I was booking ticket for my desired destination. When I put my dates it did not ask for flexible date option nor I choose so. It showed a flight with best deal so I booked that. While doing payment website says free cancellation within 24 hr. After payment the site shows you were looking for particular date and you booked different date...? So I called customer care, they were ready to change date but they were asking for service charges. When I asked him to cancel my reservation within 15 minutes of booking... company was charging 50$ per ticket as cancellation charges. Even it says free cancellation while booking, they were charging money.
So this is cheap, worst company to deal with. This is a fraud company.

I booked airline tickets and checked if baggage is included. I called them and checked baggage policy the air company on their website. Both sources claimed that 1st check in bag is included in the price but we found out in the airport that it is not and we have to pay the fee. This is very upsetting for the beginning of a vocation. I will never again book with this company. Not worth it! The information on web site is ambiguous...

Made aware of the booking fee by phone. That was not really a major concern because my ticket was very reasonable.
I wIll use this service again.

This is honestly one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I booked a flight from Dublin to Geneva. I wanted very specific dates. When the booking came through, they had changed the dates by 2 days each way! A very big problem! When I called them to tell them there was a mistake, they said there can be no changes or refunds! It was "in their policy". So, in short, I lost ALL my money. I went directly to the airline (SWISS) and got a booking for the same price--directly! They gave me the seats and times I needed. Now I am out the money, and there will be 2 empty seats, because they will not cancel that other flight. Very much a scam, unhelpful. I have filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs. STAY AWAY!

Buyers be aware.
Don't ever book with them! Just tried to book a flight on one of their websites, not knowing that its theirs. I thought it was the official airline webpage. I booked and ended up with a completely different airline, different terminal and so on. This was not shown or stated before i booked it. We rang straight away and tried to cancel and they wanted $100 fee for canceling. The fee was not mentioned in their terms and conditions either. I started looking for reviews for onetravel and found very bad ratings and many people which had the same problems with them or even worse.

The service for OneTravel is terrible. We missed our flight because the agent gave us the wrong information after we called to book a flight. They said over the phone that it will be 11:00 AM flight from the airline company but after checking the email confirmation it was actually 7:00 AM departure time. We could not make it to the actual flight because it was too late when we checked the email. So we called the company and had to pay extra for another flight. Their service is very bad. Don't use OneTravel for your traveling needs.

Normally, I never write a review. But here the company it's really exaggerate! I am really frustrated! They don't even worth for 1 star. If there a negative on the star I'd give it.
Everything you saw on the pub it's not true! There a hiding FEE somewhere! Be careful when you cancel your flight within 24h, there are fee! They shouldn't mention it on the page " Cancellation 24h " could be confusing. Cancel in 24hour or not they will charge you something. The difference is they will charge you the small amount within 24hours. I think it 70 $ / person and before 6pm (Canada time). And there's a fee for Travel.com 14$ too for agent service that pop out of no where in my credit card. Also be careful on USD dollars and CAN dollars!. It's really a SCAM! Anyways, I am so shame for the company when I see so many people give 1 star on the review and I am not the only one!
