For the person who spent $3500 should get the best service. But no the worst service ever on planet earth. I travelled to 37 countries so far. Thought that i ll try them. Worst mistake ever. People on the phone do not know wt is happening and cant help. They told me on my face i m on my own. They cant help. They win the worst company service award!

I needed my grand daughter to be added to my flight and I spoke directly with an agent ( so sorry I didn't catch his name). When I spoke with him, he treated my request with such importance, professionalism and concern that I wish I could have hugged him over the phone! So polite... so patient... so sure! Wonderful service and my family thanks you!

I never leave reviews but with this experience I have to. I have been trying to change the second half of my flight with this agency. Each time I call they quote me a different price for the change claiming that the airline itself charges this price and fees. Mind you I called the airline before each call with this agency and the airline, each time, gave me the same price, $225 dollar changing fee and no price change in the fare. OneTravel told me the first time it would cost me $622. I called the airline back and they said that was inaccurate and they left a note for the next time they call that it is only $225. I called OneTravel back and was quoted $922. Than I called back 20 minutes later, after calling the airline once again and still being told it was only $225, and was quoted $409. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they told me one was not available. This company is a complete and total ripoff! Stay away and just book directly through the airline! Biggest mistake I've ever made!

From the moment I received the alert that my flight was available at a reduced rate, I booked it, received confirmation and was able to print my information. Once at the airport my connections (3) all went well. No complications with anything and my luggage arrived at each end as requested. Very satisfied.

I made a mistake while making the booking by specifying the wrong date (1st of July instead of 30th June). I called up right after I made the booking to cancel it and I was told I will be charged $50. I tried to keep my booking by asking for a change of date and I was told a price difference of $180. I tried to exchange it for tickets with OneTravel itself to other destinations (that would add up to the original price I paid for my ticket - but I figured it would be a better deal than canceling) that were having cheaper prices and I was told I will be charged $75 for the change in addition to the ticket cost.
If a travel agency cannot help me with an honest mistake and make a business out of it I am not sure how you help customers with travel!

Everyone I tell how much I paid for my flights etc can't believe they are so low! They want to know how I do it. I say, "Easy! Just go on OneTravel.com". I get the best prices of any site I've tried and great service with major airlines.

Air Fair quoted in $Canadian on the website and charged in $US converted in Canadian with out notice. Only found out when I got charged on my VISA.
Canadian website gets redirected to us site and be careful how you are charged.
I think this is a scam - lost out approx $1000 CAD! For 2 tickets.

I booked a flight with Iberia Airways through them that turned out to be actually operated by Vueling and just "marketed" by Iberia, which meant that the Vueling pet policy applied, not that of Iberia, and Vueling doesn't allow pets at all, meaning I couldn't have brought my dog with me.

After finding out all of this from Iberia customer service, I tried to cancel with OneTravel. The incredibly confused and barely English-speaking support agent told me over the course of one hour of being on hold on-and-off, that I would have to pay a cancellation fee of $75 per person (5 x 75 = 375; the total for the tickets was $354). After asking over and over again to speak to her supervisor, she told me her supervisor had graciously opted to lower the fee to "just" $25 per person. When I kept insisting to talk directly to her supervisor to get these outrageous fees waived completely (I had completed my booking an hour ago, and many sites allow cancellations for free within 24 hours), she said she would transfer me, but actually just put me back to the start, waiting for a random customer support agent, and after 15 minutes of pointless waiting, the connection just ended.

After 2 more attemtps and talking to 5 more support people/supervisors, wasting a total of almost 3 hours of my time, I ended up paying a $50 fee for them to cancel my booking, after being told that the whole problem was my fault in the first place for not "informing myself" well enough. When I insisted on them having the courtesy to cancel for free, I was told that the $125 fee had already been a "courtesy offer".

These people are outright scammers making tons off money off of people not reading their ridiculous terms and being misinformed by their lacking interface.

AVOID AT ALL COST!

I was flying from the philippines to the states. I noticed they has some red writing on my itinerary that said make sure your name is correct. So i gave them a call and the only thing i saw wrong was my middle name was abbreviated. They told me that i could not fly because of this. They said that the ticket is non refundable and they cant just spell out my middle name. So i had to buy a new ticket for $1100 plus pay a $250 cancellation fee. I would not recommend that anyone ever deal with this company.
