I ordered my travel on line for Jan 3rd. Once i confirmed my purchase it showed reservations for Jan 5th. I paid for the cancellation insurance. I called them immediately and my cancellation was denied. They said that was only for medical reasons. Where the hell did it say that? I should have walked away right then and went to a reputable company but dumb me gave them twice as much money for a flight on the 3rd. It took them over a week to send me the itinerary. The new itinerary gave me only 35 minutes to depart one plane in terminal B and get to terminal D in the Atalanta air port no less. After numerous emails and phone calls with people outside of the US with very heavy accents nothing was resolved. They could care less about anything but collecting your money.
These thieves charge you *** $75 USD *** if you cancel a reservation done on same day, that's a crime against the consumer. AVOID THEM. Its mediocre website sucks, it doesn't offer an option to select seats and no pet option either. I feel stupid for using this company who steal their clients. AVOID ONETRAVEL.com at ALL COST, they only want to suck your pocket.
Terrible service. I had a schedule flight change (via email) which I agreed to. One travel (two weeks later) has not changed the flight and after 6 calls to customer service, the flight STILL has not been changed. What a terrible company - do not book with this company EVER! You will regret it

I was told I could cancel my flight within 24 hours for a full refund. Then they charged me $50. Will dispute the charges with visa. CROOKS! 1
This rates as one of the most displeasing travel booking experiences of my 62 years. I booked a flight for two and confirmed but immediately realized that the fee was in US dollars and not Cdn. I called their support line in under five minutes and was told first that there is no way to cancel the flight. After asking to speak to a supervisor and then transferred, I did speak to someone. I was told that it would cost me $50 (US) per person to cancel the booking. This a pure ripoff and a way to extort some money from me. WARNING. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED AND THEIR BUSINESS PRACTIVE, IN MY OPINION, IS TERRIBLE.
Had a round trip flight booked to Beijing from calgary Alberta. A change was made to the connecting flight home, it happens no problem. Now I have a 10 hour layover in Seattle, okay I understand. I call to make a change to my flight so I am not having to wait for 10 hours so I called One Travel and was on hold for over an hour so hung up as I thought there must be a problem. Called again and waited over an hour to eventually get an automated voice asking how the service was good or bad, then hung up on me. Well this happened for two days, on hold during family photos and at work during very important meetings and so on and so on. I was on the phone for around 8 hours.
To make a long story short, I purchased another flight out of my own pocket and am sitting in Seattle as we speak.
What a waste of time and money, this has been the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I am a General Manager of a Hotel Resort and am in the business, shame on you One Travel!
FYI: please have agents that can speak English fluently as it could help the process move faster.

HORRIBLE! SCAM! They book you, then change dates without you knowing... and charge you to correct those dates. I booked a round trip for Oct 1-6. I purposely avoided choosing the "flexible times for better rates". Paid, and assumed everything was good, right? NOPE. They changed the dates. I double and triple checked-TRUST ME-my wife was with me, and she wont let me be boneheaded... fast forward and I go to check my itinerary for tomorrow's flight... The dates they changed it to have me leaving from Spokane on Oct 3 and returning on Oct 4th! WHAT!
After hours of time on the phone with them, the only resolution was to paya $200 penalty, and then the difference in costs for the dates I wanted... get this for an ADDITIONAL $600-$1000!
After hours on the phone with them, they only claim that it was my mistake-that I must have accidentally clicked on the discounted rate-but THERE WAS NO WAY! Look at Consumer Affairs- almost 900 identical complaints-they switch the dates, then when you notice, they charge you a fee... or if you cancel, they charge you a fee.

I have had the worst experience dealing with this company. I called as soon as I booked to add middle names to 3 passengers and they said they needed to call the airline to confirm and that I should call back within 4-6 hours to confirm that the change had been made (which no great servicing company would make you do). After calling back, they were going to charge me $50 per name change WHICH IS MORE THAN WHAT I PAID FOR THE TICKETS THEMSELVES. They said the best thing they could do was wave ONE of the $50 charges so it would cost $100 USD to add the names. I am now waiting on a response to see if I can cancel these this booking. By any means STAY AWAY from this site!
It has been more than a week that am trying to get my money back! They hold it in my bank account after charging it for the first time when i already booked 6 tickets from lebanon to dubai! I booked flight two months ago.
20 days ago they sent me an email for schedule change. Our trip was today morning, and our new tickts went 9 hours before our first flight! (at that time here was midnight and we thought that we never get new tickets). It was impossible to pack and catch the plane for that short time.
For all of you who are looking this agency to book something, just go away, and never ever book something here.
Do not EVER use this booking company. Ever! They scammed us out of $1,600 for 2 airline tickets. They will be rude, obnoxious AND give you attitude such as "What's the big deal, just pay for a new ticket. It's not as expensive as the first." And yes I said that word for word! Even the airline the ticket was "purchased" with, when they heard who it was booked from said they see it often with this agency, and many many people are scammed through them! When you call, they don't even speak English and it's tough to understand them as it is. Even though we purchased travel insurance they didn't refund anything! Oh I lie, it was only $50 "credit" for future bookings. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.
I wish I did my research before I booked with them! But we were in a tough jam and needed a ticket asap and they were the cheapest at the time. Which as the say going, cheaper doesn't mean best! Don't book with them, stay away, and use your hard earned money somewhere else. And most of all, do your research in the booking company as well! We lost $1,600 AND still have to pay an extra $1,000 for a new ticket. I believe CheapOair and them are the same agency. When you call the number given, half the time they answer this is CheapOair. I will not be leaving this alone, I will be contacting every single number available and will try my best to get money back. But I repeat AVOID THESE IDIOTS LIKE THE PLAGUE!
On top of that, after doing my research, they have horrible reviews everywhere and they claim to be BBB acredited which is a LIE. They have zero scores with BBB and when I finally got ahold of BBB to file a complaint, BBB responded that they are based out of India and are currently working on shutting them down in US. Avoid them at all costs!
I truly enjoyed the service. Everyone is friendly and there job is done to a T. I love the prices not over charged. Y'all truly have my up respect
I paid double the amount of anyone on my flight. Shop around. Learned my lesson. I contacted One Travel and was offered no compensation.
I booked a flight from Detroit to Houston I put in the dates for 4 days the itinerary came back for same day flight. They are trying to charge me another $450 to modify the flight how is the FDA allowing this company from INDIA to do this to consumers>?
