This is one of the biggest scamming websites I ever know. Stay way from onetravel.com and cheapoair.com otherwise you can end up with no tickets like me. Free advice!

I searched for a non-stop flight from Sioux Falls to St Louis round trip. Found one in OneTravel and bought the ticket.
When the iternary came in my email, it has one stop to Orlando and so I gavw them a call and explained what happened to a OneTravel agent.
The agent said that I can have it canceled for a $50 fee. I told her that I didn't receive what they advertised in thier website which was a nonstop flight. Here comes the craziest response you have ever heard... the agent said the non-stop flight is for your first flight to the transit (Orlando)!
Tell me guys, is there any way to make it to your next transit flight without a non-stop flight!
Why aren't they being sued? How long are they going to collect these fees. I am convinced this is part of their business model.

This is a terrible company. Somehow they get themselves as the number one pick when you Google the actual airline that you want This happened to me They canceled my husband's flight But charge my credit card $33 for something? I didn't dare call because I read the reviews that they charge you every time you call to ask questions about charges I disputed the charges and did make very sure that I went through the actual airline and got the ticket do not use this company!

Avoid one travel. It is full of scammers and liars. If you want to order tickets, order directly from the flight company.
I'm trying to change my returning flight day and they want to charge me almost 800 cad to make a change, that is outrages. That's almost as full price of returning ticket. I was expecting 200 cad the most. This is just ridiculous, avoid OneTravel at any cost, this is first and last time that I'm gonna be using their service. I'm so angry now.

I got a ticket on 30th july 2017, when i check the ticket i made a mistake in 5 min i called to correct the date they couldn't had no other option to cancel the tucket, its just 10 min they charge me $50 for cancellation fee, watch out guys don't be a victim

Be careful with these scammers. As soon as you enter your card information you are a victim, they will change the date and charge you cancellation fee or give you a worse offer which is a very expensive tickets
I booked a flight with them and tried to cancel within their 24hr window and was told its not 24 hr its 4 hr. I was then told by another agent that as long as i purchased the service i would have to pay a cancellation fee, even if its one minute after i purchased.
What a load of crap! Never again!

I made a booking, then I had to call & cancel booking due to ongoing disease epidemic in destination city. They told me Airline was charging me these fees & my final balance was $1200, which was a third of the full ticket cost! Then agent states she needed to charge me upfront $400 for canceling, which was a cancellation fee from the Airline. When I told her that she had just given me the balance after being charged a penalty & cancellation fee by airline, then she tells me that is One Travel's fee in order to process my cancellation.
A very positive experience! I am very pleased with their services. I would definitely recommend One Travel to my colleagues.
Took my money charge me extra for seats offered me luggage protection I refused when my wife went to check in they charged her for her luggage. They put the information about the luggage on the disclaimer and hard to see. Do not do business with one travel.
