I booked a flight and then downloaded the app. I cannot find my booking on the app or website. I then received an email the next day showing they changed my flight without knowledge from the 1.5 hour nonstop flight leaving at 7 pm to a one stop 8 hour flight leaving at 11am which I could not do because of work. I then could not get a representative to reconcile flight issues and chat option did not help and only provided basic info.
I need a wheelchair because I had a stroke. Didn't see that option. Need a seat closer to the front. Seat choices Didn't respond. Shouldn't have to pay. Every thing online

I dont think enough is done for families with small children. They are too much hidden fees. You book the flight then you have to pay for seats and bags and have to choose between a stroller or car seat for an infant and this is only said after fees are paid. This is very insensitive.

You can also wait until you check in for your flight and the airline will then assign seats for what is available at that time. This is an airline policy that we, as an agency, have not voice in. We regret any inconvenience.
