I have been buy tickets at lest 7 2016 and 2017.
On February 2017, I bought 3 air tickets for my three children that have to travel alone. A day before the trip one children became sick and couldn't travel. I requested a cancellation for his tickets and requested a refund. At today April 12,2017. A customer representative is telling i cannot get a refund, after many phones calls staying hours and hours on the phone. I would not advice anyone to do business with this Company.

I needed to delay a flight, they kept changing the price even with the protection travel insurance it is a joke does not even apply. On top of that they book your change without the insurance you have to followup with the insurance company separately. This is a scam. I was quoted the change would cost me $1000 per person then 125 per person then 400 per person and then another change at check out for 482 because their computer did not compute correctly " they had to do it by hand" per person this is ridiculous do not buy the protection plan it is worthless and to change a flight is impossible. I understand $125 fee but the other is ridiculous.
When Penair began offering service in Scottsbluff last fall we debated whether or not the expense of flying to Denver would make sense for our family of four. With the use of a promo code paired with our travels scheduled for March, we decided to opt not to drive and booked our flight... and we are so glad we did! Instead of a 3 hour drive time, we were able to have 30 minutes in air (plus a short period of airline taxi) which became a short, fun adventure for our two little girls. They served complimentary drinks, cookies and pretzels which is almost unheard of these days. What a relief in terms of packing for the little ones! Thank you, Penair, for serving our little community!

I had a very successful experience with the One Travel service. I have now used the service twice recently. They were very responsive to my questions and easy to work with.
They have typical answer to questions. They do not give you answer to your question, instead they read they answer that someone wrote even though it does not match your concern. They will avoid refund for any ways and when you finally agree on a certain amount to be refund, it will take at least 3 months to get the refund, unless you decide to suit them
I needed to book a flight to Vancouver. I had a few weeks notice, googled one travel, easy done, great deal, great flight for an easy price. Looking forward to trying them again.

By booking with them, I got the best affordable flights traveling from canada to the states and back.
My flights were in time and all the checkins were done accordingly.

I had issues on a flight delay causing me to miss my connecting flight requiring me to stay overnight at my flight connection location. One Travel helped navigate compensation for my stay over expenses with the airline.
I booked through the system and when I tried to cancel my booking online I couldn't as the process is too slow and the time given for the code is 20 minutes. I contacted them several time but unfortunately No refund was given and cancellation did not happend which is unfair so my advice is stay away from them
My brother in law passed, and i needed a reasonable flight, a friend of my sisters flew from Orlando Florida, and used one travel, and shared info with me so I could look into flights with them.In doing so they basically set everything up, and all went well|:-) what impressed me the most is a little over a week, they gave me a follow up call, to to see how my experience was, and a lady sara was so sweet, compassionate, and friendly, that it really touched my heart:-)I would definatly recommend them to others:-)
