I got a direct flight for my mom as indicated on the website. I paid extra for her to go direct. I even contacted One Travel multiple times to ensure that it was in fact direct, all the people I spoke to said it was direct. I called right before her flight to once again confirm just because it was a longer flight than my aunt (who had a direct flight). The person on the phone said she does have a stop but it is only for fuelling and she is not required to leave the plane. She got on the flight and had a stop with a 3 hours layover. I am now trying to resolve this issue with the online help and the person in the conversation is not replying to me. Did not even tell me to hold on or anything. Its been over 15 minutes. DO NOT BOOK from this site. I go on vacations yearly and I can say I have never had this bad of service ever.

NEVER USE THIS SITE! Scammers and Liars! Worst site on the web! First they lied about cancelation grace period, then after paying a fee for cancellation, they neglected to inform me that the "credit" they issued me is not actually a credit. The "credit" can ONLY be used to rebook the same flight for the same passengers to the same destination as the original cancelled flight. AND they charged a fee for the cancellation. So, they lied to me about the cancellation grace period, they lied to me about the "credit" and they scammed a cancellation fee from me for a credit that is not actually a credit! I was an IDIOT to use this site. Please don't make the same mistake as I did!

First of all when I booked the 2 tickets the prices were in Canadian dollars around(650Ca) but after they billed 836CA. Then I said I want to cancel both tickets and they said you can cancel them anytime before the flights and it's 20$ penalties for each ticket. Five days later I called to cancel them because I found cheaper ticket with a shorter travel time and they said it's 20$ penalties if you cancel in 24hours! I book the tickets in February and my flights in april. They saying now penalty fees are 350$ for each ticket. Very bad experience

We booked 2 roundtrip tickets with them. They offered what they claimed as the "best and cheapest" deal that day. They did not informed us about the travel arrangements we need to do so we ended up not able to board the airline because we need a visa to be able to layover on one of our connecting flights. We called them to ask for options or maybe a refund so we can rebook our trip but they did not even bother to explain or apologize. "That is our policy, we don't give refund for a cancelled flight."
It's not a cancelled flight! They did not do their responsibility as travel agents to inform their consumers properly what is/are needed for the flights. They just don't book flights. We can do that. Their responsibility is much more in which they ultimately failed. So we waited and called them and it has been months already but they won't give us a single refund. Their management won't even talk to us. We don't have anything against the staff for we know they are just following orders BUT they can be nicer instead of being rude too. Manners please. Your customer representatives for Petes sake! I don't know why they even exist when they can't do and carry out their responsibilities efficiently. Waste of time and money. Never again.

One Travel is a very deceptive and conniving company. They have 2 different names they are using to book air fares (One Travel/Cheapo Air). They do not even have representatives who are considerate and sympathetic with your situation! To cancel two reservations that I only found out were charged in US dollars instead of Cdn currencies, they informed me that the free cancellation they offer is only for the 1st four hours after purchase of a flight. After 4 hrs there is a $25 dollar cancellation fee. Not only were these EXTRA charges debited from my c/c, but also one cancellation had a $14.00 service charge, while the second reservation had a $2.00 service charge. The representative could not even offer a valid explanation to the difference in administrative fee charged! Keep in mind, these charges are ADDED on top of the charges for the reservations made at first. Then they are going to tell you it takes 2-3 weeks to get your refund, but when they charge your credit card they get their funds INSTANTLY!

NEVER EVER AGAIN AM I USING THIS HUSTLING, FRAUD-LIKE WEBSITE! They only want your money and after that, they could care less about "customer satisfaction" or "customer service"! I also reported them to the Better Business Bureau!

Setting up my trip online was so easy I kept going back thinking I had missed a step. However everytime I went over my plans they were all in order. Then when I traveled I felt like they knew I was coming every thing went as smooth as melted butter. I could not have been happier. Considering it was a quick trip I really needed everything to go without a hitch. One travel is A number 1 in my book. Thank you

I made a non-changeable/refundable reservation and then called to change it and they were great! I was able to change my flight, date and time with no additional cost. Agent was thorough and accommodating.
