How irresponsible and subpar can one company get?

I have been waiting for weeks to receive two items from On Trac. They keep telling me I don't have a valid address. Amazon, Walmart, USPS and multiple other places have had no problem delivering dozens of items to me, yet they keep insisting I don't have a valid address. This is after providing detailed directions to my home. Will never use them again if I can avoid it.
Bought a ps5 for my son, shipped from Ontario California about one hour away from me. After 10 days and numerous emails to ontrac, they responded and said they lost the package and to contact walmart. 99% sure it wasn't "lost", it was stolen by this unprofessional company. 0 stars if possible

Answer: Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
