I used other site like Priceline, Hotwire, cheap flight, Hotel.com, you name it, and Ive used it. But I was surprise to find that OneTravel was as easy as or better than all these guys. I got a great price on a trip and did not need to pay right away. Plus they provide me with additional information and discount to make my trip that much easier (did not need to shop around).
I had to call OneTravel three times because my flight was changed by the airline company. The people I spoke with on the phone were helpful. I tried to do the online chat to resolve my booking. That was a nightmare. The chat took over 45 minutes because there were several times I was waiting on the person to respond to my question. I kept asking "are you still there?". It was bizarre. I thought when you were 'chatting' with customer service they should provide an immediate response. I finally called the company to get the problem resolved while still chatting with customer service.
OneTravel is super easy and managed to get me the best rates for the airfare I needed. I had absolutely no issues with my booking, and making it went very smoothly. I will definitely use OneTravel going forward!
I was charged for preferred seating on 1 leg of a 6 leg trip, tried to change the seats but the system does not let me (BTW the seats assigned are not preferred seating but just regular seats and I was charged $170). Phoned for help and was told that my request would be sent to a help desk and they would contact me. Never contacted, when I phoned back, it was confirmed that I had a request in but told to wait. Waited three weeks and sent an email, told to use the system. Contacted the airline and was told that because it was booked through this site, I had to deal with them. I just want them to either fix it for me or cancel the seat request and let me deal with the airline.

I booked on their site and was charged. When I tried to log in, my account didn't exist. Never received a confirmation number for my flight and when I contacted the company, they did not respond.
But they were sure to take the Money from my card and I receive junk mail from them.

I found out my father was in the hospital and I needed to fly north ASAP. I was almost frantic trying to figure out the best airline and price in a very small window of time. One Travel became an option and it was so easy to book my flight. All the information I needed was readily available. It took the frustration away so I could concentrate on the important issues I would be facing.

I made a flight booking through One Travel, and received a booking confirmation, with booking reservation number. When I arrived in transit at the Bogota airport, I was told at the check in counter that I was not on this flight. Obviously very stressed, I was able to get a wifi signal at a restaurant and get in contact with One Travel customer service representatives, who told me that my credit card had not been able to be charged, but it was no problem, I could simply buy a ticket direct from the airline there at the airport! I had not received any email or notification whatsoever that my payment had not been successful, and therefore had no idea that I was not booked onto this flight. Looking back, the only thing I can see is that the booking confirmation email had 'pending' in the E ticket number box. So I then spend the next 10 hours in the airport attempting to find and book a reasonably priced flight to my destination, which ended up being 50% more expensive than the flight I had originally booked months earlier (at least I believed I had booked it, considering I received an email titled "booking confirmation").
This was the poorest customer service I have received from any kind of travel booking company, leaving me in a vulnerable situation in a foreign country with no flight.

Scam you on insurance my friend had a death in the family and they told me I have to submit a death certificate to get the money back. Its ridiculous.

Customer purchased travel insurance to cover any medical emergencies related to her person. Customer's friends father passed away and she was not entitled to a refund, due to it was not an immediate family member of hers. She was only advised to file her claim with the insurance company, and that they may require a death certificate which is common for providing proof of legitimate reason. Our apologies for Safia's loss, and the inconvenience.
Use this site to advertise your business to help it expand. Use One Travel to book flights, hotels and rental cars for reasonable prices. They also keep you up to date on travel prices in advance. I was charged for my seating and One Travel reimbursed me.

So long as you dont mind doing your homework you might be able to get ten dollars off, But be WARNED... check with the airlines first because OneTravel is known to double their fees when you go pay!
I booked a flight for the first time on this website, and was very impressed with the accuracy of information and the ease of navigation. The site was secure and I did not have concerns that my card would be used for other purposes other than that which it was intended. As well, the customer service representatives, when I called, were most helpful. Indeed, I will use this service again.
OneTravel is a travel search engine for booking hotels, plane tickets, rental cars, vacations and cruises.


This booking is from May, 2016 travel,. Customer's credit card could not be verified and several emails were sent to him advising to contact us. We go have a verification process on credit cards to prevent online fraud, and is for our customer's protection. We at times do require to speak with you, and if you are not available, we do send emails. On April 30, we did advise Daniel that you needed to speak with us, but we never heard back, so the reservation does have a ticketing time limit and did get cancel out.
